Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time renting in Provincetown. The house was perfect on so many levels...the house was clean and welcoming. The location was walkable to the fun and to the bike rental, restaurants and grocery store/adult beverages. The backyard had a grill and outdoor seating/deck. We had a great time with Race Point (and other beaches) just around the corner. I would recommend this place and will be circling back for another vacation soon.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had lots of room. The location was nice next to the grocery store. We knew the location going in because we have been coming to Ptown since 2004. The landscaping even with a gardener was not good. Half done, mulch bags in pot. The yard was quite sandy so did not use. The back porch was not very clean and we ended up cleaning it. The basement had a bit of a musty smell. But if you left the sliding door open it was fine. But of course had to close it to leave. The best recommendation I can give it check in. If one was to come via the ferry you'd have to taxi to Wellfleet to get the welcome packet. The welcome packet could be easily emailed to you with the lock box codes in the packet at the check in time. This is not good for those not driving in. Last, we were told to bring lines and did. The house was furnished with. So that for us was wasted space in our luggage.

This house is a nicely redone 1950’s house on a quiet little street in Provincetown that is a 10 minute easy walk to Commercial Street. The great part about the house is the backyard and huge back deck are fenced in and you feel like you have a private quiet space while there are many food, dining and entertainment options that are minutes away. The grill looked like it hadn’t been used in a long time and needed to be cleaned but we are not picky and cleaned it up. The setting for outdoor hangouts after the beach is very nice. The only indoor space is very nice and way better than it was described in the listing. There is an open floor plan for the kitchen and living room with a nice large tv and wrap around sectional when we you want to relax after the day. There is a good sized dining table in the eat in kitchen and the kitchen was clean and nice. It has everything to you need to cool or entertain. The bedrooms and bathroom upstairs were clean and comfortable. The downstairs has two rooms. One had a fold out couch and is a playroom/den area and the other is a bedroom with a slider and another very nice bathroom. The laundry is also downstairs in the adjacent basement area. There were beach chairs and some games in the basement which was great. I have been staying on the Cape for 25 years and I would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in Ptown. It is a half a block from the Stop and Shop and liquor store and across the road from Mac’s Fish House. We had a great time with our three teenagers.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owners are trying to hide how great this place is from the street, so don’t be put off by the pictures from the front! Inside is gorgeous, with a full kitchen, three big bedrooms, a playroom, a beautiful deck and so close to the necessities you’ll regret staying elsewhere. Walk to the market or bike rental, stroll downtown to Commercial St nightlife, and have a great time in this family friendly Ptown hideaway.Noticed a couple maintenance issues, let the property management know and I’m sure they are squared away. Wonderful rental.
