Situated in Provincetown, this charming condo for $560 per night is a great option for your next trip. Sun-filled vacation rental in the center of town on the second and third floors of a three story stand-alone building. This unit is tucked away at the rear of a small condo complex, away from street and pedestrian noise, with tons of natural light, water peaks, and unobstructed views of the Pilgrim Monument. This duplex unit has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with natural river stone flooring. The condo features high end furnishings with central air conditioning and hardwood floors throughout the large, open floor plan. The first floor has a comfortable living room with WiFi, HD cable and Bose sound, streaming capability (Chromecast from Google), Bluetooth connectivity to the sound system, chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances and silestone countertops, and dining for six guests around a large table. A private deck with town and monument views is located right off the dining area. There is one bedroom and one full bathroom located on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms and the second full bathroom. The unit comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee maker, and all amenities one would expect. Conveniently located near Far Land Provisions and a short walk to the ferry or the beach. Offstreet parking for one car is included. I don't have enough good things to say about this property. The location is perfect. The space was even better than it looks on the listing and you can't beat the view. My friends and I loved every minute of our week in Provincetown and I would definitely stay again. 10/10

From start to finish our stay was magnificent. The home was inviting it was convenient to town and all restaurants and shops. Just one minor detail, when we arrive the temperature was @ 85 degrees and quite warm The second floor must have been at least 90.
We put on the AC and it worked very well within an hour or two the place was at 68°.
We rate our stay a 5 stars!!

We had a wonderful stay. Location was fantastic right off the ferry terminal and very walkable to the West End. The place was very comfortable, well equipped and fairly spacious for Ptown. Owners were very friendly and accommodating for our check-in / check-out. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay here again!

This was one of the best rentals we’ve had in Ptown in nearly a decade if staying here in the summer. It’s super close to everything, very well stocked, and the hosts are super communicative.

The home is very well kept by the hosts, centrally located to most of the action on Commercial Street- yet quiet and removed from a lot of the bustle. Our hosts did a wonderful job preparing us for arrival to Ptown and also quick to respond to messages and texts to answer questions we had. We hope to return to the same house next year!

Tom’s property was the most cutely decorated that I’ve stayed in. Although the unit was cozy and bedrooms were on the smaller side, everything was comfortable and clean. Great outdoor deck space. Tom was a great communicator. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent Stay
My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo...Tucked away, yet central to everything. With its open floor plan on the main level and three bedrooms, there was plenty of room for 5 adults and one baby. Additionally, Tom and Jonathan were excellent hosts. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

A great place abs a great location
Thomas’ house is a lovely spot that’s central to town but also slightly removed from Commercial St., which is nice. We’ve stayed in Provincetown a few times, and this is probably our favorite rental so far. The common areas are larger and nicer than they look in photos, though the rooms are relatively small. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This place has all the things we could want: location, comfort, luxury, and convenience.
- Location: The condo is one block off the main drag and quiet in the space, even with windows open. Delicious meals right outside the front door. Off street parking included in a designated space.
- Comfort: beds, sofa, chairs, dining are all comfortable and plentiful. The kitchen is large enough for a couple of people to cook, etc. The layout is well thought out with recessed lights and lamps.
- Luxury: beautiful bed linens and towels, thoughtfully laid out bathrooms with enough space, and high end appliances. And someone has a eye for decorating with gorgeous items and enough space left over for your things while you're staying there.
- Convenience: easy walking to Commercial St, parking spot, lots to do within walking distance, and a major grocery a short drive away.

Wonderful stay for 6 friends
Clean, well-furnished condo close to Commercial St and restaurants. 6 of us stayed here for a week and would definitely come back again! We especially enjoyed the deck with outdoor seating and views of the monument.

Great stay!
This property is in a perfect location. Off the street, but sop close to Commercial St, and views of the Pilgrim Tower and sunsets. The private deck is large enough to sit 4-6 people comfortably. The living area and kitchen are much larger than the photos make them seem. With 6 people in there house, we had plenty of room to roam about. The downstairs bedroom is a little snug, but there was room on both side of the bed to navigate. Upstairs, the master bedroom was quite large, as was the bathroom. There other bedroom upstairs was a little tight around the actual bed, but we had no trouble. The property managers were nothing short of fantastic: super quick to reply and answer any and all questions. I would definitely rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

The location is great - across the street is a bike rental place and a CVS and you are a stone’s throw from Pilgrim House where there are always amazing shows.
What are you waiting for to book this place? Just don’t pick my weekend (lol).

This place couldn't have been in a better location. Everything is within walking distance. But, if you desire to ride a bike a bike rental store is across the street. Renters should also note that the Provincetown Brewery opened directly in front of this property. It was under construction until the last night we were there. The final night we could definitely hear and feel the music coming from the brewery until after midnight. If you're there for the nightlife and like to sleep in this shouldn't be a problem.

Close, Clean and Cozy !!!
From the start Jonathan and Tom were amazing at communicating and answering all of our questions. They welcomed us with open arms to their property and their place was beautiful just as advertised. We would highly recommend this rental. The location was awesome with the an easy access pathway that goes right into commercial street. 5 stars!!!

My roommates and I planned a girls weekend getaway this year to Provincetown and were very fortunate to have stayed at this property. Awesome home away from home
Centrally located, comfortable, fully stocked vacation home with awesome, attentive owners who care about the needs of the renters. Every space was fully utilized- the living room, the balcony, the kitchen, the comfortable bedrooms. My friends and I enjoyed relaxing at home in between shows, shopping, the beach, whale watching and all other great PTown events.
My friends commented that the place was even better than they imagined and I agree. For those who enjoy cooking the kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, bowls and every imaginable gadget invented. There’s a full coffee pot in addition to a Keurig machine for coffee on the go.
The tv/WiFi/sound system was great for those quiet nights at home or in case of inclement weather.
A new friend that we met during our stay loved our place and he mentioned he would give up his current rental if this place was located on the waterfront. However the awesome view of the Pilgrim House and location close to Commercial street without all the foot traffic made our stay amazing.

Perfect spot for a provincetown getaway
This apartment/condo is the perfect base for the ultimate Provincetown vacation experience. The space is beautiful, roomy enough for a big family or a few of your friends, and centrally located to allow everyone to do his or her own thing without need for a car (but it still comes with a parking spot, which is great). There is a sweet outdoor deck with a view of the monument and easy access to downtown. Best of all, Tom and Jonathon were incredibly helpful, kind, accommodating and flexible. What a great vacation we had! Book this and you could have the same!

Perfect Ptown Vacation Spot
This is the second time my friends and I have stayed in this unit, and we could not have been happier with the layout, the location, the amenities, the view, and the overall value.
This condo is tucked in a quiet spot between Commercial & Bradford, right next to a great natural foods market, steps from the action but peaceful and secluded enough to feel like your own private hideaway. The owners have recently invested in a brand-new washer & dryer, and they've also improved the beautiful deck (which fits about 6 people) with a postcard view of the monument. Somehow, the place somehow gets great morning and evening light, which (almost) makes you not want to leave for the beach.
The condo comes fully stocked with all you'll need to cook and entertain, including nice barware, two coffee machines, plenty of utensils, and a nice grill. Bedrooms are not large, but the mattresses are super comfortable.
As importantly, the owners are friendly and responsive. We would definitely rent this place a third time!

Incredible condo in incredible location!
The home was amazing and within walking distance of all the excitement the town has to offer! It was perfectly decorated and very modern and clean. The views are incredible as are the owners. Tom was beyond accommodating, and I assure you that you will not be disappointed! I hope one day my family can return. When I asked my three children what their favorite part of our Boston vacation was, they all agreed it was the two days in Provincetown! Thank you, Tom, for making our vacation! A true home away from home!
One of the best rental experiences I've ever had! This place was truly a home away from home. The rooms were all good size and the beds were amazingly comfortable. There was nothing we needed that was not provided by the homeowners. The location is also amazing, beautiful view of the monument and a super short walk to downtown. Can't wait to book our next trip to Ptown!

Terrific Stay
We traveled to PTown in mid-July and loved the place. There were four of us in the three rooms and the place was perfect. Centrally located, steps away from the pier, Commercial Street, gray restaurants and shops, and a quick run/bike ride over to the NPS bike paths.
Amenities were great. Super easy-to-use sound system, comfortable living, dining & kitchen area. Very comfortable deck, perfect for grilling out and coffee in the mornings.
The owners were amazing-- very responsive, very easy to work with and I felt like they were truly interested in making sure we had everything we could want and the house suited our needs.
We hope to return again next year and would recommend it without hesitation.
