Top 2 stories of 1800s Historic Sea Captain's House right on water side of Commercial Street in the West End. Amazing water views!! Located near the center of town, steps to the beach as well as the Boatslip, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Flyer's is right behind the house where you can rent a boat or kayak to explore Ptown. Parking for 1 car directly on Commercial St. Deck on back facing water. Wood floors throughout and 2 gas fireplaces. Fast wifi, 46' LCD TV with Bose speaker system, ipod/iphone dock in each bedroom. 3 queen beds with memory foam mattresses. Rainforest shower/heated floors in both bathrooms. Newly renovated addition and expanded deck built in 2013. Additional 2 smart LED TVs in bedrooms. New washer/dryer.

The pictures actually do not do this place justice. There is so much space to spread out and relax. Also everything in town is about a 5 minute walk.

We really enjoyed our stay in Eddie’s West End Ptown home. Lots of room for 3 of us and certainly could have had up to 6. Thoughtful touches like coffee pods ready to go, fireplace and soaps. I'm a frequent Ptown visitor since the 90’s and prefer this end of town, convenience to favorite restaurants like Joon (next door), Sals Place and Red Inn. I will definitely look to stay here again.

This condo was wonderful! The only issue was the boat yard behind it. The boats that were winterized were stacked up preventing any water views, disappointing.

Great place to stay for a wedding at The Masthead. Be prepared for steep stairs. Great beds,2 baths with showers for 4 adults. Having a parking space is a big plus all in the heart of Provincetown

Amazing property on Commercial St located in walking distance to everything. Very clean with every amenity we needed from the kitchen to the bath. The outdoor patio was great for meals and relaxing. The owner Eddie is amazing and responded to texts within minutes. 5 stars all around!

Six of us stayed at Eddie's place and had a wonderful time. Well appointed home with comfy beds and in the best location of PTown! It's got some age on it (front door must be closed well), but really an amazing place to stay. Owner was very responsive in every situation as well.

This lovely light-filled space is the perfect place to come to after Tea. The 2 main bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The loft is convenient for an added space but is definitely not a "hang out" space.
The photos accurately represent the space.
Eddie is very responsive. There was an issue with the propane and he was able to get it resolved very quickly.
We've stayed here twice and will definitely return again.

The pictures do not do this apartment/condo justice! Beautiful, spacious home with a fully stocked kitchen. And a gorgeous outdoor deck with a view!!
The beds were very comfortable and the European shower in the main bathroom was AMAZING!!!!
Ed (the owner) was very prompt with communications. He provided a number of recommendations for restaurants in the area; we did take his advise and were thrilled with each venue.
The location was great — right on Commercial street and very easy to walk to everything but just far enough away from the crowds.
My husband and I look forward to our next stay in PTown and hopefully get to stay here again.

This was a fantastic property and a great place for my friends and I to stay for the week. It's in an excellent location that was central but not noisy, and the deck is absolutely wonderful to have. The only complaint I heard the entire week was that maybe the unit could have had more blankets, and if that's the only criticism, you know it's a good trip.

Eddie's place is fantastic. It is located right on Commercial. Close enough to everything but far enough for it to be quiet. There are fantastic views of the water from both patios. The bathrooms are really great, both having rain showers. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals. I think the best part of this experience was working with Eddie. He is such a great and responsive host. Finally, there is a parking space right in front, which is super convenient.

A small group of us spent New Year's weekend at Eddie's place in Provincetown. It was terrific! Fabulous location, very clean, and more spacious and lovely than the pictures suggest. And Eddie was so very helpful, even sending us information about extra parking and NYE festivities. Highly recommend!

My cousin and I had our first mom-cation and it was spectacular! The condo is clean and had all of the amenities. The roof top deck is the perfect place to sip wine or drink coffee and relax while watching the ocean. The location was perfect, in walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. While most of the town is located to the right of the condo, we definitely suggest taking a left and heading to Sals! We had an amazing dinner on the beach, the service and food were fantastic! Eddie was also a wonderful host! We love Ptown and if we have the opportunity to comeback we will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Our group LOVED this condo. The place was spacious, well-decorated, super-comfortable, and had huge bedrooms (which is very uncommon for ptown). The check-in process was easy, the owner was great, and we hope to come back again!

We literally walked all over Ptown to check out all the places we had short listed for our week long stay. This was easily the most pleasant option - place is nicer than the photos. Every detail in this high quality home was thought through like you would at your own home. The early morning coffee or the evening glass of rosé on the balcony was delightful. Commercial Street walks became an easy daily routine. Restaurants and shops super close - what more does one need?! Perfect, always quickly responsive host and would stay again if we ever needed a place in PTown!
