About this house rental
Situated in Provincetown, this charming house for $399 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This 200 year-old single family home has been lovingly renovated to provide modern comfort with historic charm. Ideally situated in the heart of PTown's unique West End, this home is just a block away from the fun and charm of Commercial Street. The main floor includes a newly furnished Great Room with gas fireplace and 50" Flat Screen TV. Gourmet Kitchen is stocked with high-end cookware and appliances, including a double-oven, double-sink, and convection/microwave. There is one bdrm/one bath on main floor, 2nd floor includes a large master bedroom plus a third bedroom along with a luxury bath with jacuzzi tub and 2 person shower. All beds have been upgraded to adjustable SleepNumber mattresses. Outdoor deck with seating for 6 plus 2 free parking spaces. High speed wireless internet. NOTE: Due to the original architecture of the house, the stairway to top floor is somewhat steep (but completely solid). 2nd floor bedrooms are not ideal for small children or adults with mobility issues. NOTE: Rental does not include the owner-occupied basement apartment, which is fully separated and locked off from the rental space. The apartment is effectively sealed off from the main house, and has its own separate air-handling (HVAC) systems. The third parking space in the driveway is reserved for the basement apartment. 7-Night Minimum In Season (mid-June through mid-Sept). 3-Night Minimum all other times. Thanks!

Enjoyed our recent stay over Christmas Holiday 2023! Chris was the consumate host by offering a beautifully relaxing space in the uber-convenient West End area of PTown. We were 2 couples and one dog and found the accommodations quite comfortable. The sleep number beds in all the bedrooms offered a wonderful nights sleep after nearby strolls into town. Really enjoyed sitting by the gas fireplace and enjoying conversations in the cozy living area. Ample onsite/off street parking for our 2 SUVs was a bonus! Chris was quickly and thoroughly available for any questions we had - super responsive. Great property, great host, great vacation...we'll be back!! Thanks, Mr. Flint!!

This is a very comfortable cottage for two couples with pets.The kitchen is well appointed with a large kitchen table in the center. The overhead lighting was a little low for doing a jigsaw puzzle but otherwise adequate. The bedding and living room furniture were super comfortable for all of us. This is a great location in the West end of town- would stay there again!

We loved our stay in this house over Christmas week. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures can convey, full of charming details and loving updates that preserve the historic nature of the property. Special shout-outs to the kitchen—so well appointed, we cooked an elaborate Christmas dinner and post-holiday brunch for ourselves and the house had everything we could have wanted—and the gas fireplace—so cozy on these winter nights with nothing more required than the touch of a button. Truly, we would not change a thing, and hope to be lucky enough to return!

My partner and I stayed here with a couple of friends and our dog, Freddie, and found the house to be clean, with a well equipped kitchen, extra amenities (Alexa), and perfectly placed in the town for peaceful nights and easy walks to the center. We all agreed that this was a place we would rent again. Our thanks to Chris, the owner, for his quick responses to any emailed questions, too.

The house was much nicer and more spacious than I expected from the listing. The location was ideal, the instructions for everything were really detailed and easy to follow. It was a really cozy landing spot as we enjoyed Provincetown.

This place literally couldn't have been better, we were so happy. The location is a 2-5 minute walk to everything, parking was on-site and easy (if you're not familiar w/ Provincetown this is a REALLY big deal), the house is cozy, well appointed (with high end touches that you don't often see in a rental) and clean. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, there are desks in the bedrooms if you need to do some work and the kitchen is well stocked with whatever tools you could possibly need. This will definitely be my go to house whenever I visit Provincetown in the future.

This is a fantastic property for a nice vacation in PTown. We are close to everything for foods and entertainments. The house is clean, beautiful and technologically updated but still have old charm. We love staying here and Chris is amazing host, very responsive and easy to communicate with.

This is so central, a quick walk from tea and literally around the bend from the main strip. Plus, the bike rental place is also close which is super convenient. Alexa in every room was a great touch and the kitchen was verrrry nice.

Chris's house in Provincetown is prime location, a quick walk to the center of town but still in a lovely quiet area. I've never seen a rental property that has a kitchen this well stocked! There's a nice deck for some morning coffee. The house also comes with some beach equipment that we definitely appreciated. Communication with the host was very prompt and helpful. We would love to stay again next time!

The house was fantastic. Chris thought of everything when furnishing the house. High end appliances, great furniture, wonderful gas fireplace and very comfy beds. It had everything we could want. Location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood with easy walk into town. We have been vacationing in ptown over 25 years and this was one of our favorite places we have stayed. Definitely will stay here again. Host was great and checked in with us by text to make sure we had arrived and everything was to our liking. Great experience.

Our whole experience with the Host and the property was a delight. Communication with Chris was easy and he was very quick and responsive with information. The cottage was roomier than expected, warm and comfortable, very well appointed and the location could not have been better. Such a cool old house in a great location!! Only word of warning is also stated in the description… very steep stairs. Not good for small children, dogs or folks with mobility issues. Can’t beat the location! Just steps to Liz’s Cafe and Victors, two of our favorite eateries in PTown! We loved it and the owner was great to deal with!!

My family and I thorough enjoyed this house in Ptown! It suited the 6 of us and our dogs perfectly. The kitchen had everything you might need. The appliances are new and lovely. We walked into town every day and drove to some nearby beaches. You can’t beat the location. The upstairs bedrooms are best suited for the younger people in your party as they are steep. We highly recommend this beautiful house.

I had to find a place in a hurry due to an unfortunate circumstance. I was so lucky this rental was available. It was perfect in every way from location to cleanliness. The house was charming. The deck and little garden area was an added bonus. We could sit outside and visit with our friends and family. We had a few questions and Tyler was awesome. I give this rental 5 plus stars and hope we can return next year. Thank you for one of the best Whale Watcheds and hospitality.

Located in the charming West End, the perfect location for peace and quiet and just a few minutes from town center. It was great to have us down stairs and our friends upstairs with their own suite and privacy. We had everything we needed ,, communication was great from Cliff, and everything went smoothly great kitchen and deck with grill and was a real plus to have two parking spots! Definitely will recommend and come back again to stay.
