Top floor (3 flights of stairs, no elevator) Parking: This condo has its own designated parking space marked 504 on the ground level. It is large enough for one large vehicle or two small vehicles. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. Common Areas: Gazebo Grills Picnic Tables Rules: Check in time 3pm Check out time 10 am No Smoking or Vaping in the condo No Pets in the condo Minimum Age to rent 25 The BeachFront is a small, low rise, three story complex with only 36 units. The beach is usually not crowded with the exception of the summer holidays. Parking is below the unit on the ground level. Guests are welcome to use the gazebo, grills and picnic tables. When walking out of the condominium door and down the stairs, you are only a few short steps to the white sandy beach. Only 2 vehicles are allowed. The first vehicle must pull up as far as possible in the parking area, the second vehicle must pull up behind the first vehicle. The vehicles may not protrude past the walkway. Guests can walk across the street to a convenience store, restaurant, seafood market and ice cream parlor. This condo is beach side. This condo is not ocean front and it does not have a deck/balcony. It is beside the beach side end unit, on the top floor in the east building. We do have great views of the gulf from each bedroom. Beach chairs and beach towels are not included, however Suncoast Beach Rentals is set up on the beach directly in front of our neighboring complex to the East.

The property is clean. Need to take toilet paper! Only provide two rolls. Also need salt and pepper shakers, foil, or containers with lids.

The unit was 2nd from the end closest to the beach on the 3rd (top floor). Super convenient access to the beach. The unit was clean and attractively decorated. The property manager was easy to access for questions. There is a seafood market, restaurant and grocery store across the street. Close to everything in Gulf Shores. Value for the price was great. Will definitely stay again!

There were a few inconveniences which I expected on a budget. You have two levels of stairs to climb but the condo is the second one from the beachside and you are only steps from the white sandy beach. You have to take your garbage out to the front of the property where the dumpster is located and I never could figure out the living room remote. None of this affected the pleasant nature of our stay. The condo itself is really comfortable and as pictured. The twin bed mattress was a bit firm, but I slept well. The people were so nice. You are located a short drive or walk from restaurants, the pier (which I loved), and shopping and the area is really beautiful. Very touristy with live music and a pleasant atmosphere. We had a fabulous time and would stay again!

The mgr was so welcoming and responded to any call/ texts IMMEDIATELY. I gave it a overall 3 star because of the wifi connection and no cell phone service but other than that the stay and the condo was nice , clean and relaxing.

We had an amazing time! The condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed to cook meals so that we didn’t have to eat out every day. I loved the private beach access and the private cleaning station. 10/10 would recommend!

We were extremely satisfied with this place. It is so close to the beach, I don’t think anything could be better for a beach vacation! It was very clean and had all the supplies we needed. Our granddaughter stayed with us and we enjoyed putting a puzzle together on a rainy day. I would definitely stay there again!

When we arrived at 3:30pm the fist day, the cleaning person was still there and had us wait outside for a couple of minutes. When we went in, my friend turned the covers back on the bed and found that the bed sheets had not been changed. Property manager was friendly and very responsive to our needs and clean sheets were quickly delivered. Cleaning person offered to take the comforters to wash as well. We said no but upon closer inspection, we should have accepted offer because they were not clean. We used our own blankets and left comforters on the floor. Otherwise, the condo seemed clean and we were comfortable. Additional inconvenience when we were asked to move our car from the provided covered parking space to a lot across the street so that they could do maintenance on the parking lot. We understood BUT very inconvenient when we had to cross a busy street with all of our luggage at checkout. Otherwise a very nice stay. Side view of beach from bedroom windows. Location was a short walk to the beach and also provided shower to rinse sand off. We took advantage of chair/umbrella rental on beach directly in front of condo and enjoyed our time by the ocean.

The proximity to the beach was unbeatable. Loved being able to wake up and have my morning coffee by the ocean without having to take walk through a lobby or take an elevator. It was all very relaxed and homey. 10/10!

Location was great! On the beach in 30 seconds from the front door to toes in sand. Area was quiet and well kept and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Accommodations where comfortable for 2 adult and two children. Plenty of linens and towels. As the listing states, there are plenty of pots/pans, plates, bowls, and utensils, just make sure you bring everything else you need to cook (seasonings, butter, etc.). Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place to friends and family.

We loved this little place! Perfect location with access that is just steps away to the beach. The rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Owners were very responsive to my questions, specifically how to turn the shower on 😂 (there’s a pull down knob on the bottom of the water faucet that will turn the shower on, just fyi). Overall, would 100% stay here again!

We absolutely loved every second of our stay. The condo is nicely decorated and steps from the beach. This was important to us with two small children. We could easily go back and forth from the beach when needed. We can’t wait to come back!

The condo was exactly as pictured! It could be a bit cleaner. More to do with the cleaning services. There had not been some items swept from under the vanity in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. Not to sound too picky… it was visible from the standing position! Otherwise- it was good. Not a lot of options for cooking there. Overall this complex could benefit from a pool. The location is great!! Beach area is beautiful!
