Towels and washcloths provided. Living Room: Sofa Sleeper (queen) 2 chairs 50" smart television/dish network Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, stove, refrigerator w/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave Fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, glassware, utensels etc. Keurig/standard combination pot Blender Amenities: Free wifi Dish Network Smart televisions Towels, washcloths, dishtowels are provided Linens and blankets are provided Stackable washer and dryer No check in hassle, enter with keyless entry code No elevator No swimming pool Beach towels are not provided Starter Pack: 2 rolls bathroom tissue 1 roll paper towel 1 garbage liner 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid 1 small package of washing powder 1 small package of dishwasher powder 2 small bars of soap 1 small bottle of shampoo 1 small bottle of conditioner Location: 1125 West Beach Blvd. Gulf Shores, AL Unit 305 Condo is located in West Beach area, approximately 1.5 miles from Hwy 59 and the Hangout. Top floor (3 flights of stairs, no elevator) Parking: This condo has its own designated parking space marked 305 on the ground level. It is large enough for one large vehicle or two small vehicles. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. Common Areas: Gazebo Grills Picnic Tables Rules: Check in time 3pm Check out time 10 am No Smoking or Vaping in the condo No Pets in the condo Minimum Age to rent 25 The BeachFront is a small, low rise, three story complex with only 36 units. The beach is usually not crowded with the exception of the summer holidays. Parking is below the unit on the ground level. Guests are welcome to use the gazebo, grills and picnic tables. When walking out of the condominium door and down the stairs, you are only a few short steps to the white sandy beach. Only 2 vehicles are allowed. The first vehicle must pull up as far as possible in the parking area, the second vehicle must pull up behind the first vehicle. The vehicles may not protrude past the walkway. Guests can walk across the street to a convenience store, restaurant, seafood market and ice cream parlor. This condo is beach side. This condo is not ocean front and it does not have a deck/balcony. The condo is on the top floor in the east building. We do have views of the gulf from each bedroom. Beach chairs and beach towels are not included, however Suncoast Beach Rentals is set up on the beach directly in front of our neighboring complex to the East.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. I don't go looking for spiderwebs in the corner but from what I could tell, it was clean. Beach was great and the condo was close to a little grocery store(small convenient store) a nice restaurant and an ice cream parlor.

As far as closeness to the beach goes, this was absolutely perfect. We could go back and forth as needed, which made our beach days more comfortable. The property was spotless and well supplied. Check-in & check-out couldn’t have been easier.

For the most part our experience was good! Deana was fantastic, she responded promptly to our message and was very helpful. Thursday was a little challenging because the parking lot was being resurfaced and we had to pack up as much as possible the night before so we we didn’t have to haul everything across the street to load in our car before we left. We understand that these things are necessary, just a little inconvenient. Beach access was close and easy and the Gazebo, grill and picnic tables were a nice extra!

The condo was clean and comfortable!!! The decor was coastal and homey!!! The location was perfect, right on the beach!!! Communication with the manager was very easy!!! We were in contact with her several times, and she was very kind and professional!!! The price was affordable!!! We hope to be going back again one day!!! Five stars all around!!!

Very neat place that is quiet handy and a few steps to the beach literally. I loved the observation deck for sunsets and saw some beautiful ones. I know nothing about dish tv but you tube snd google fixed me right up

We spent two months in this condo unit. It is the perfect distance to from downtown Gulf Shores in that it's not too far but not too close. You're closely located to a grocery store and a restaurant. It was common practice to see dolphins in the morning from the deck. The unit itself was clean when we arrived and offered exactly what we needed for our stay on the beach.

This was our 2nd time in this unit. Washer/dryer not heating, not the cleanest this time and mold on shower curtain. Other than that, great little condo.

Loved this location. House was clean and updated. Right on the beach, not far from great eats and shops. My only issue was the wood did not work at all, but we were enjoying our beach time so it didn’t really matter to us anyway! Great house for a small family getaway!

This rental was clean and had all we needed for our stay. The owner was quick to reply to any questions that we had. The beds were comfy and the couch was also. Plenty of towels and bedding. The beach was steps from our rental. The only bad thing was that parking was tight! Also the walkway to the beach (when walking over dune area) isn’t ideal. Instead of a built up area like most places have this property only has some wood slates laid in the sand. Two of the ladies in our group of five fell on this. It is kinda steep and unsteady with nothing to hold onto. Great location. Close to Hangout.

This place is perfectly placed right where you can have beach access! The condo is clean and beautiful. Highly recommend for a getaway! I need to ask the owner what kind of mattress they use on the twin beds because it is was so comfortable! You will appreciate everything about the stay.

The stay was nice for me and my family. It’s right on the beach! Love the convenience. I would recommend having beach chairs and umbrellas for guest and also the tv didn’t work in the living-room. Overall happy though so I would come back.
