Located in Surrey, this charming bed and breakfast for $107 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. FYI, THE SUITE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE DISABLED. * Basement suite with 9 stairs in a family home. Overlooking into the garden. Newly renovated bright, very clean, and spacious space with two (2) bedrooms, one large and one smaller with a private entrance at back and a key code entry for guests convenient. The suite is suitable for long or short-term holidaymakers and/or business travelers with a total maximum of four (4) persons. NOTE: Families with, children-one (1) child under age 2 stay for free. Mini crib 39" X 27" (99 cm by 68 cm) available in the suite. SORRY NO PET ALLOWED. NOTE: KITCHEN AMENITIES (Kitchenette) equip with the below list for those wishing to do some cooking: 1. Fridge & freezer. 2. Portable Induction cook-top. 3. Conversational oven. 4. Microwave oven. 5. Electric indoor grill-BBQ. 6. Crock pot (slow cooker) 7. Electric Skillet 8. Rice cooker. 9. Baking pan/sheets. * 10. Toaster. 11. Coffee grinder. 12. Regular 10 cups Coffee maker. 13.French coffee press. 14. Handheld Milk Frother. * 15. Blender. 16. Electric kettle. 17. Electric citrus Juice extractor. 18. Mixing bowls & Measuring cups & spoons. * 19. Dishes & cutlery. 20. Kitchen Knives & assorted spoons. 21. Coffee mugs, Cups, Drinking glasses & Wine glasses. 22. Pots, pans & much more not listed. Also a complimentary sugar, tea, salt, pepper, & oil, plus to get you started... (Note: if you need more than available/provided during your stay, you will need to go shopping as we do not replenish.) Additional rules 1* Only the # of guest(s) booked will be allowed on our property at all times. If you arrive with more guests than booked, everyone will be turned away at your loss. If you wish to make an adjustment to the # of guests to check in/stay, you must do so with the platform prior to your check-in date. 2* No 3rd party booking (EXCEPT businesses/companies on behalf of staff.) 3* No guest(s) rotation/rotating. 4* No smoking or vaporing. "IF" you wish to smoke, DO SO ONLY in the back garden-Absolutely never indoors or in the front yard. 5* NO ILLEGAL DRUGS OR CANNABIS WILL BE PERMITTED ON OUR PROPERTY. 6* DO KEEP IT QUIET IF/WHEN ARRIVING LATE-RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORHOOD THE QUIET FAMILY NEIGHBOURHOOD. 7* No street shoes inside the house...Please... 8* Liability: We're not liable for any bodily harm to guest(s) while on our property. You "the guests" are solely liable for any bodily harm to yourselves. 9* Guest(s) staying with children: You're 100 percent responsible for the safety of your children & any damages they may cause during your stay. 10* 100% NO PET(S) of any kind... 11* One (1) street parking possibility only (our neighborhood watch regulation) DO not book if, more than one car.*** PLEASE do not book our space if you do not agree with the house rules.IMMEDIATE EVICTION WILL OCCUR IF ANY OF THE HOUSE RULES ARE VIOLATED without further supplementary debate. Super-clean and convenient spot in Surrey. 15-20 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go south of Vancouver. Perfect size for a couple + 1 (or maybe 2 couples). Super, quick communication with the owner. Will be on our list if we get back!

This placevis very nice and so are the owners....the only thing I will say is that if you are staying longer than a few days just a heads up the fridge is very small, there is no oven only a single cooktop and no Laundry unless you stay for more than 14days...
