Located on a quiet cul-de-sac on Inspiration Point at the far reaches of Boulder Bay, the views are breathtaking from every direction. Expect an 'over the top' experience when staying in this home. The unique living space offers a cozy and comfortable cabin feeling. The beautiful full round hand peeled logs, the hardwood floors, granite counter tops and comfortable furniture boasts a true mountain home experience. This house has everything. Fabulous location and magical sunsets. We truly enjoyed all things at “The Grand.” While the check in process in Big Bear is a bit different and cumbersome, the host makes this process as painless as possible with great communication from the very beginning. Barb was thorough and did everything to ensure our stay was great. The house is truly magnificent and there is so much pride that went into the build on this property. When my guest stated,”this place looks like Disneyland with the attention to detail” you know this property is unlike no other. The views from every window, patio, and balcony are stunning.

Not our first stay; property is gorgeous and comfortable; nice to have a couple of places to hang, like downstairs. Nothing, NOTHING can beat the location of this dock for fishing. One year caught a tournament winner; this year, caught FIFTY-FIVE fish from the dock in six day with six licenses. Lake Patrol always are seen and are great. We had a relaxing time and a ball at the same time!

This home was spectacular. So much better than the pictures. All the gathering spaces were perfect for the whole family to be together, from the youngest to the oldest. Fully stocked for the foodies to create with ease in a great kitchen. We will come again.

We stayed at Barb’s property with the whole family (5 adults and 2 teens 14 and 16) and it was awesome. The place was just like the pictures and location was amazing. Close to many little stores and also a quick drive to the big stores in downtown.
The house setup is perfect for a big group as it is well spread yet very cozy. The downstairs with pool table, ping-pong and a nice rounded table by the bar area where we had the whole family playing UNO most nights. Really fun and exciting to be able to take the kids out of their phones lol (wifi speed was pretty reliable tho).
The TV in the downstair with 2 large Sofas was perfect for movie time. The jacuzzi was nice with an spectacular view of the lake and very private.
We went Skiing at the Big Bear Mountain Resort and it was a very easy and quick drive there.
The whole family loved the place and we’re definitely planning to rent it again.
It is definitely worth checking out.

This is definitely an upscale lakefront property. The lake frontage is long as it is on a peninsula. Great views of the lake. The lake was busy due to the holiday weekend. Using our standup paddleboards was challenging due to the boat wakes and wind generated waves. The house is beautiful and well kept. The grandkids (and us adults) enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and ping pong.

Beautiful home, amazing location on the lake
We had an absolute blast staying at "The Grand" with our friends and family. The house is located on a sizeable property with amazing views of Big Bear Lake and Boulder Bay. The house layout was great for our 2 families of 4 (4 of whom are under 4) with ample space to stretch out and relax. Nearly every room has a lake view, which was a pleasure to wake up to every morning! We really enjoyed staying here in the winter, and can't wait to come back in the summer as well!

Breathe taking views
We stayed at "The Grand" on Big Bear Lake for a week. That wasn't long enough. It was a spacious, comfortable, and fun home to stay in. There are plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms for families, as well as a big, game room-bar-poker table room downstairs for hours of enjoyment. There are views out every room in the house. We loved our stay here and would visit again. We would recommend this home to our friends and family. The owner Barb, and property manager, Emilia were very attentive and kind. Stay in this house, and you will not leave disappointed.
