The ground floor is the utility room with a washer and dryer and storage area. A set of exterior stairs brings you up to enter the main entrance door to the villa on the first floor (dining room, kitchen and screened in balcony), there is an interior spiral staircase the brings you to the second floor (living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and wet bar).
