Located in North Beach Haven, this lovely house for $995 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Surfside, a beautiful beach front LBI property with incredible ocean views and large windows for natural light that flows throughout. This home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, plus an outside shower, and is fully furnished to modern taste. A private path gives you access to the beach and the private driveway accommodates 6 cars, along with a 1-car garage. The 1st floor consists of a beach front Trex deck with glass posts maximizing your view of the beach. The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen is saturated with sunlight. The 1st floor has 1 bedroom with its own full bath, and another large bedroom and hall bath. A wide staircase beneath cathedral ceilings brings you to the 2nd floor, where sliding glass doors reveal a large rear deck with lounge chairs. The master en-suite has full ocean views with 14 ft ceilings and sliding glass doors to another private deck. This master bedroom includes a master bath with double sinks and shower. The floor level can accommodate 4 on sofas that convert to twin beds and a full/twin bunkbed. Floor level also includes a 55 inch TV with a half bath and washer/dryer. ***Please note: Linens and towels not provided. Beautiful and very well maintained beach house with amazing views and easy beach access. Very convenient location for restaurants and Bay Village. Primary suite has an incredible ocean view. Plenty of space for families. We especially enjoyed the oceanfront deck. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Great place for a wedding weekend on LBI. We rented this house as a place for our daughter and the bridal party to get ready and take pictures.
Between the main floor bedrooms and the ground level open area there was plenty of space to have some out of town family to stay with us.
The primary suite is spacious and the view was spectacular!’

House is clean & well kept. The location is not too busy, but you can walk for ice cream or a little shopping. The waters edge was a short walk from the private access walk. That’s a bonus ! The owner was great to deal with & easy to contact with any questions. Enjoyed our trip greatly and will stay there again if visiting the area!

Great location & Incredible Views!
The private location of this home on a flag lot with private beach access made it perfect for our family and young children. The incredible master suite with cathedral ceilings and its own balcony was the icing on the cake!

Perfection
My family and I shared a beautiful week in this clean and well appointed ocean front home. The easy access to the beach, the fabulous views and the constant, soothing sounds of the waves made for a very relaxing environment. Nick was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back. The actual cost of the house for the week came to 8.3 cents per person per minute. A bargain if you ask me.

Beautiful view and close to the beach
We had a lovely week here. The view from the master bedroom is magnificent! It was also great to be able to see the sunset from the deck on the other side. The walk to the beach has a hill, but it’s really nice that it’s your own private path. We used the washer dryer several times and they were great. We also really enjoyed eating dinner at the table on the deck.

Beachfront Bliss
This Jersey Shore house lived up to its looks on VRBO! Beautifully decorated inside and out with clean rooms and nautical themes. There was plenty of room for our family of three generations, and we enjoyed the three levels at the beach front home to the fullest! The best part was the beautiful views of the beach and the easy access to get there.
All in all we had a wonderful week, and the owner Nick was so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had while we were there.
We will be returning next year for more fun times at the beach, and happy family memories at this beautiful beachfront home!!

Amazing ocean views
The views from this house were just amazing. It was spacious and comfortable for five adults, with a well-equipped kitchen (although the knives could use some sharpening). Beach was just steps away, and the house had plenty of beach chairs. Nick was a great host, very responsive. LBI has a lot of great restaurants but we just kept getting takeout so we could enjoy our own views!

Wonderful property situated directly on the beach. The house is clean and modern with great views of the water. The owner is friendly, accessible and proactive - no issues during our stay. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Beautiful!
The house is right on the beach in a perfect location. It was so clean when we arrived. The bathrooms and kitchen are all nice and new. Remote controlled blinds in the master bedroom were awesome. Beautifully decorated - although we had to move some of the décor out of reach of our 18 month old so she wouldn't break them! So much room for an extended family or two, yet felt cozy and homey. One small suggestion - have more hooks on the top two floors for bathroom towels. Lots of hooks in the basement for towels though! TVs in every room was great. Lots of private parking - key in the summer. Nick the owner was so helpful and responsive. Can't say enough great things about this place!

Super happy with everything. VRBO next door was rented for bachelorette party which got completely out of hand (police came). No fault of our host. He was wonderful from start to finish.

A perfect respite from COVID 19
This was our second year renting this house on the ocean. Again, we found it easy to work with the owner. There is easy access to the beach which is cleaned daily, is not crowded, is populated by beachgoers respectful of social distancing, and has pleasant life guards. The house is more than adequately supplied with items one needs to prepare simple meals. Other than having a short run-in with Isaias, which provided some excitement, the week was perfect.

House was great!!! Loved the extra fridge in the garage and the downstairs bunk room for teen boys. Bedrooms were spacious bright and lovely. View from master was absolutely gorgeous
