Amazing waterfront condominium at Boca Ciega Resort
About this condo rental
Nestled in Seminole, this attractive condo for $100 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to enjoy your vacation in this lovely place. This is a one-room condo which has the perfect size for family, couple or even your own. The condo is on the 4th floor which is the highest floor in this building. Luckily, you get the best view and less noise. You can have a commanding view of blue sea anytime you like. All the facility in this condo is new. We could prepare cooking utensil if you want to cook. Enjoy the screened in porch while listening to nature and watching sunsets. This resort maybe is not that famous. But if you want to have a peaceful, relaxing place to stay, this is definitely the first choice for you. The condo is very close to shopping mall and restaurant and also convenient to get St. Petersburg, Tampa and Madeira Beaches, and John’s Pass Village. The resort also provides the nice outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ area, private pier. We'll provide a new TV and wonderful bedding as it didn't show in the pictures. Probably 3.5-3.75 stars in my honest opinion. We’re seasoned travelers and this condo was just lacking in a few areas. Some things in poor repair like the living room blinds. The kitchen had no dishes or cookware to speak of either. The bedroom window has a bright light just outside so it’s like sleeping with the lights on. I’d suggest some black out shades. Some beach towels would be a great touch for the pool and hot tub. The biggest issue is the traffic noise. This unit sits just next to and above a busy highway bridge and it’s a constant loud sound that makes enjoying the balcony almost impossible. The owner was great with communicating however so I rounded my stars up.

The condo was very clean and the pool and hot tub were great. This is not the owner's fault but it wasn't quiet because so close to the highway. The view was excellent and I highly recommend this place for a vacation rental.

The condo has an amazing view over looking the bay side, although next to a bridge it was still quite peaceful to sit on the patio to watch the sun rise/set. The bed was a full size for two people, so naturally my kiddo didn't sleep in the bed with me. There is a sofa that doubles as a "sofa bed" and this is my least favorite thing about the place, and they only negative thing I can say; it was uncomfortable to sit on as a couch and as a bed, NOPE. Other than that, the value of what I paid for exceeded my expectations. I will definitely book here again and recommend to others.
Host communication was also amazing. He responded in a timely manner within ten minutes or less and so pleasant to work with.

This was a really great place to stay. The private dock was awesome. Me and my wife caught alot of fish every evening. The bed was comfy.

The bed was very comfortable. Nice view. We were only there for one night during our travels but it appeared to have everything you would need for your stay. The condo is by the bridge but that did not bother us. We still liked the water view. Would stay again.

On my 5th day I started noticing little red dots on my wrists. The next couple of days I started noticing more red bumps but I thought it was a sun rash. By the 8th night I started looking for bugs after researching on my phone and found one crawling on the bed. My sister had slept on the couch all week so she switched with me for a couple of hours. As soon as she woke up, I found two more crawling on the bed. I contacted the owner and she immediately had a company come out. They verified it was bed bugs and were going to treat the property the next day. We ended our trip early and went to my cousins. We thought we were so careful, but two days later we saw two at her house. Had to pay $1000 for her house to be treated. I put in a claim with vrbo but could not be compensated for the eight nights we stayed. Just be careful and really inspect the bedroom. It sometimes takes more than one treatment to get rid of them. I would not want anyone else to go through this. I had over 200 bites and this has ruined my vacation.

Everything about this stay was amazing! Super easy to check in, the hosts were very nice and extremely helpful, and not to mention the great area with an amazing view!

#402 at the Boca is wonderful. It’s location to the Gulf is super attractive. It is right next to a busy road so spending time outside is rather noisy. But that in no way detracts from the lovely property.
The traffic noise can barely be heard from inside and not at all in the bedroom.
Pinlan was very good communicating with us.
A few more steak knives and dish towels would be a good addition.
Overall, we loved the experience.

Great location for the price! It's one condo from Bay Pines Blvd, so there is significant noise,though. However, the view makes up for it. It's only about 500 sq.ft., however the view makes up for it! There is very small beach area in the corner where we put in kayaks and paddleboards. We could store our bikes, kayaks, and paddleboards down below in garage area. Pool and hot tub were a treat after a day of paddling or biking.
It was a wonderful three weeks!
