Only a few short steps to the beach. Parents can look off the deck and see the kids in the pool. Your relaxing vacation awaits! Inquire if you are interested in a monthly rate. Not ADA compliant. As with many properties on Ocean Isle Beach, we do not provide linens, towels, and toiletries, but we do have, as a result, a much lower cleaning fee than many other beaches across the country. Good setup for family of 4. Have to take all sheets and toiletries but was aware of that well before the trip. Condo and beach was a nice quiet family vacation area.

I absolutely adored this condo. It was very clean and had a beautiful jacuzzi in the master bedroom. There's a pool on the property a gorgeous view of the pier and multiple resturaunts, beach stores, ice cream shops and a putt putt course in walking distance. I can't wait to come back!! The host were very responsive and since I was going to fish, they had some great fishing tips for me!

We've stayed in this condo before, it was upgraded and enjoyed the new decor and changes. We had no problems with the condo, beach, parking or neighbors. It was well worth the time and effort to stay here. The beach was not crowded and the areas around OIB were full of things to do and really good resturants. We'll be stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is easy to get to on Ocean Isle, easy beach access and close to many restaurants and activities. Can literally walk to Aquatic Museum, park and few restaurants with kids. The condo was clean, but might be worth getting a wet swiffer for the hard floor if I were to not pick. Overall, I would definitely come back to this listing in the future.

My husband and I stayed a few days after Memorial weekend. This is a great location, clean and convenient. We would definitely stay again. The hosts were most accommodating when asked for restaurant recommendations, etc.

What a Great Condo on the Beach! We were close to everything. The Condo was very cute and the Decor was perfect. Loved sitting on the deck looking at the Ocean with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well set up except needing to bring our own towels, sheets, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. (although this seems common in the rentals for this area). Loved the location and the people. The beds were so comfortable! Our grandkids especially loved the bunk beds and claimed them as their own personal space. The owners were so helpful as we repeatedly changed our plans (kept adding in days and occupancy. We are already planning our next trip back. Easily 5 stars!

My husband and I came down for anniversary getaway. We got down early around 1:30 thinking we might could get in before 3. Contacted owner and was told new cleaning lady wasn’t gonna be there and done until 4-4:30. That was very disappointing. They did refund the cleaning charge but still disappointing. Nice place and clean once we finally got in we did enjoy the weekend.

The condo was exactly as listed: clean, convenient, and right on the beach. We were steps away from the poolside access to the beach and enjoyed leaving the porch door open to the sound, smell, and breeze of the ocean. There were many convenient restaurants and activities, even though it was off-season. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our overall, it is a nice, quiet, clean retreat. We stayed in February so many of the restaurants and putt putt were closed. We expected this. The remodeled updates were impressive. Fantastic oven, refrigerator, and microwave. The washer and dryer were nice. Wow. Very nice.

This is my third time staying here and hoping for a fourth. It is a great little oceanfront condo with a private porch that looks right out onto the ocean. I really appreciate all the updates the owners have completed in the last couple years. It is very comfortable and welcoming. The owners are great to work with, too. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend.

It was perfect! Beautiful. Perfect for two people (but would fit 4 with its bunk bed). Kitchen was well equipped, and allowed us to prepare a private Thanksgiving dinner for just the two of us. It had an intimate, cozy feel but not cramped. Beautiful beach atmosphere. Everything was efficiently organized. We moved in easily and smoothly, and felt like we were "home" in an hour. The location was fabulous - right on Ocean Isle Beach. Gorgeous ocean "on the beach" atmosphere - a scenic fishing pier just off to the right. So scenic! We left the front door open all during the day so we felt almost like we were on the beach. No complaints. It was perfect!

We arrived early and we wanted to see if we could get in because it was a downpour. Called owners and there response was can't enter before 3pm. I asked could you see if they are done cleaning? The response was I doubt it but I will check and you could eat at local restaurants why you wait. We watched no cleaning people in site. We still enjoyed our stay in spite of this. We have been coming here for years never had someone not let us in if it was cleaned earlier. It was on a Friday in which Saturday is the main day.

This was a great, much needed, family vacation. The condo is in great condition, and one couldn't ask for a better location. It met our family's needs above and beyond. The owners will have a loyal family to rent for quite sometime. Thank you for a blessing of a weekend/vacation.
