Each bedroom has bathroom and king bed, and the upstairs bedroom has a day bed with a trundle. This condo is also easily accessible to grocery and restaurants, including Publix and CVS. With a location close to shopping and entertainment, the Village Condo is only minutes from the movie theater and shopping complexes. This condo measures approximately 2000 sqft of living space, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The home is equipped with high-speed internet service, Smart TVs, gas fireplace, full kitchen, and marina access with optional pontoon boat rental (Lake Club Marina). The home is Handicap accessible, including an elevator. Must be 25 years of age to rent. Additional Rental Options Include: 1. Early check-in as early as 10am ($100 If Available) 2. Late check-out as late as 4pm ($100 If Available) We are close to the Ritz, Great walking trails, Biking trails, Large Condo inside of Reynolds Lake Oconee Parking is in front of the building.

The 55 degree starting temp was a shock and took about 6 hours to get to 68.

We had the best stay at this condo, super clean, they provided all the appliances (even a coffee maker!), and it was just a peaceful environment to stay in. This condo has it all and the next time we are in town, we will definitely stay here again!

This was a very nice place. Our only complaint was there wasn't any kleenex in the condo and they did not offer a starter of "Kcups" for the first morning cup of joe. Even Motel 6 offers coffee. Aside from that, this is roomy, a great location and responsive agents who helped us check in.

It was a cold week, the fireplace wouldn't light, after quick communication the owner or manager came over showed me how to light the pilot. It continued to go out while burning and give me a headache so we decided to pass and unfortunately we were not able to use the fireplace for the week. This unit is on the third floor and was out basically after we got there, fortunately it was working at first but not after and moving out was a real stress, carrying all the stuff down the stairs. Otherwise its a nice place.

It was a very great place to stay and had surrounding stores restaurants not very far from us it was a very quiet place beautiful trees and we watch the golfers golfing each morning we would see the grounds crew cleaning the golf course and watching the golfers

The unit was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our short visit. We were there for a wedding, so didn’t spend any time in meal prep at the unit. Located very close to the tennis courts. Very quiet at night for sleeping. There was shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom and hand soap and a bar of soap, which was unexpected since they said to bring my own. I would stay there again. Very nice unit.

Lovely condo in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything was as described. Wifi was spotty at times but we used our phones as hotspots when we needed to. Management was very responsive when we had an issue with the fridge.

The property is great in so many ways. The only concern I have is lack of toilet paper and shampoo. We had to go to the CVS and pick up supplies. It would have been fine if we knew that going in. But it was a great place.

This condo was perfect for my family, cozy and warm, nice furnishings, clean and neat. A few burned out light bulbs and no functioning fire place did not spoil the mood. Perfect location , within walking distance to fitness center and other family residence.

Wonderful spot
We were attending the GA ACC trade show at the Ritz. There were several of us that needed hotel rooms at the Ritz but they were full. We decided to stay as a group and the condo was perfect! Great location, well appointed, clean and cozy!

Nice condo but tired. Carpets were filty and there were bloodstains on the sheets in master.
Needs some fresh paint and definitely needs to have carpets cleaned. Also no iron and ironing board. Could not participate in what Reynolds had to offer without a member (e.g., golf, restaurants, gym, boat rental, etc.)
