It's just a short walk from the beach and is centrally located in the Oceanlake neighborhood of Lincoln City. With modern decor and appliances throughout, you will feel right at home in this family-friendly charmer. Enjoy a host of amenities including three Smart TVs, an upstairs game room equipped with a PS3 game console, plus a furnished patio located just off the living room with a firepit, private hot tub, and a gas grill. Just a short walk east to the 101, you will find a wide variety of stores, restaurants, antique shops, the historic Bijou Theater, and even a fun-filled arcade with a bar and jukebox! Or head down to the beach and go south along the shore a short while to arrive at Kyllo’s, where you can enjoy one of the best meals in town and stroll back at your leisure. From your car, it’s just a short drive to another movie theater, bowling alley, outlet shopping mall, and even the Chinook Winds Casino! Hunting for glass floats is a popular activity unique to Lincoln City, and if you visit during whale-watching season in the winter or fall you just might spot a grey whale from the beach! Extend your exploration by visiting nearby Devils Lake State Recreation Area; a haven for outdoor recreation, whether you prefer to explore on land or by kayak. Lincoln City also has lots of great spots for fishing, crabbing, and clamming! This was one of the most relaxing trips, could just walk right into what felt like my own home and enjoy the beach just a short walk away.

The house was clean and it’s in a nice central location in Lincoln City. Not far from beach access but no views of the ocean. House was stocked with everything we needed.

Property is beautiful convenient to everything including just walking a block to the beach. QUIET is the best with all the luxury of a grand suite. Definitely will be back here in 6 mths for next tourney.

Super functional for a large family and close to the beach. Lots of storage for all our stuff and appreciated it that it has items for a baby, like mini pnp, stroller and high chair.

Nice house with great amenities! Conveniently located very close to easy beach access and town. Good layout with plenty of room and privacy for all. Lots and lots of towels and even more for the hot tub. Kitchen had new appliances and lots of dishes/glasses, silverware and cleaning supplies. (Although it lacked a few cookware items, food storage containers and a vegetable steamer or insert). The hot tub was very relaxing and surrounded by nice shrubbery. Even enjoyed perfect September weather! Only downside was 10:00 AM checkout (and 4:00 PM check-in) which seems unreasonable.

This met all of our needs. We would definitely stay again. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking all of our meals, linens and towels were what we needed, washer and dryer was helpful, used the grill and the hot tub.

This house is newer and very comfortable for Lincoln City. We used the hot tub every night! Kitchen is great for making meals, and living spacious for 6 adults. Very pleased.

It has everything you need! There was a walking stick there and I was so thankful as I injured my leg! We had a wonderful time and wish we had more time to stay longer.

House fit the bill perfectly! Clean, tidy, well done, plenty space, and the hot tub was a dream. Id leave salt n pepper and cooking oil if it was my house but minor point, byo. Recommend strongly!

The location was fantastic as described. It was stocked well with a variety of hotel style supplies and plenty of towels for the beach, hot tub and bathrooms. We did run out of dishwashing tabs, but had plenty of everything else.
We definitely enjoyed the short walk to access the beach. We had a problem with the wooden blinds closing when we arrived the first evening. The property management responded immediately to our text and sent out someone to fix it the next morning. Our only recurring issue was how sensitive the smoke (heat?) alarm was. We set it off more than once with just normal cooking on the stove top & oven . . . even with the windows open and the fan going. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay there.

The property was just as described. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. The kids enjoyed the PlayStation. My only complaint would be that there are no curtains in the bedrooms so you get the early daylight coming in through the blinds. It messed with my plans to sleep in.

Has nothing to do with the owner or the cleaning crews, but a prior guest cooked bacon or used way too much oil and pooled at the bottom of the grill and caught on fire. Ruined my steak dinner with prime grade beef, so I’m furious about that, but no fault of the home owners and staff. This is a wonderful home and if you haven’t stayed here, you should, you’ll love it. Thank you for letting us enjoy this gem for a couple nights :)

Loved this home! Easy walk to the beach and the couch was soooo soft. This home has a gas fireplace and a hot tub! The beds were soft and the house was super clean! Will stay again.

I enjoyed the stay a lot with all the equipment provided. We enjoyed the beach blankets you put near the door. We used it everytime we went to the Jacuzzi. The kitchen was clean and all the televisions in the household had HBO and netflix which was awesome for the kids. My son loved the ps3. Overall, it was a fun experience.

We had a great time at the home! It fit our entire family very nicely. The only issues that we had I’m sure were caused from past renters. There was less than half the knives in the knife block. (Only one steak knife) all of the dishes were chipped and many utensils were lacking. The puzzles and games were all missing pieces. I am sure that the owners did not do this and it was due to renters probably not taking care of things. When we got there the propane was empty and the hot tub was locked with no key. That would have probably been of a Vacasa issue. Overall the location was great and we had a wonderful time despite anything. I would go back there again. Like I said I doubt that any of the things that were lacking eefe the actual homeowners fault. If they didn’t rent out their home I would bet it would be a well kept lovely home

The short walk to the beach was great. I come from the east coast where I'm always feet in the sand and loved being able to do that. Recommend to anyone who loves the beach.

We loved our stay, and they had everything you could think of needing on hand. Will def want to stay here again. My only negative would be the back yard, it was very over grown and really not room for kids to play other than on the patio. It was all fenced though which was a plus.
