This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. We loved staying at this home for our girls weekend. It is so well stocked and has everything we could possibly need. It was very clean.

Very easy to find and close to beach access and town. Comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed our time here. There was a slight problem with booking as after we booked the property said no pets a few days before arrival. At first I was told there were no exceptions but working with property management we were still able to take our dogs. So great response. Once there any questions we had were answered quickly. House is nice and met all our needs. Great stay.

This house was amazing! Super clean and spacious. Within walking distance of the beach. The hot tub was wonderful and the neighborhood was very nice. I highly recommend this house for anyone planning to visit Lincoln City.

Property was unique, prior renter must have had a dog as when we arrived at the house and took off shoes we stepped in urine located behind couch. Please make sure you clean carpet

Overall - property was located perfectly between the coastline (less than a 10 min walk) and major road (101, a minute drive). Partner and I were easily able to get around.
Hot tub was great, and my partner loved spending every night in it (I'm not as into hot tubs). The buttons were worn down, so its a little guess and press, but works great.
We could tell the house and pans have been used, but everything is functional, and they had all the appliances we needed for making food, coffee, etc.
Our dog loved sprinting through the house, up the stairs, and back down. The front/side yard is really where the dog can go, and she is still young so it was more than enough room for her.
Honestly - pre pandemic I went to multiple rentals a year. This is the first one since, and it was a far better experience than anything I had used previously. Made our mini honeymoon truly wonderful.
Oh - the light switches confused us. That might be the only negative thing.

The WindRose was a perfect place for our family getaway and it checked all the boxes. What you see is what you get. It accommodated us with our son and his wife and their 2 sons (ages 7 & 5). The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. Our grandsons especially loved the upstairs bed covey and family room. This gave them a separate area to play and watch movies and have their downtime when we weren't out exploring. Finding a place with a fully fenced yard is difficult so this was ideal for our border collie. We would definitely stay here again.

It was cute and clean. We went as a couple but it would be perfect for a family. There is a coffee pot and keurig but no pods or coffee filter just FYI. I left some filters so hopefully it stays around!

This home is so comfy. It’s beautiful and bright. My son had fun sending snacks up the butler chute. Haha! The home is just really clean, comfy, beautifully done. We would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommended.

Wonderful
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It had everything we were looking for. The house was clean and comfortable, as well as the hot tub that was at the perfect temp when we arrived. The spacious kitchen with plenty of utensils and a good oven, helped us cook some wonderful meals. The house itself was fun to explore.. with so many cool details and bonus rooms to simply just relax in and read a book. The nautical theme throughout was also a really nice touch and the decor was beautiful.. we also enjoyed the simple things like the classic board games provided and of course the dumbwaiter. It was a nice easy walk with our dogs to the beach and a very short drive to the local shops and the casino(; our only complaint would be that the structure under one of the queen beds was broken and the person sleeping could only lay on one side of the bed without the bed caving.. we only stayed two nights so we made it work as it was a small inconvenience.. but over all our stay here was wonderful!!

There was plenty of room for six adults and a dog. Easily able to spread out and do our own thing or be as a group. We had to buy some extra toilet paper and there was being in the dryer when we got there but not a big deal.

Well, we loved everything. We were a single adult traveling with a couple. No children, three dogs. The house was amazing. So many little touches that made the home beautifully appointed. We had everything we needed to cook excellent meals. Heavy cookware, every appliance. Every tool, utensil, plate and glass. SHARP knives.
As mentioned in a previous review, lots of nooks and crannies for solitude if that's what you desire. Unlike many rentals that accept dogs, this one was as clean as could be. We LOVE cooking on gas . . . the oven was large, the stove of professional quality. We appreciated the full size refrigerator and freezer. The hot tub was clean and 102 degrees. We didn't try the TV -- not what we came for - certainly didn't need it to know what to pray for. Ha! We were busy counting our blessings. I understand there is a ring doorbell but laws require the monitoring be turned off while the home is rented. Didn't feel spied upon in the least. No spiders . . . no bugs of any kind. Didn't smell any gas. All around, an excellent, well maintained and beautiful home.
