Prepare to relax in this beautifully remodeled 615 sq. ft. 1-bedroom condo just steps from Coonskin Lift 7. Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the condo gives the unit a rustic feel while the open floor plan and wall of windows allow for spectacular natural light, making the unit feel unusually spacious. In the bedroom, the brand-new bedroom furniture, bedding, and queen memory foam mattress will help you unwind along with a flat-screen TV. This Etta Place Too 2nd-story unit is surrounded by trees, making the living room feel like a part of nature. Don't you hate uncomfortable sleeper sofas? No worries - the queen-sized leather sleeper sofa contains a phenomenally comfortable 5” memory foam mattress. The condo includes a fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, a newly-remodeled bathroom with a pedestal sink and glass shower enclosure, large screen TV, private wi-fi, washer & dryer, custom ski/snowboard closet, outdoor heated pool (in the summer) and hot tub (year-round). Etta Place Too HOA has control over the common areas, including the tub and pool. We do not guarantee HOA amenities as we have no control over them. Once you have unpacked, enjoy the charm of historic Telluride, surrounded by the spectacular San Juan Mountains. Enjoy the fantastic views of Ajax Peak, Ingram Falls and San Sophia Mts. from the pool and hot tub as you watch skiers descend Milk Run and Telluride Trail. Perfect for families & couples with all the conveniences and entertainment of Telluride. Conveniently located near lift ticket office, Telluride Sport ski rentals shop, Lift 7 (never any lines for the lift), Tortilla Ria, remodeled Clark's Grocery, Wine Mine, Siam Thai & There. Stroll along the San Miguel River Trail for a short walk to the free gondola to Mountain Village or Main Street or catch the free town shuttle “Galloping Goose” running year-round. Cars are not necessary – you can park your car just across the street with the parking pass and leave it for the duration of your stay. No need for a car as everything is just a short walk away! No pets allowed, and no smoking, please. Business License #021336 Etta Place Too HOA has control over the common areas, including the tub and pool. We do not guarantee HOA amenities as we have no control over them. Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy: The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee. Trip cancellation insurance is an inexpensive way to protect your vacation investment. Call your own agent or ask us for our Red Sky Travel Insurance plan.

All the reviews below mention the great location and access to the free town shuttle, and I appreciated those things but what also surprised me was how clean and modern the condo was, and the amenities that were left for us to use like dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, full sized shampoo and soap from a company in town, etc. those were a pleasant surprise.

My husband and I love Telluride. It is such a picturesque place and what a grand view you’ll have from this condo. Walking distance to everywhere, but the grocery store is very convenient and the gondola is a short 5-7 minute walk. New renovated with light and bright touches, this condo is perfect for a couple enjoying any length of trip. Laundry in condo if you are there for a bit.

Really convenient to town and comfortable
We loved our stay during the Bluegrass Festival. It was great to have access to town so close by and walking distance to just about everything. The unit was quiet and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Hot tub wasn't working, so that was really the only bummer.

It's a nice little condo. Easy check in. Parking across the street. Lift 7 is about 50 yards away. Short walk to downtown.

Exactly as advertised. Spotless property, seamless rental and check-in process, lovely welcome basket on arrival. The check in process went smoothly! The check in instructions, and instructions were accurate. We loved the location and the view of the mountain and it was very close to restaurants and shopping. The VRBO was very clean and quiet. We will return and stay at this place again.

Great stay! Fun place, comfy and great location. We stayed for a weekend and everything was great: easy check-in, good space for my buddy and I (with the bed and the pull-out couch), and the kitchen was well stocked so we could cook a few things. Would love to stay there again on my next trip down there.

Beautiful telluride getaway!
An amazing weekend away in beautiful telluride! The unit was beautifully decorated and felt like home. Walking distance from all telluride restaurants. We never drove once we got there. Get yourself a reservation at Allred’s if you’re planning a trip! Only problem was the garbage disposal was really struggling when we were there but I am sure they have fixed it by now! Quick communication and very nice people on the other end of the phone for sure. Thanks we’ll be back!

Great stay in Telluride!
Loved our rental in Telluride! 10/10 would stay again. Enough room for 2 adults and everything was very clean and the check-in could not have been easier. The only suggestion I have for improvement is that we had some issues with water pressure in the shower but that did not materially affect our stay

Excellent stay
Newly remodeled, very thoughtfully laid out. 1/2 or 3/4 size fridge/oven/dishwasher make the kitchen perfect (and plenty big enough for 2-4 people). Good light, a few kitchen staples available and easy to share the bathroom with the couch sleeper. Very well done, thanks!

Great Place to stay. Lift is steps from the property, Gondola is a little farther but still walkable even in ski boots. Everything in town is walkable from the location. Everything was clean and comfortable would stay here again.

Perfect spot!
This condo was perfect my husband and I on our short ski vacation. Condo was well stocked and cute. Probably about 50 yards or less to the lift. I will say, if you are not a intermediate to advanced skier, do not expect this to be ski in/out. We knew this and were completely fine with this.
Great location for short walk to in town shops and restaurants. We love Telluride and this place was perfect for us.
