Nestled in Tybee Island, this lovely house for $498 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. When you Wish Upon a Starfish - your beach dreams come true! Wish Upon a Starfish Cottage is a nicely updated 1940's Cottage which offers a great mix of historic charm and modernness. The combined top and bottom floors offer guests a total of five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, including a private, enclosed outdoor bathroom with a shower perfect for freshening up after a day at the beach. This adorable beach cottage will offer guests a great experience while vacationing on Tybee. The home is located on beautiful 2nd Avenue, which is Tybee Island's bike path, so be sure to bring your own bicycles, or plan on renting them while visiting - this is the best way to see all of Tybee! You will also be just a short stroll from the beach which is only The nearest beach access is only 2.5 blocks away. This cottage is a stunning mix of old Tybee with new awesome updates! The beachy decor and cool color palettes create such a fun living space. The cottage offers two separate living spaces which are perfect for multi-family vacations or reunions on Tybee. The ground level apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom and can sleep up to 6. The kitchen has a range and oven, as well as a microwave and an apartment-sized refrigerator/freezer. There is a King bed with a TV in the first bedroom and a flat-screen TV, and two Queen beds in the second bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area with a Flat Screen TV. The upstairs of the cottage has a newly reconstructed second-story front porch, which welcomes guests with a relaxing porch swing, reminding you of days of old. Inside, guests step into the rich, warm Tybee Island cottage feel. The open dining and living area are tastefully appointed with comfortable seating. The 60-inch smart TV is ready for your viewing pleasure. The dining table seats 6. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher and everything you will need for entertaining or sharing a meal with the family. The upstairs offers three bedrooms and 2 full baths. The first bedroom has a King bed and a flat-screen TV. The second guest room has two Queen Beds, to accommodate up to 4 guests and a flat-screen TV. There is a newly updated bathroom which has a beautiful vanity and a claw foot bathtub/shower located next to these bedrooms. The third bedroom has twin bunks and an adjoining brand new bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use. There is also a small back deck just off the kitchen, where you can have your morning coffee and plan your day's events. This cottage is nicely appointed and welcomes guests with a feeling of warmth and comfort. The backyard of the home is only partially fenced. There is a total of four reserved off-street parking spaces for guest use and wifi is available. This home is pet-friendly with an additional fee. ABOUT US: Tybee Vacation Rentals offers guests the benefit of booking with a professional vacation rental company with over 20 years of experience. PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches. EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. The property was perfect for our three family units. The lichen in upstairs unit had everything we needed. Maintenance had to come once and they were very responsive. Highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for our group! The beds were so comfy and the space was so nice. Everything was tastefully decorated. It had all the amenities. The location was great if you wanted to walk to the beach and it wasn’t a bad drive into downtown Savannah. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

We got the house thinking it was all one large house. However, this was actually two separate units that you have to go outside to go to the other. Then one of the full bathrooms was outside completely which we didn’t really understand I guess. The home was well cleaned and is a reasonable distance to the beach (about a 5-7 minute walk). The bottom floor was very cool but some get the top floor was very hot and the ceiling fan in the living room only does the slow mode and some rooms didn’t have a fan at all. The grill was not working well when we were there but only found out after buying a ton of food to grill out (which some had to go to waste because we didn’t have the right kitchenware to cook on the stove). After sending a message, we got a very odd response and no one reached out or came by to fix it during our 4 days there. Overall, the experience was good and we would recommend it and just encourage you to know it is not one big house but two units in total with one bathroom on the outside.

This was a great experience shared by all 13 of us, from booking to after check out. Staff was most friendly & helpful. The beach house we chose exceeded our expectations. We would definitely be back.
