This was a last minute getaway for us. We looked at traveling to one of three different beaches the night before our trip. We contacted Cassandra & Antonio the morning we arrived about the beachfront condo that we decided on and it was that easy.
It was a first VRBO/ Condo experience for us and we literally packed our bags in and everything else was there and way more then we expected. Antonio called us when we got there walked us through getting into the resort and just like that we were officially on vacation.
It was that easy and a wonderful getaway!

This beach condo worked great for our little family of 4! There was enough space to have everyone sleep in their own spaces and mom and dad could still enjoy the balcony at bedtime ;)! The ocean front view was gorgeous and the resort had a great pool with very easy access the beach! Would stay again!

The owners were top notch when it came to questions, and the condo had everything we needed to make our much needed quick getaway a success! The staff on the property were helpful and kind for the most part, but there are a few rude and disrespectful ones in the group that you have to be prepared for! The bar and the grill at the pool closed down several times before actual closing time, so be prepared for that if you plan to eat or get drinks there. Again, the condo itself and the owners were more than we could have hoped for and we enjoyed our stay!

This was our second stay at the Wave House... Cassandra and Antonio were excellent to us both times. We fell in love with the view from this condo when we stayed for our honeymoon in April; therefore, we booked it again during our stay to bring our kids back during the summer! Its truly wonderful, and since its on the second floor, its easy to come and go as you please. If you're reading this trying to narrow your choices down, choose Cassandra and Antonio to be your host... you wont regret it.

Our family of 6 (2 adults, 14yo, 8yo, 4yo, and 2yo) just spent a week here and it was fantastic! The unit was very clean and as described. The mattress and pillows on the bedroom bed were very comfortable and I loved the sheets! We slept great. The big kids used the bunks while the littles used the sofa bed. There is a closet in the bedroom that has extra pillows and sheets, and there’s room for luggage. The other closet contains beach chairs, toys, and towels. Be prepared for everyone to live out of suitcases as there aren’t any dressers. The bathrooms are very spacious. The kitchen is roomy, and the fridge, freezer, and ice maker work great. It had everything we needed to cook our few meals. The dishwasher worked great as it actually got dishes clean. The washer and dryer came in very handy! I also loved the touch of providing detergents, dryer sheets, paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. The unit was perfect for kids because there wasn’t anything for them to easily break! We enjoyed our view of the beach, even though we weren’t up high. We were very thankful to be on the 2nd floor to avoid the elevators. We used the stairs right next to the unit and just carried our wagon up and down. The parking spot on the second floor was also a huge plus. Antonio and Cassandra were attentive and helpful and easy to reach. If we come back to PCB, we will definitely book here again. I advise everyone to read reviews of the Shores of Panama for nuances and tips.

We just left PCB on Saturday. We stayed at the Shores for a week and it was a week of heaven. Our condo was great. Clean. Had everything we needed and then some. The boys all loved the condo and THE POOL. So convenient being on the second floor since it is a big resort but so worth it. Florida is my home away from home and this place just made it feel like home. It is close to everything you need. Shopping, eating out, activities for the kids and adults. We just had the best time and would definitely come back. Our host were amazing. Quick at answering any questions and they made the stay that much more enjoyable. Quick and easy checkin and checkout. Thank you for everything.

Great and clean place to book! The place is so nice, has a perfect view of the beach, very clean. We loved sitting on the balcony and having the best view of the ocean.. we sat out there a lot. Very functional for my family. They provided everything we could think of.. so we had no worries. They even had beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, toys, etc.. It made our stay a lot less stressful. The pool downstairs is very nice and has a great view of the beach as well. Great family environment and close to many things- Pineapple Willy’s right next door, Walmart right down the road, dipping dots very close, and many more things. Coffee and donut shop by lobby of resort & the coffee is very good! Will book here again and you should too!

This property was exactly what my family and I were looking for. You 100% can not beat the view. Coffee on the balcony every morning while listening to the ocean. It’s close to everything. Pier park is within minutes away. Walmart is literally across the street. And you’re only steps away from the amazing pool and hot tub area.
Communication with the hosts was a breeze. They checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I would definitely come back again- and we’re already planning our trip!!

The property was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location within the complex was convenient but could be a bit noisy being close to Pineapple Willies and the pool. My only suggestion would be it would be nice to have an ottoman to relax when you are looking at the beautiful view.

Great communication with owners, extras of EVERYTHING, seriously they keep beach chairs..beach towels..pillows and all! Our whole family stayed inside the Shores of Panama but our view was amazing at this condo! Very clean and air conditioner worked amazing! The past 2 vaccinations our air has been out when arriving so we were blessed with this one! We will definitely be back to stay again.

Great Stay and great beach weather. Can't beat that. This condo was a great find for our family of 4. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was great. Loved being on the 2nd floor, so didn't have to go too high, but still got a view overlooking the beach. Sitting out at night, enjoying the ocean breeze was the best. Loved how close it was to the pool, beach, and Pineapple Willy's. Would definitely stay here again!

I’ll preface with “surprisingly quiet”, because we were very close to PineApple Willy’s, and initially I thought it would possibly be loud and overbearing. Not 1 time, did we hear noise from the restaurant (Saturday to Saturday visit).
The pictures they presented were spot on and very accurate. Everything was clean and there were additional clean sheets, blankets, and plenty of fluffy white towels!
There were toys, boogie boards, a donut shaped raft, and 2 chairs provided for guest use.
The only thing I disliked about the experience is that it threw my diet off track. Those donuts in the lobby were AMAZING! I also ordered a 12” pepperoni pizza for $13.00 thinking it would probably be skimpy with the toppings…..nope, there was plenty of cheese and pepperoni.
The woman to the left of this particular unit, is so kind. She lives there full time and she’s as chill and laid back as they come. She really was darling.
Leaving the property…..we exited at 9:55 am (check out was at 10 am). As we were pushing our luggage cart Around the corner a bright eyed, very sweet blonde haired woman turned the corner with a great big smileI. She asked if by chance we were the people checking out at 230 and we said “yes, we were”.
I had woken up so early that morning to get almost all the linens and towels washed and folded nicely (I’m very particular about cleanliness and laundry being fresh and spot free!. I told her this and she appeared so grateful. She was genuinely such a kind, humble, beautiful person.
I would definitely rent here again!!!!!

To be honest, the way that The Shores Of Panama number the parking spaces, (numerically) was a bit odd. So allow an additional 2-3 minutes to find the designated parking spot. Just stay relaxed, and allow yourself a few minutes extra to find the exact spot. Took us maybe an additional minute or 2. This is of course not the owners fault. : )

The room is on the second floor over looking the beach. There is a stairwell 20 feet away with a one flight walk down to the pool area toward the back side of the pool not far from where the beach access with showers is located. It’s super convenient. It is a long way from the car, but the ease of beach access is more than worth it. The beach has plenty of room and sand is awesome. The room itself is comfortable and the kitchen made eating in easy.

Great vacation.
Very nice condo just as it described in the listing. The best part is the location, easy and fast access to the pool and beach. Since it’s on the second floor, we didn’t use elevator not even once, and we have three kids (8yrs,3yr). Designated parking spot is a plus however me personally would prefer smaller building next time, because during rush hours (breakfast, lunch, dinner) it takes at least 20 min to get out of parking garage and that is from the second floor. I wonder how long it takes other people form higher levels. Another thing, and I understand that owners can not do much about it because it’s in the building is cockroaches, yes we saw them inside the unit and on stairwell, not much you can do if they are in other units, doesn’t matter how much you try, but it was a big deal to me, because I got home and can’t bring anything inside the house. We had to unload a car in a garage and I am rewashing all the clothes and bringing stuff in side one item at the time. As I mentioned earlier, condo was great, more then enough space for 6 people. Awesome pool and property, we felt safe since property employees are everywhere watching things over.

Beautiful Condo!
The property was beautiful and the view was amazing! The only faults we had were that the master bathroom bathtub and sink were very clogged and the towel holder would fall off. The spare bathroom was fine, other then the toilet paper holder was not properly installed and kept falling off. We would definitely rent there again, as long as those terrible clogs were fixed!!!!!

PCB 2022 Vacation
The condo was exactly as listed, very clean and inviting, check in was easy but no luggage carts available. The beds were very comfortable and that view from the balcony was so peaceful and our favorite part, AMAZING!!! The only negative was the parking garage and that is no fault of the owners, it is tight and very busy at all times. Being on the second floor was wonderful and the stairs to the pool and beach were right outside our door. We enjoyed Pineapple Willy’s frozen drinks all week, all of them were wonderful. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Me, my daughter her friend and 1 month old baby stayed here for 5 nights. This place had the perfect view of the beach. Room is very close to the stairs to the pool for easy access to the beach as well. Extremely clean room. Beds were very comfy to say the least. Plenty linens and kitchen equipment. We truly enjoyed out stay. Definitely worthy of 5 stars!
