Situated in Lake Wenatchee, this charming house for $373 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. The view of Lake Wenatchee and the Cascades from our porch is stunning! We are a 5 minute drive to the State Park, which has boat ramps, picnic tables, etc. It's perfect for families or couples wanting to get away from the big city. We're about 30 minutes from downtown Leavenworth and Stevens Pass, near all the hiking trails in the area. ** In winter, you may have to shovel a path to the house. You will also need 4WD or AWD drive in the snow to access the house.** STR Permit # 0445

We stayed here for New Year's last year as well! We love it. A great set up for a family to hang out in. We relaxed, played games, decorated gingerbread men, ate, hot tubbed and had a blast!

We stayed here over the memorial day weekend. The house is very well kept with everything we needed. Our 2-year old LOVED the play house that's in the living room.
House is a tucked away, which is great for privacy and peace, but was a little hard to find at first (not necessarily a bad thing).

We had originally booked to come with our family of four plus my in-laws - but that was during the crazy ice and snow we had and the roads were closed. We rescheduled and came as just a family of four and it was perfect! Clean, great communication, and a nice little getaway for the family. Plenty of bakeware, cookware, all the spices etc! Will definitely be rebooking!

We had a wonderful time on our stay! The property was beautiful and owners were very communicative about the check in process. The house had everything we could possibly need! The only down side was we heard a lot of construction noise as the neighbor has a house being built close by.
I would absolutely stay here again and recommend the property!

The house was clean and comfortable. The hot tub is amazing and everything worked perfectly.
This a great location for hiking, visiting Leavenworth, and exploring Lake Wenatchee. We even had some feathered visitors on two of our days here. Five turkeys spent some time eating grass one day, and on the next day several other turkeys visited with maybe a dozen babies. So cool!

A truly excellent stay with everything guests could need. The view is amazing and the space large and great for a few friends to spend together in. Hot tub and fire pit are awesome amenities. Anything you could need for a stay is well stocked. Thank you for a great time!!!

Accessibility
We enjoyed our stay at the retreat, the view from the house is lovely. However, we did have some issues with accessibility.
The walk from the garage to the house has a series of flagstone steps without a railing or lighting.
The entry floor runner curls upward.
The master bathroom tub is missing a safety rail.
There is a large television that hangs in front of the sliding door in the living room and obstructs entering and exiting. One of us struck the corner of the TV and got a goose egg on the forehead.
I would love to recommend the retreat if the safety issues were mentioned in the description and return myself if accessibility issues are resolved.

A perfect mountain escape
This property was even more beautiful in person! The views are amazing with such a nice outdoor deck that overlooks the lake with lots of bird watching. The inside was very spacious with views in every room and I imagine perfect for a family gathering. One unique aspect I have never found in another rental is that everything in the home was labeled so you know where to find anything you are looking for and use their appliances properly.
We booked this rental at the last minute and the host was very accommodating and understanding and very detailed and quick with communication.
We are certainly going to be coming back as this was such a pleasant stay!

I have stayed at many rental properties over the years and can not think of any that were as well-appointed at this home. Every detail was thought out...and so many little extras were added as well. The location is perfect for almost any type of outdoor adventure and for visiting nearby Leavenworth. The bedding and amenities were top-notch! Not much more that we could have asked for.

Our 4th of July stay
We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful and well maintained home. The view from the deck and all of the rooms off of the deck were amazing! There was plenty of space for the 5 of us and our two pups. Everything was very organized with all instructions needed, plenty of towels and basic supplies, and very clean! We loved our 4th of July at this house and Lake Wenatchee! We also went to Leavenworth and hiked the Icicle Gorge trail! All well worth the trip!

Quiet retreat for the family to reconnect
We really enjoyed our stay. There was a room with a bunk bed and a trundle, perfect for our three boys to share, a bedroom with a queen on the other side of the house and a large master suite on opposite end.
The mud room was a perfect room to take off and collect all your snow gear in one place.
The kids loved playing in the snow and everyone loved the views.
Location was great! It was right between Stevens Pass and Downtown Leavenworth which is what we wanted.
The only thing missing was a Jacuzzi to sit in and relax after being on the slopes all day or shopping all day.
Somethings that were cool:
Each TV was setup for Ruko, video game system, popcorn machine, patio wrapped around the house, TONS of light and privacy, all the beds were comfortable with nice bedding, just enough space for 6 people to enjoy each other’s company and space for those who are intraverts and need time away from the extroverts.

Great place to stay and close to cross country skiing
Excellent location up on a hillside with a view of the lake. Very clean and well kept. Great lists and instructions on how everything works. Plenty of room for 3 couples. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a prime rib dinner and all the fixings. Due to the cold weather we did not have a chance to enjoy the huge deck. We’d like to come in the summer and try it out.

Beautiful home with amazing views of the Lake.
This is a very nice home with all the amenities required for cooking and enjoying a stay. Our family enjoyed being close to town but not too close. The only drawback was the path from the garage to the house which was a bit slippery. We would definitely stay there again.

Stellar Stay at beautiful Lakeview Retreat!
Everything about this home was perfect! The home was easy to find, and the view was exactly as pictured- The home is comfortable, spacious, the most comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of extra bedding and towels available. Everything was labeled so we knew set-up of entire house. Incredibly well-stocked kitchen, filtered water-- Excellent water pressure for showers. Easy access to Leavenworth, Plain, Wenatchee and great opportunities for hiking, kayaking, tubing. We stayed in August and wow! was there ever an abundance of great freshly picked fruit, veggies, and homemade jams, sauces, syrups, at local fruit stands! Free wifi and access to Netflix. Would love to visit again!

We loved it here! Decided on a last minute hiking weekend and this house was wonderful to stay at. The master suite bed is so comfortable. Not only that but the owners take great care in labeling and giving great direction and ideas. The addition of the popcorn maker and coffee was a welcome surprise. Thanks so much!

I absolutely loved the wonderful lake view out of the kitchen window and the back deck. What a wonderful place to cook! We loved visiting Leavenworth and doing the zip lines. Relaxing family vacation
The views from the oversized deck are incredible! It was the perfect spot to relax after a day on the water. The boat launch was close to make the days easy. The house was very clean. Everything was labeled so you never had to guess where something was hidden. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plenty of dishes and tons of spices. You can easily fit two families in here without stepping over each other. We loved our stay here and would definitely rent this house again if/when we return to the area.
