Nestled in Boulder, this lovely condo for $133 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. STUDIO APARTMENT Gorgeous modern home with attached studio apartment in established neighborhood of beautiful Boulder, Colorado. Designed by Dwell featured architect, the house was constructed with green materials and techniques, including solar powered radiant floor heat. Although the apartment is attached to the main house, it is totally private with double insulation between the dwellings, for extra peace and quiet. The apartment has its own exterior entrance to the second floor dwelling, which has views of the mountains. 2-3 GUESTS The studio is best for one or two people, but can accommodate three. The space is 450 square feet, with an open floor plan, very spacious with nine foot vaulted ceilings, tons of light, and a European style efficiency kitchen and plenty of space for storage. 1 QUEEN BED + SINGLE BED SOFA SLEEPER The Danish made bed (brand name Innovation) has a memory foam mattress topper for extra comfort. A loveseat sofa/sleeper pulls out to an additional single bed. FULL BATHROOM Full bath includes adjustable/detachable shower head, bathtub, fan, and heated concrete floors. NEARBY Just a few blocks away from trail heads, one can spend the whole day hiking. Located along bike paths with access to all of Boulder. Great mountain biking and road biking close-by. Perfect for those visiting University of Colorado, NCAR, NIST, and NOAA. Local skiing 45 minutes away, world class skiing a couple of hours away. IDEAL LOCATION. Loved everything about this place! Great Location! Clean, comfortable and had everything you would need (extra hangers in the closet were a plus for me! my boyfriend loved the little refrigerator and was impressed with how cold it got his beers lol) The hosts were great and made the check-in/check out process very easy. I would 100% stay here again and would highly recommend!

Enjoyed two comfortable weeks in the private, fully outfitted second floor apartment. So quiet and so well equipped - can't think of anything that was lacking or that I wish was different. Would definitely like to stay here again on our next trip to Boulder.

We loved this place. Perfect for my husband and I. Even though it’s considered a studio, the layout feels spacious. Plenty of storage, nice workspace, and the kitchenette includes everything you would use or need in a larger space. Close to the bus route, campus, and in a neighborhood setting. We will definitely rent there again.

Wonderful little place - perfect for two. Easy access to everything in and around Boulder, including Pearl St., the CU Boulder campus, and tons of hiking trails of all levels. The drive to Denver for a Rockies night game was very easy from here. The bed was softer than I prefer, but everything else was excellent!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We were in town for a short visit and this property was perfect. Very well stocked and in a great location with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Would definitely recommend this property.

The Lab is an exceptional property and I had a great stay. I love what Derek and Jen (and Penny) are doing with the place, it's an impressive concept and I enjoyed reading about the design. The Lab was clean and tidy, had plenty of amenities, and was in a great spot for my trip slightly out of the town but within easily accessible range. Derek and Jen were perfect hosts, very friendly and attentive, and I was pleased to get the chance to meet them. I would certainly stay again and would encourage anyone to visit The Lab!

Martin Acres was exactly as advertised. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, a great temperature, and in a perfect location for our visit to Denver to spend time with my daughter and son-in-law. We were able to walk everywhere and easily caught the bus back to the airport at the end of our stay. I hope to return the next time I am visiting in Boulder.

This studio apartment worked perfectly for us when we visited our sons in Boulder. If you can't do stairs, don't consider staying here, as there's a flight up to the entrance. But that wasn't a problem for us at all, and we were so glad we stayed there. Hope to stay again next time we come visit!

The property was attractive, bright and airy, and well-stocked! We were thrilled to find coffee and tea already at the apartment. The microwave, refrigerator, stovetop and convection oven made it so easy to cook (we mostly ate out with our son!) and store basic necessities. Check-in was a breeze, hosts were very accommodating. Easy walk to a local, excellent coffee shop and grocery store, and the bus was a short hop away. Highly recommend.

We had a great time staying at The Lab during our trip to Boulder. It is conveniently located close to many hiking trails, breweries, and Pearl Street. Nice place with all the amenities you need. Easy check in and parking spot reserved for us. Definitely recommend!

The property was perfect for our stay. It had everything one would need to be comfortable. The only drawback for an elderly person was the stairs up to the property. The young ones bounced up no problem. I would definitely book this again. Location is great, out of the fray but close enough to get where you need to go in minutes.

This super cute and functional apartment is small but had everything we needed for a three night stay. The location is great with easy access to everything in Boulder including Pearl Street mall, Chautauqua, the University campus and event locations. Great communication from the owners. We had a wonderful stay!
