Fantastic service. Quite property. Street car is a short walk. Good neighborhood. Comfy. Grocery very close. Washer and dryer in the unit was a nice plus for my extended stay. I was even able to iron shirts! I'm old. These things get me excited.

I enjoyed the whole entire process!! The neighbourhood was great. The unit itself was very serene and calm. It was the reason why I wanted a weekend trip and the stay exceeded my expectation. The unit was very clean, appliances were there, books, games, etc.

I had a great stay, I was able to get some work done as planned. The unit seems bigger in the pictures but it’s still comfortable. When I booked it I wanted parking but I ended up needing to park on the street.

This was a really functional space, decent accommodations. Minor things we noted: The sheets were absolutely not clean, there was a lot of other people's hair in the sheets, on the pillows etc. Including what looked like pubic hair. That being said, there is a washer and dryer in the suite and soap to use in the washer. So, for a feels- like-home experience, we started our stay by doing laundry.
A not so minor glitch: When we arrived the code for the front door would not let us in and we had to wait for another resident to go in to sneak behind them and then locate our keys.
The said key was really sticky in the lock and it took a bit of time and gentle jiggle to get into and out of the suite.
Another feels-like-home moment: We got a notice on our door that we needed to remove window screens because window washing was going to be happening and failure to do so would mean management would be entering the property to remove screens. So, a bit of handyman duties were required as well.
There is a very lonely, loud kitty who lives next door. My only complaint there is that there was no way to get to the poor creature and give it some needed pets to soothe the wailing.
But honestly, the place is cute and totally served the needed purpose. Besides the sheets, the place was spotless and well equipped, other residents were friendly and there are many cute companion animals in the building. Neighborly feel.
We'd totally book again. It felt like stopping at a friend's place. Fun.

The room is well equipped. They could upgrade the Toilet paper and paper towels. Also, pillows could be a little fluffier, but they worked. Bedding is nice. It would of also been nice to know where to pick up the key from instead of the text just stating door code. The door code gets you into the key box which is left of the elevator. Everything else was great! Good located, and beautiful interior designing.

Great things come in smaller packages!! The place was not huge, but it had everything we needed (towels, linens, toaster, Keurig). It was clean and organized. The room was very quiet
Shopping and restaurants galore. Trendy neighborhood that is accessible to all ages.

We used this condo as a launch pad for a weekend celebrating the PKInvitational basketball tourney. Coffee on the first door was great, and the restaurants nearby were of great quality, quantity, and variety. The condo is close enough to Thurman street that we got in a great neighborhood walk through fall foliage, followed by a hike in forest park. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately there was a few things that really frustrated me. 1, the front door was a disaster. It was super loud when people were going by or when housekeeping was vacuuming in the hallway. I wondered about that and I found out when I got up to use the restroom when the lights were out that the door wasn’t sealed. There was light all the way around it. How could you guys not catch that? Unacceptable when you live in that type of building. 2, that couch was terrible. It was already broken down on one side. 3, the towels were stained from a previous user! What’s up with that? And lastly, I can understand wanting to use a less expensive toilet paper. But, I’ve used better toilet paper in a gas station loo! Don’t skimp on the little things and don’t skimp on the big things(door, couch) when you’re making good $$ off people. Location was great though! And the coffee shop in the lobby was just lovely.

Very nice weekend rental
Instructions were easy for access. Place was very clean and walkable to everything from shopping to entertainment. I would prefer secure parking in the area. That’s the only drawback. I will be returning for sure.

Great location, neat apartment
We loved the location of this apartment- so easy to get to by Trimet from the airport. Easy check in - instructions were very clear. Right next to New Seasons for groceries and if you didn’t want to cook; lots of eateries within 5-10min walk.
Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery and we were pleasantly surprised to find beer mugs in the freezer, all ready to be used. For once, knives were sharp. (Usually serviced apartment knives are so dull)
The only minor issue was the ceiling fan - light combo - the fan could not be turned on without the light. On close inspection it would appear that the pull chain for the light was missing.

Great Location
The place was just right for us. Great location. Had a bit of trouble controlling the heat, and windows didn't open fully. Other than that, it was great. We would stay again

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and it was super convenient to the places we needed to get to. There was a supermarket just a stone’s throw away and lots of places to eat out. The kitchen was well equipped.
The reason for the 3star rating for communication was that there was no reply to our enquiry about a. Coffee maker - I made that on the VRBO page but didn’t get a response.
Apartment was comfortable but the AC was rather noisy

Our group of 4 girlfriends stayed at this location. We loved the convenience of the market right across the street and enjoyed the coffee shop downstairs. We had a superb time being out and about on the town at night! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

Apartment was clean and location was perfect. However, we had reserved this apartment with the intention of working from it for a few days but the wi-fi appears to be shared with a few other apartments perhaps? The signal was spotty and would drop all day long during the day and we had to tether to phone hotspots to get past the spottiness.
Some minor issues with the fan unable to work independently of the light in the bedroom and the washer refusing to run for a bit but we were able to get around those as well.
Overall, I'd consider staying here again for a weekend or short vacation (although probably not to work out of) again.

This condo is in an excellent location. It is in a safe and walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shops nearby and a grocery store right across the street from the building. The wifi works great, and we were thrilled to be able to wash our clothes in the washer and dryer after having traveled around Oregon hiking for two weeks.
The condo easily sleeps 4 people. FYI the bedroom is a room without any windows and the ceiling fan did not work if you turned the lights off, making it a bit stuffy and claustrophobic with the door closed. Without the door closed, there is no privacy.
Though the condo sleeps 4 easily, there are only three seats other than the couch and no dining sized table. The table shown in the pictures only provides space for two place settings with little room for anything else. The coffee table in front of the couch could not hold a drink and a dinner plate at the same time, it was so small.
If you are a coffee drinker but don't like to use a Keurig, there is a coffee shop in the building to get a good cup of coffee.
Over all I believe the place is a very livable space for two people, but if you want to share it with others and you are looking for some privacy you are not going to find it here, especially if you are claustrophobic.

The location was great for us - close to public transportation and in walking distance to restaurants and next door to a full service grocery store. The building is new and clean, the kitchen had what we needed to fix breakfast and simple meals. It was quiet at night. Nice light too. The bed was comfortable. I didn't rate it five stars because the kitchen table and chairs weren't very comfortable and it would have been nice to have a back-up roll of toilet paper. A little confusing on arrival because the address given doesn't match the address on the building.
