Situated in Lake Oconee, this charming condo for $286 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Dock Holidays hosted by St James Vacation Homes Located within a prestigious gated community on the shores of Georgia's second-largest lake, Dock Holidays invites guests to take advantage of its premium waterside location, fabulous views, and cozy interior. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac of Marina Cove and is the perfect retreat for one or up to eight. The main floor's open concept seamlessly connects the kitchen with the dining and living area. The kitchen is generously equipped with granite countertops, dishwasher, stovetop oven, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, and dish ware – perfect for a night in! Guests can easily move from meal prep to dining for up to 6 at the round glass-top table. The adjacent living area is furnished with a large sectional sofa, wood-burning fireplace, and flatscreen TV. A glass door leads to the screened porch deck that boasts elevated views of the marina and waterway that are just steps from the back of the property. Throw some steaks on the grill, gather around the porch table, and enjoy a meal that lets plenty of fresh air in while keeping bugs out. In warm months, this “room” of the house is a gathering spot to watch all varieties of watercraft arrive and depart the marina. There is a pedestrian walkway that follows the shoreline and entices residents, guests, and their four-legged family members to enjoy a stroll and capture some memorable selfies. Also on the main level are two bedrooms. The spacious master suite provides stunning views of Lake Oconee and is also a quiet retreat complete with a king bed, dresser, walk-in closet, and flatscreen TV. The en suite bath includes a step-in glass shower and jacuzzi tub. Next door is a guest bedroom with equally breathtaking views and a comfortable queen bed. Just down the hall are a full bath and a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer and ample bath linens. Upstairs is an expansive loft with a flatscreen TV, two armchairs, two queen beds, closet, and an en suite bathroom – ideal for a second family or for kids and teens to have their own space. Guests may not have much reason to leave Dock Holidays, but for those who want to explore the community, there is plenty to offer! The gem of Lake Oconee is, quite literally, at your backdoor with 19,000 acres of water to explore by boat, ski, kayak, or canoe. If you're feeling a little water-logged, 21 miles of hiking and biking trails wind throughout Reynolds. For less strenuous entertainment, there are 10 on-site restaurants among the Reynolds properties, each one meticulously designed to accommodate a variety of palates. Be sure to check about guest access during Covid, as some venues may be restricted to members or residents. Just outside the gates are plenty of restaurants and retail shops. Right off Linger Longer Road, stock up at Publix, try one of the blends from PJ's Coffee of New Orleans, or peruse the charming home accents at The French Hare. South on Highway 44, Harmony Crossing is home to some of our favorites, including LaLore Café and 44 Marketplace. We also recommend visiting the historic districts for a unique shopping and dining experience. Be sure to check out the local events, festivals, and farmer's markets, too!

This is our 2nd rental in Reynolds. We were very pleased with both of our rentals which turned out to be next door to each other. The view from the screened in porch of the lake was very relaxing. We were very comfortable there.

Great location!
We enjoyed our stay. The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is because the primary bathroom shower is very moldy and the tub had dirt in it, which isn’t great considering I needed to bathe my infant. But my husband went out and bought cleaning supplies so all was well after. Appliances have been upgraded and floors replaced since the pictures.

Beautiful location, very comfortable. The beds were very comfy. Everything was nicely decorated. The screened porch was a plus we could have stayed there all day and night. The only thing that needed improvement was the shower in the master bedroom had quite a bit of mold. (They were remodeling the unit next door and it was a bit noisy in the morning when waking up).

Reynolds winner
My family greatly enjoyed our three days at Reynolds and our VRBO by the marina. The unit matched our expectations and was a great location. The upstairs loft/suite was super. I highly recommend.

We understand that this is a pet friendly condo and while that is so appreciated, carpeting is not typically pet friendly. We will return to Reynolds and happily use the management company again - we would however, rent a house and search for one that does not have carpeting in the main living areas.

Perfect lake view condo
The condo had everything we needed and a view of beautiful Lake Oconee. I appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked. We had several family meals on the porch overlooking the lake. It really is a perfect location. We will stay here again.

Nice weekend
The property was nice and clean. Enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch every morning looking out on the water. Only set back was the property management team took a while to respond to question but check in was a breeze

Doc Holidays!
Was mostly satisfied. Disappointed that we couldn’t rent a boat; they sat empty most of the time ( marina was behind this house. ) inside, house was outdated & kitchen pans were really old. Tv didn’t work in the master, but we weren’t interested in watching as we just wanted to check local weather ( I know we had cell phones, but easier on tv to check )! Lake vows were minimal; saw the cove for the marina! Loved the screened porch.

Lake Heaven
This house was perfect! We had 4 couples and plenty of room!! We brought our boat and was able to dock it right out the back door! We had a great time and the house was lake heaven!

Great location and view!
We loved staying at this property. The home is very cozy and was perfect for our needs. The view is so gorgeous. We loved looking out and seeing the water, the boats, and it’s just a very short walk to the marina store.

This house needs some TLC
While the house itself is nice we were surprised that: it is an upstairs duplex, there was difficult access to the lake, the carpets are in desperate need of cleaning, the are roaches everywhere and it has the tiniest den TV ever. This last was an issue because my 87 year old father in law was with us and he had to bring a chair up close in order to be able to see it.

We selected this place based on its 3 br accommodation, lake location and pet friendliness. We knew, based on pictures, that it may look a bit outdated but had no idea how much until we arrived. As soon as we arrived at the paint chipped porch and door, I regretted this choice. We entered the home and the overwhelming dog urine smell about knocked us out. Stains everywhere, old, worn, yard sale looking furniture, dirty old carpet, bedding and decor that made us question its cleanliness standards and bathrooms with so much mildew and water stains that I felt compelled to wear flip flops in the shower. Definitely not a place to go barefooted. I am sorry for the brutal honesty but this place could be so cute if it was gutted, updated and cleaned up. The location is really pretty but the house took away from being able to relax. I can not recommend this place and question why some of these reviews are so good. Are they real?

Perfect set up for father/son weekend. If looking for feed back TV on main floor was small for college football. Also, could have more seating upstairs in bonus area for more people to watch TV there. Besides that I would stay there 10 out of 10 times. The accommodations were perfect for our needs.
