Nestled in Lake Oconee, this charming cottage for $295 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This Serene cottage is beautifully decorated with combined lake and farmhouse charm. This cottage is perfect for family and friend getaways. The inviting main level master bedroom welcomes you with a king bed and spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom is just off the living room with two queen beds and ensuite bathroom with both a tub and shower. Upstairs, the private loft area, has its own bathroom, 2 twin beds and a pullout sofa in addition to a private bedroom with a queen size bed. The newly updated kitchen, dining area, and relaxing living space will make you feel right at home. Enjoy the outdoors with two open decks with a gas grill and plenty of seating for all. Kick your feet up and relax around the fire table or take in the view of golfers attempting the 9th hole. You will absolutely love its convenient location and all the amenities that Waterside Village has to offer its guests. Your stay includes access to Waterside Village which includes: access to the nearby day use docks, community pool (seasonal), tennis courts, and lake front beach area. So come and sit a spell with an Arnold Palmer while soaking in the southern sunshine nestled among the whispering pines. **Reynold's golf & amenities are members only and not included with this rental** SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable security deposit of $500.00 is secured by a valid credit card which is payable at the time of booking approval or you may purchase a damage waiver.

It is a lovely and peaceful home. We loved it and would stay again. The owner was very kind and responded very quickly to any questions. The only negative is there is no place to put the trash. It was problematic for us because we cooked while there and had several bags. If you don't have a truck to haul the bags of garbage then you have them in your car. The place to take the trash is a few miles.

It was a surprise birthday getaway for my husband. I invited his best friends as part of the surprise and the rest is history. The property reminds us of home very quiet neighborhood. My husband has requested we visit annually.

We enjoyed our stay, the beds are the most comfortable beds we have had the pleasure of using. The houses are extremely close together from the home itself you do not have any water views. This is more of a golf course type of stay. We loved the coffee bar and everyone having there own place to crash after being out in the heat with Archery all day.

We had a great stay for a wedding at Great Waters which was just a short 5-minute walk away. The house is very clean, well-stocked, and has very nice renovations. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious and well kept. The property manager was fantastic about communicating. Having to take the trash to the recycle center was the only negative, but it was only a mild inconvenience. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Georgia Sweet Tee was the perfect cottage for us to stay in while visiting our families in Cuscowilla and Del Webb for Thanksgiving. Beautifully decorated with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

We stayed here for a wedding at Great Waters and it was absolutely perfect. Very spacious, clean updated bathrooms and kitchen, easy checkin process, and perfect location. We could walk to the wedding if needed!!! Highly recommend staying here.

The property was exactly as advertised! Everything was provided for us upon arrival and the property even had stocked the property with paper towels, toilet paper, and body wash just to list a few. We will definitely book this property again in the furture.

We found this house and loved the location and renovations. We have two small kiddos that wanted a pool and lake access so that’s what drew us to this house. We arrived a bit earlier on Friday and asked for access to check in if the home was available 1.5 before 4. The property manager said there is a $75 charge for early check in, I replied that I’ve never been charged for early check in within 2 hours if the home is ready. She quickly replied and said she misunderstood and thought we wanted to go at noon and said 2:30 is fine. I do think it’s ridiculous that we pay for 2 nights and it’s not even a full 48 hours or close to it. Check in at 4 and check out at 10…it’s not really even a day and a half. That was one big negative. The home was very clean and beautifully redone. We loved it and the community was so nice and quiet. My 3 year old was dying to swim; so we got changed, and went to the pool and we were so disappointed with the amenities. The pool was unkept and dirty. There wasn’t even a net for us to clean it. The lake access was also unkept and dirty but better than the pool. We ended up going to the Ritz for the kids to swim and stayed there our 3rd night. The home is great and nothing negative with it at all. Just the amenities were the reason we went there and they were not good at all.

Beautiful home! This is a delightful little house that is somehow both in the middle of the village and yet was so quiet and felt relaxing. Perfect get away not to far from home. Centrally located walking distance to the pool and lake. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Very responsive when needed to reach out in reference to parking.

It’s right on the golf course put walking distance to the lake and boat ramp, swimming pool as well. I would say there needs to be a better plan for the trash. I did not appreciate spending my weekend away having to travel to a trash dump to haul off trash. There should be a container on site.

We enjoyed our family get together at Lake Oconee. Property was clean with plenty of cooking utensils and dishes. Beds were comfortable and the showers were great. Lots of little extras and even had a welcome basket. Would go again!

We had to make a quick visit to the Lake Oconee area to attend my father’s memorial and found this place at the last minute. We are very familiar with Great Waters and the natural beauty of the area. The house was clean, spacious and the host was more than accommodating. I forgot my code to get in and I couldn’t reach her and started panicking; she called my back immediately and we got in. Great view of the 9th green, absolutely spectacular!! Highly recommend!

We were in town for a wedding and only stayed one night. This place was perfect for the quick visit but it would be a great place to spend a long, restful weekend. Everything we needed was provided, house was clean and the common areas (den, patio, kitchen) were large and comfortable.

Excellent house

We found the house to be a wonderful place to stay! The decorations are excellent and we found the beds comfortable. We enjoyed a night by the fire pit and everything is nicely done. The property manager was VERY fast to respond and I would highly recommend this property.
