Situated in Lake Oconee, this charming house for $336 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Best Property Partners proudly presents - The Loch Nest! The Loch Nest is a beautiful, private, single-family home. Our home offers a private covered porch, large grassy yard perfect for playing games with kids, or letting your dog run around and a dock to store your boat during your stay or to tie up your rental boat. The outdoor space includes a gas grill, dining set, and fire pit for our guests to use! Our location is IDEAL as we are close to Hwy 44 and both Fish Tales Marina and Sun Life Marina. We are on a quiet cul de sac street and quiet cove surrounded by single-family homes and are only .5 mile to Hwy 44 where all of the shops and restaurants are located. At the dock, the water is perfect for fishing or docking your boat! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a microwave to use if you choose to cook during your stay. The kitchen and living room feature stunning views of the lake and yard. The interior of the home has been freshly painted, with new decor, new linens, new furniture, and new sheets and towels. All of the flooring in all 3 levels was renovated in November 2021! The driveway can accommodate at least 4 cars and your boat trailer or RV. We offer laundry detergent, a fully stocked kitchen including spices and condiments, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, and paper towels to get you started. We will consider your 4 legged family members on a case-by-case basis and a $150 pet fee. Please tell us about your pup. We will consider up to 2 dogs and kindly ask that no dogs are allowed in or on any of the beds or furniture. We are direct across from Fish Tale Marina, where you can fuel up, get supplies and launch your boat, or rent one of theirs! Sleeping Accommodations: Primary Bedroom on main level with ensuite bathroom - King Bed Bedroom #2 - King Bed Bedroom #3 – 2 full daybeds with a twin trundle underneath each Basement - Pull out queen size sofa We offer an extremely high level of service, flexibility, and a ton of amenities not found in most rentals. If you have a specific request, we will do what we can to accommodate you. Lake Oconee is amazing every time of the year! From the hiking and biking trails, water sports, fishing, public golfing at Harbor Club, jumping off the jumping rock, award-winning restaurants, Lake Oconee Brewery, there is something for everyone! Loch Nest is located about 15 minutes by car from the "Ritz Gate" and very convenient to The Ritz Carlton Lodge and its award-winning Ritz Carlton Spa (which was named one of the Top 5 spas in the US by Conde Naste Traveler Magazine). Nearby eateries include Lake Oconee Bistro, Cafe 44, Filet Steak and Seafood, and Mellow Mushroom Pizza. PESTS: This is Georgia, although the property is regularly treated for bugs, understand that some do find their way in occasionally. My family enjoyed our short weekend stay. Jeanine was friendly and helpful in accommodating my family’s needs. Sadly, we weren’t “home” much, as we were in town for a baseball tournament and spent most of our time away from the home. But, it was a comfortable and relaxing place of rest at the end of a few long days. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Beautiful, serene home for a relaxing, lowkey getaway to Lake Oconee! Jeanine was a very accommodating host and her home is incredibly clean, inviting and well-appointed with all the comforts of home! The yard was an added plus for our pup and the view of the lake was wonderful. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

The house and location is perfection. A small quiet neighborhood with beautiful homes. We loved the lake access, spent so much time on the front porch, and the kids loved the pool table and downstairs privacy. I would love to visit this house in the winter as well—so cozy and comfortable.

Loch Nest was a lovely home in a convenient location with everything we needed for our stay. The kids especially enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table in the basement. Jeanine was a great host. She was very responsive, accommodating and offered helpful recommendations for the area. We would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed the lake views, firepit, nice grill and game options for a quick 3 night winter getaway to get out of the city. We brought our dog and it was nice to have an area almost fenced in (we easily contained him). Very clean home and nice neighborhood.

We came for a family weekend at the Lake with two Birthday’s being celebrated. This house was beautiful, clean, convenient and fully stocked with necessities. Our time in the game room playing pool and other games was great for indoor entertainment and the lake was perfect for outdoors. This was one of the best stays we have had and we really hope to do it again…. we want to thank the host for such an awesome job!

The owner clearly takes the time to provide you with the things you need- condiments stocked in fridge, shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent…all greatly appreciated. Wood for fire pit provided. House is clean and enjoyable. Fishing was great off the dock. My only complaint would be that the beds are HARD- We had to try 2 different rooms and I ended up on the couch. If that is what you like, you are good to go!

The house was perfect for my family and pups. Jeanine was very helpful with any questions I had and very quick to reply back. The house is big and cozy and located in a perfect cove that makes it easy to ride your paddleboard. We had plenty of room for our pontoon boat and 2 jet skis! We will definitely stay here again!! :)
