Location is perfect for T2 or T3 travel. Views are excellent.
Found the staff to be disinterested and a little blunt/rude. (This could have been an off day but that was my experience unfortunately)

Location was close to airport (although we were flying from terminal 3).
Rooms were clean, comfortable and enough room.
Restaurant was good with plenty of options for our evening meal.
Upstairs bar was good with a great view across the airport.
15 minute walk from terminal 3 to hotel - didn’t realise hotel was at terminal 2.

Location close to the airport Terminal 2, ease to get to hotel Heathrow express, Good size rooms, good room amenities.
The bar and restaurant on 1st floor have same menu so not a great variety of food styles. Not as many small plates in the bar menu as would have expected. Food and drink service in the bar is slow and not very personal.

Great location close to the airport.
For a Hilton hotel I was surprised no complimentary water was provided by the property as a bare minimum. Especially since it's not a cheap hotel to stay at.
