Rooms were clean, excellent location for passengers transiting London and courteous and professional staff. Rooms and the bathrooms were adequate
Could have had more staff manning breakfast during peak time to ensure tables are cleaned quickly to accommodate guests who wish to come, eat and leave. Also checkin when it said 2:00pm could have happened on time. Was a bit late, though the lady at the checkin was extremely apologetic and courteous.

Easy access to Heathrow and quiet, breakfast isn’t bad
Expensive dinner, £25 for 2 bottles and a mediocre plain cheese pizza at 7pm.

Location, close proximity to airport
Not very clean, carpets smelled musty. Literally smelled bad as soon as you crossed over from the Crowne plaza side. If i knew they were side by side i would have booked Crowne Plaza. Reception staff were not courteous enough, calthee was the lady at reception and honestly the customer service was just lacking. No pleasantness or courtesy, she didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. We didn’t have our physical ID (no email received regarding this) and we offered to show digital copies. I get that she was just following hotel rules, but we weren’t being unreasonable either. She could have done her job but been nicer about it and we would have respected her nonetheless. Roms are small, forget about runway views, view was subpar at best, even something as basic as water was lacking in the rooms. We had had a long journey and checked in late just didn’t have the energy to be asking for it. Overall, I’d pass for next time. Go with CP(my other family was staying here and service/ rooms were exquisite).
