Location was perfect
The pillows … I am not a complainer but they were really flat

Comfy bed and Carluccio’s is a nice restaurant chain so a decent plate of food. Nice staff who were smiley and friendly. The hotel lets you extend check out by the hour and gave us the first hour free. After that it was £10 an hr. Which is reasonable.
The hotel feels a little tired and dated and the bathroom shower was a bit mouldy. The coffee machine was broken. We tried to order breakfast to the room in the morning but the app wouldn’t let us and there was nothing in the room to explain how it worked.

Checking in and out was simple.
The room was extremely comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed.
Every member of staff we interacted with were professional, courteous and helpful.
The restaurant was perfect for both dinner and breakfast.
It took only 10 minutes to get to Terminal 3 at Heathrow airport by taxi.
I can’t think of anything negative.

Location
Room did not smell fresh! We have stayed many times but room was not fresh, and the longest walk from the elevator.
