The host is incredibly kind and such a wonderful person. The hostel itself is unique and beautiful, perfectly complementing the charm of Loriga village. There’s a very cozy living room and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen that’s great for cooking. I highly recommend staying here!
In the shower, the water only runs while you keep pressing the button.

Easy check-in, very helpful staff (thank you!), comfortable beds in spacious rooms with lots of sunlight.
The common rooms (kitchen, corridors, living room and especially bathrooms) need to be heated in winter, which is not the case. Guests can use and control the airco in their rooms, but the central heating is turned off for the rest of the areas. This reduces comfort significantly (e.g. going to the toilet at night, having a morning shower) and it’s not admissible in a cold mountain area in 2025. Please reconsider adding some comfort in winter, setting a constant temperature inside, even if not that high. Turning the fire at the end of the day is simply not enough.

I spent two nights (February) in the hostel and was completely alone there. The staff was amazing and did a lot that I feel comfortable. Facilities are clean, kitchen is well equipped, the dorm rooms are cozy. All in all it was a great stay, I would definitely come back!
