Beach furniture, grills, washing machines, WiFi and and more are free of charge for you. The friendly people at the office are gladly there to you. Our condo... ... was entirely updated to include a kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances, beautiful new hardwood floors, new bathrooms, and painting and decor tastefully furnished in Caribbean style. The high quality equipment includes Bluetooth Bose radio, big 2022 Samsung smart TV and partially Villeroy & Boch kitchen accessories. The condo has direct views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the open courtyard and pool. Our little piece of paradise faces to the south and brings in beautiful and ample light into the unit. At breakfast on the patio, with soft morning sun, you can hear the lap of the waves as you look out over the Gulf of Mexico. Watch pelicans and sometimes dolphins from the patio. It is gorgeous. Our first time staying on Longboat Key.The location was great not even to far from Anna Maria Island. Had nice gulf views.The property also offfered lounge chairs to sit on at the beach. The condo was decorated very nice and spacious. Would definintely consider staying in this condo again.

Perfect condo for a great vacation at the beach! Beautiful view of the shore/beach from the patio. You can also easily view the pool from kitchen and dining room area. The condo management were super helpful. The beach was stunning. The condo had all the needed amenities to fix all 3 meals daily. Highly recommend this condo unit and Sand Cay!

Lovely condo on LBK with views of the beach. The beach is literally yards from the condo. The condo itself is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The pool was great although they had to turn the heated water off as a combination of the heated water and the weather made it more like a hot tub! Would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay on LBK.

Excellent location, resort had everything we needed. Walk to beautiful beach, BBQ by the ocean! Condo needs updated furniture and all new bedding. Property office staff was excellent. Friendly, attentive and hlepful.

Ah, Florida! How we do love thee......Well, we love the beach and when we can get beachside for a week, it's wonderful, even if it's chilly. It was the week we were here but everything worked out so well. The condo was clean, with comfortable beds and killer view of the gulf. The grounds are very well maintained and there is lots to do without leaving property. The view from the unit is perfect. Go see for yourself, and create some lasting memories of your own. We did. We might just stay here again. Till next time.

We were given an upgrade for our first night as there was a mishap with our room being ready. Not sure what happen but regardless the experience was exactly what we were hoping for. We truly enjoyed our stay here overlooking the Gulf from living room and patio. This unit is well laid out with all the essentials for enjoying a peaceful vacation. Upon our after hours checkin, our keys and information awaited us. When we arrived to unit, the air conditioner had quit running but an after hour number was provided and a technician resolved immediately. Kudos to this great service! The unit was very clean and comfortable! It also provided water accessories and quite the selection of books to enjoy. The resort was well maintained, close to store/restaurants, and staff were friendly and helpful! We most certainly hope to return one day!

We had a fantastic time in LongBoat Key. The complex is located in a quiet location and Sand Cay was virtually empty so it was really peaceful. The check in process was really smooth and everyone was very helpful. The beach chairs and the option of an umbrella was an added bonus. The few items that needed attention was a broken drawer in the kitchen and the freezer door didn’t always close properly. The condo had a fantastic layout and view of the ocean! We would definitely come back!

Sand Cay is in the middle of LBK which made it easy to get to St A’s circle as well as Bridge Street and AMI. Our unit was spacious and had all amenities. It was a little worn and could use a deep cleaning. The TV was hard to figure out-instructions would have been great. The office personnel were very helpful and very nice. Added bonus was the pickle ball court. The office had equipment for playing so no need to bring paddles and balls. Overall we would recommend Sand Cay. Thanks!

We loved staying here! The 2 bedrooms were great and nice open floor plan. The staff in the office were very friendly. The grounds are beautifully kept and it's such a short walk to the beach. I loved the patio area for coffee in the morning. This was perfect for our family of four and young children for convenient access to beach/ pool. We can't wait to come back! *If you are Covid conscious this is perfect for you. We were able to order takeout from local restaurants and eat at the condo, also perfect for social distancing outside.
