About this condo rental

Located in Longboat Key, this lovely condo for $335 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Sand Cay resort is open using the industries best practices and guidelines to ensure that all CDC sanitizing guidelines are carried out completely. Moving forward we will use only a EPA-registered product, qualified for use against against SARS-CoV-2, the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19. This process takes about 45 minutes and we will be charging an additional $50.00 cleaning fee for each stay. . We are centrally located on beautiful Longboat Key, next to the new Zota hotel with it's great restaurants and bars. The resort has an immaculate white sandy beach, heated pool, shuffleboard, basketball and full tennis court. We have a free laundry room next to the pool, a large barbecue area and an elevator. Our remodeled unit features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, living room with a 43 inch HDTV, HDTV in each bedroom and a dining room that seats six. We have a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The private balcony has seating for four with views of the garden, pool and Gulf.

Kim's apartment was clean and cozy. Kim responded quickly to our inquiry and readily accommodated our request to come a day earlier. The on site property management office was responsive as well. The living space is comfortable but the bathrooms are quite small. We enjoyed our stay despite the cold weather.

We had an incredible stay Kim’s condo in Longboat Key. The condo was perfect for our family. It was spacious and provided a fantastic view of the pool area and Gulf of Mexico. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at this Sand Cay Resort. You cannot beat the location just steps from the private beach which was amazing with the soft white sand, warm ocean water, gentle waves, and plenty of room to set up our tent and chairs with ample space around us. We were pleasantly surprised by multiple sightings of dolphins swimming by, and even had a manatee come swimming by us! The unit was very well stocked and taken care of, very clean, comfortable and spacious for three adults. The Dry Dock restaurant was our favorite dining experience. Excellent view outside on the water, and kept cool with commercial fans. We opted for a relaxing vacation but also liked that just down the road you could find plenty of music venues, bars and excursion opportunities. Publix is right down the road making it easy to stock up to cook some meals as well. Also the staff at the front desk are super nice and accommodating. We loved our vacation and highly recommend!

We were able to get to the beach for a weekend getaway which was wonderful. The only issues we noticed was the condo was clean but the floors could have been swept better- found chips/pretzels under the chair in the living room and some dusting of dresser/electronics would also be nice. Just a thought to mention to cleaning service. Thanks for letting us use your condo!

I absolutely loved the view of the ocean from the balcony! Easy to walk to the pool and the beach. We also love that it had a tennis court and a laundry room. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend!

Loved being close to the beach. Plenty of chairs on beach to relax on. Enjoyed playing pickleball, shuffleboard, and swimming also. The condo was well furnished. Everything we needed to fix breakfast and dinner. There were 6 beach towels and beach toys provided. I would definitely go here again.

The condo was well decorated and clean. We were on the 3rd floor so we could see the pool, tennis court, and the gulf! The only issue was no working TV in the 2nd bedroom and the bed is so close to the closet that it made it impossible to use. I used the single bed as the closet which worked out fine. We are booked for February!

Clean, updated condo in a great location. The furniture and beds were comfortable and seemingly new. The deck had a great view of the property and the beach in the distance. We really enjoyed the private beach and pool - both were relatively quiet with plenty of chairs for guests. Kim was a responsive and gracious host. Highly recommend this condo!

It is a great location. Walk to the beach or use the pool. Very quiet. Close to shopping and restaurants The condo was very open and roomy except for the bathrooms. It was very difficult for adults to dry off after showering because it is very tight in the bathrooms. The set up in the secondary bedroom with 2 twin beds made it very difficult to access the closet

We enjoyed this property very much. It was very clean, had new couches and chairs and a well stocked kitchen. It was very close to excellent restaurants, a CVS and publix. The staff was excellent and the landscaping was pristine. Beach chairs are stacked on the beach, 6 beach towels are in your unit, and beach umbrellas. The only thing that would have made it better was a tiki bar on the beach! Ha! 😃

This unit was absolutely perfect place for my family. Two teens and husband/myself. We usually stay at a different property every year- it was unavailable due to roof repairs. We have found our new place!! We will be back in the spring! Thank you!

I feel so fortunate to have been able to continue taking this trip in light of the devastating damage caused by Hurricane Ian coming ashore a mere 50 miles to the south. The staff at Sand Cay really stepped up to the plate and accomplished a remarkable cleanup of the grounds and facilities, restoring everything to fully operational conditions just prior to my arrival. My host Kim worked very closely with me and the staff and deserves credit as well for me being able to continue with my vacation. Longboat Key is such a remarkable vacation destination and with Sand Cay centrally located on the island, great restaurants and shopping facilities are only a short drive away. If you’re looking for your paradise vacation, Sand Cay on Longboat Key is a great choice.

This property was everything we hoped it would be. The check-in process was quick and simple. The office staff was beyond welcoming. The unit location was great and having a designated parking space was wonderful. The property as a whole was well-kept. The pool was great and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The unit itself was clean, well-stocked and perfect for our family of four. We would love to return in the future!

My husband and our two children had a wonderful time at Sand Cay! Unit was close to the office, laundry, and pool. It was very clean and very spacious. The ocean was just a short walk to the other end of the property. Shelling was excellent! The location was convenient to shopping, museums, food, but still peaceful and very quiet. We loved it! Wished we could stay longer!
