About this apartment rental
Upgraded unit. Best Location in the Building! 15th Floor has the biggest health facilities on the coast! Jacuzzi's, saunas, steam rooms and huge gym just outside the door. Great views and is on the quiet side of the elevator traffic. Modern, coastal, and professionally decorated. 60 inch high def TV with Netflix capabilities in Living Room and 32 inch flat screens with DVD players in all bedrooms. We have an assortment of board games for familys to use. 8 GUEST MAX

Condo had excellent view and very clean. In the master bedroom I really appreciated the rug surrounding the bed that sheds any lose sand from getting in the bed. Having an extra full shower was helpful when trying to get ready faster. With over 30 floors the elevators can test your patience. Ameneties are great. Indoor pool was warm enough to enjoy compared to outdoor pool in October. I appreciated there only being satelite tv and not all the features of a smart tv, because I actually got to disconnect more and enjoy God's beautiful creation and my family more without distractions of binging my favorite shows. Beds were so comfortable, kids even said they slept really well. Highly recommend except for when we want to stay there, haha.

Communication with owner was very good, as well as the owner response times. Property was as advertised. The lazy river was a very nice amenity that everyone in the family enjoyed. The whole family had a great trip and we would definitely return to this unit.

The condo was wonderful! Many activities for the entire family. An additional perk is the new adults only pool.
