About this condo rental
Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this attractive condo for $195 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Beachfront Condo, 2 Bedrooms & 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8) Recently Renovated and Upgraded, new tile floors throughout, new queen sleeper sofa and matching recliner, recently painted, new full tile and glass master walk-in shower, both bathrooms with new cabinets, granite countertops and framed mirrors, as well as renovated kitchen with new appliances. New HD flat screen TV's with streaming service in all rooms. Beach Chairs Set-up included March thru October! Two beach lounge chairs with cushions and a beach umbrella are included with your rental. These are provided at no charge and will be set up for you each day by the beach service on site. Come and enjoy the world’s most beautiful beaches from our Summerhouse condominium. We have a gorgeous view from our 8th floor condominium! We are located in the "B" building which is the only building with the sunset view. The colorful sunset, white sandy beach and the emerald waters will be a view you will not forget. Our condominium is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities of home. We have recently renovated the kitchen and both bathrooms. We have constantly upgraded and maintained our condo to assure the perfect beach vacation for you and your family. You can enjoy the ocean waves from your private balcony leading out from the living room and the master bedroom. New mattresses provide the most comfortable night’s sleep. Three new HD flat screen tv's, a new full size washer and dryer and a fully furnished kitchen give you all the comforts of home. Our balcony overlooks the beach as well as both courtyard pools, one of which is heated in the winter. There is a kiddie pool, hot tub and a gazebo in the meticulously manicured courtyard too. The complex is very family-oriented. We have tennis and racquetball courts, a picnic area with tables and gas grills, a game room with 3 pool tables and arcade games, beach volleyball and shuffleboard. And if that was not enough, you can rent jet skis, parasail or ride the banana boat right out on our beach. Our condo can sleep 8 guests. There is a king sized bed in the master suite, two full size beds in the guest bedroom and also a queen pull out sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has HD internet ready flat screen TVs and DVD players. And of course we have free Wi-Fi in the room as well as by the pool and lobby areas.. Our condo is spacious and has everything you need to have a wonderful relaxing vacation. Our wish is for you and your family to enjoy it as much as we do. The location of this condo is awesome. Very comfortable. Love that the bedroom has balcony door. Had full moon over ocean during stay. Very beautiful! Love the large master bedroom and bath. I think the rugs could use replacing but they were okay. The balcony doors are in need of replacement. Overall we had a great stay.

The condo was great. They’ve made several
Improvements to the dining room, living room and balcony chairs, as well as improving decor items throughout the condo. The beds were extremely comfortable, water pressure was great as well. The beach and pools were great, you never had to fight for chairs at the pool, and there seemed to be a lot of chairs available at the beach for rent as well.
Ron was super responsive and helped get any problems quickly resolved. We had a couple of small issues, and he quickly resolved those issues. Unfortunately, the elevator did break on our last day there, but that was due to a power surge down the beach I believe, and the front desk was working on that intently.
One thing my friend wanted to note is that there was no gym on the premises but they offered a daily pass for $5/day to a gym in the area. She was able to find another gym that was better equipped that offered a $30 weekly rate instead.
There was also a small resort fee for the week that I
Didn’t plan on but it was only $20-30. Parking on site wasn’t an issue either, there seemed to be plenty of spots available at all times.
One further suggestion - bring a paring knife to cut veggies with, they had plenty of everything but that, and the steak knives on hand were not sharp. Also - not pictured but was in hand was a Keurig for the coffee buffs.
Overall - 100% recommend for the price and experience.

Nice resort. Nice layout. Nice design. Stayed for a month and had a wonderful time. The heated pool was NOT heated while we were there. That was very disappointing. Also the gas grills need lots of maintenance. The hot tub was low on water and therefore prevented the jets from staying on more than about 2 minutes. With better management and more attention to maintenance this could be an outstanding resort. We will go back if given an opportunity.

on Saturday morning, there was a tap on our door and then without hesitation, the door opens and a man walked in saying "maintenance" when no one in our room had called for maintenance.
there was a teenager in the room that panicked when it happened as she was changing clothes.
i informed the front desk, but was never given a reason or an apology!!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. All the staff at the front desk were so polite and nice. The host of the condo goes above and beyond to help and answer any questions you have. He responded very quick each time I had a question or concern. The condo itself was beautiful with a stunning beach view. I loved that the beach was very close to the pools! I would definitely stay there again! I cannot stress enough how amazing the host was to work with! Great vacation!

Condo is on 8th floor with wonderful view of pools and ocean! Enjoyed sunsets daily. Love bar table and balcony furniture! Beds are so cozy. Kitchen had everything to make any meal. Full size laundry was very helpful. Game room with pool tables is nice at the office. Pools and grounds are very clean and inviting. Loved having room close to elevator and loading zone. The shopping carts to bring groceries upstairs was amazing, nice touch.

This place was awesome. The pool area was great. You can’t beat the view . The place had everything we needed. I highly recommend this condo. There were 4 adults in this room and we had plenty of space.

We had such a wonderful stay in PCB at The Summerhouse. It was an older unit, but very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The pools were extremely clean. The only negative is they were working on the kiddie pool so our 1 year old grandchild had to be held by us in the bigger pools.

We had a wonderful time. A lot was going on at The Summerhouse the week we stayed. They had exterminators one day, the water was turned off for 2 hours one day and there was some remodeling going on. None of this had anything to do with our owner and other than the water being turned off, did not affect our fun. Will stay here again!

We had a great time this past week for our vacation. Contacted the owner through messages and he promtly responded. The master bedroom was warmer than the rest of the unit. We will know to bring a fan next time. We are hoping to be able to rent again next year.

When the moment we first stepped into the unit we were awestruck. The pictures could not have captured the actual beach and sunset views from the balcony. We spent every evening on the balcony listening to the waves lapping against the white sand and watching the crimson sunsets as it settled below the water.
We were equally impressed with the unit from the comfortable mattresses and overall cleanliness to the large walk-in shower.
The front office staff were extremely friendly and we could not have had a better several weeks.
We were fortunate to have had excellent weather for the majority of our stay and enjoyed relaxing by the pool, walking the beach and even a quick invigorating swim in the Gulf. The hot tub felt especially good afterwards even though I found out later the water temperature in the Gulf was around 70°F which I thought was pretty good for mid December.
We definitely will want to be back again soon!!!

Our stay was amazing. The view was great! We came for my daughters birthday and she had a blast! Owner was ver accommodating and we even ended up adding an extra night!
