The owner was very flexible and stayed in contact throughout our stay and addressed all concerns-which were minor. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. Nice coffee shop in Phoenix 1 bldg. Doc's restaurant across the street was very good. The patio overlooking the beach was a plus especially since it was a 2 red flag week!

We actually stayed 12-19 Mar 2026. We had an incredibly relaxing week at this condo, and I have to start by saying — our host was hands down the most helpful, responsive, and informative host I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, security was present and always visible, which made us feel safe and welcome. Check-in was a breeze, with plenty of carts available for moving our belongings and more than enough parking. Getting in and out of the lot was quick and easy. The unit itself was very nice, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was well-furnished, with new pieces in the living area, and the kitchen was fully equipped for anything we needed. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the showers had excellent water pressure, there were plenty of towels, and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony offered a beautiful view that made mornings and evenings extra special. Once again, the host was amazing — if you have any issues here, it’s only because you didn’t reach out to them. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this condo to others.

Absolutely the most amazing and clean condo! Great views and great location to local attractions! The host is even more amazing and easy to communicate with. She checked in shortly after check-in to ensure we had no issues. Answered any and all questions that came up prior to our trip and even during the trip. This is the second time we have booked this condo and definitely won’t be the last! The amount of things this condo offers is way to long to list. Speaking with other people in other condos this one tops them all with what all is offered for you to truly enjoy your stay and make the most of beach days! If we could give this place and the host more than 5 stars we would!
