Rio Mar is an exclusive, beautifully maintained coastal community in Panama’s San Carlos district, set along the Pacific shoreline. Known for its dramatic natural scenery, private beachfront residences, and easy access to outdoor adventures, it offers a perfect balance of serenity and activities.
This 10th-floor condo in the Pacific (3) Tower overlooks the lush grounds and miles of pristine beachfront. With 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen and living with approximately 1,900 sq. ft. (170 sqm) of space, it comfortably accommodates 4 adults and 2 children.
Stepping inside, you’re welcomed into an open, airy layout where floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors frame sweeping ocean views. The design flows seamlessly from the kitchen to the living area, ideal for both conversation and relaxing while taking in the scenery.
The kitchen is fully outfitted with high-quality cookware, tableware, bakeware, and modern appliances. Included are a 5-burner gas stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, deep single-basin sink, toaster-air fryer, 5-stage drinking water filtration system, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and more. Adjacent to the kitchen, the laundry room includes a full-size washer/dryer.
The dining room offers a warm, inviting atmosphere with seating for six and dimmable Edison-style lighting to set the mood for any occasion. The main living space includes two remote-controlled ceiling fans and a quiet, oversized mini-split HVAC unit to ensure year-round comfort.
After dinner, unwind in the living room on soft leather couches around a handcrafted local hardwood coffee table. Enjoy the sunset, settle in for a movie, or step out to the patio for a nightcap as the pools glow softly.
Both bedrooms feature high-quality comfort king mattresses, plush bedding, and a selection of pillows. Each room includes a wall-mounted TV, wardrobe, nightstands, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a quiet mini-split HVAC unit. The master bedroom’s corner window provides a stunning ocean view right from the bed.
An alcove adds flexibility with a queen-size foldout couch and a beautiful locally crafted hardwood desk paired with a 27" HD monitor. Family-friendly amenities such as board games, cards, and puzzles are also provided.

We had a wonderful 5 week stay at this oceanfront condo in Río Mar. The unit was spotless, bright, and spacious, and had an incredible view—watching the sunrise from the balcony was a great start to each day! The resort grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pools were fantastic for relaxing throughout the day. There’s also a small on‑site restaurant that was good and very convenient. The location is about a 10-15 minute drive from Coronado, so having a car is definitely helpful, but the peaceful setting more than made up for it. We are already thinking about renting it again next year!

Outstanding in every way! Host was easy to communicate with and provided valuable information on both the property and the location. This rental highly exceeded expectations. The kitchen was fully equipped, and all amenities were high-end. Our stay was delightful! Five star location and condo. We hope to return and will not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

This place is amazing and the pictures don’t lie. It is a beautiful condo, it had everything we needed especially in the kitchen. There is plenty of space. The pools and grounds were beautiful and well kept, a great place to relax and unwind.
