Everything was perfect, the cleanliness, the location and it had all facilities. We will choose this property again when we’ll return back to Rome.

The location is excellent and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, although unfortunately it did not reach both bedrooms. The cleaning lady was also very kind and friendly.
The check-in process was easy, we never had any contact with the owners only by bookin msgs. The keys and breakfast tickets were simply left for us with a handwritten note, which felt quite unprofessional.
The biggest issue was the elevator. The property is advertised as having an elevator, but it was not working during our stay. We were told it had apparently broken down shortly before our arrival, although a neighbour told us it had been out of service for some time. This is particularly important for older guests, people with mobility issues, or anyone staying on a higher floor. In my opinion, the property should not be advertised with an elevator without clearly informing guests if it is out of service.
The rooms are spacious and have TVs, but the overall quality of the furniture and fittings feels quite poor. The mattresses seem old, and in one of the beds we could actually feel the springs. The bathrooms were fine, although the shower is quite small and can be difficult to use if you need a bit more space.
There are very few amenities: there is an iron and a coffee machine, but no fridge, which would have been useful for storing food or drinks. We even had to move a bedside table from one room to another because otherwise, my things would have had to go on the floor because there was nothing else.
There is also a jacuzzi, although we didn't end up using it.
Overall, the apartment looks modern in the photos, but once you're there, you notice that many of the finishes and details are quite low quality. For example, even the bathroom door handle kept coming loose and more stuff
The location is definitely a strong point, but I think the property needs better maintenance and more attention to the quality of the facilities.
