This casita is definately one of my favorites so far of all vacation rentals I've stayed in. Has everything you could possibly need plus extremely clean. Everything appears to be very new and is very nicely decorated. My trip was more business than anything and this was just what I needed after some very hectic days. Highly recommend.

Staying at Mildred’s vacation rental was nothing short of wonderful. She is an absolutely amazing host, who made our vacation unbeatable. My wife & I have already booked a return vacation for next year and can hardly wait to return. The rental suite was everything advertised and more. Mildred saw to our every request without hesitation and then some. The rental suite is lacking nothing for anyone looking to enjoy a vacation without any worries. We can’t say enough about Mildred and her vacation rental and encourage all to take advantage of this rare find. We definitely recommend this spot very highly. Jim & Pat McDerby

This studio far exceeded our expectations in comfort, privacy and location. Mildred’s thoughtful attention to detail continually amazed us as we enjoyed settling in for our 1-month stay. The gas range/oven, quality cookware, modern shower and fabulous atrium grill and outdoor seating are delightful and the territorial views are beautiful.

Charming, peaceful, quiet, serene—just what I yearned for.Even my car loved being in the large spotlessly clean garage. Mildred, the host, has the perfect knack of most interesting mutual conversation along with leaving this guest to her own solitude. The atrium was ahhhh. Yes Mildred and her home are delightful. The listing pictures did not do Mildred's guesthouse justice - this is a very nice place. The neighborhood is quiet but convenient to Madera Canyon, the interstate, groceries, etc. It is a great option if you're looking for outdoor activities but the canyon is booked up and/or expensive, as was my case. This was my first time using VRBO and everything about the process was easy. Highly recommended.

Mildred was a great host. The space as a studio could not have been better designed or appointed. High end appliances make it easy to dine in with all accessories needed. Outdoor space is lovely and the indoor patio area is delightful. We have recommended to friends and family.

Excellent location. Furnishings and details of this new construction are even better than the posted pictures. Host was attentive and respectful of privacy. Garage parking a definite plus. Very much enjoyed my stay. Would love to come again.

Much more than just a studio. The atrium and pergola along with the patio and meditation bench make this a perfect place for anyone wanting a peaceful, relaxing stay. Walking distance to shopping and recreation but with one acre of peace and quiet.

This was very nice. My situation did not allow me to spend a lot of time there but to sleep and prepare breakfast. But, as my wife said, all of Mildred’s design and accomodation choices were excellent.

Lovely studio with top notch appliances, bedding, and kitchen ware. Everything I needed for a week of bird watching. Mildred was friendly and respected my privacy while being available when needed.

Mildred was a wonderful host and gave me a thorough rundown of all of the amenities of the casita. She has thoughtfully decorated and planted the property and it is absolutely charming. Unfortunately, work pulled me away, so I didn't complete the entirety of my stay, but my time there was calming and soothing.

This is a wonderful place––beautiful, safe, quiet, comfortable and welcoming. Although my stay was less than two weeks, I would've been happy staying here much longer, especially with the storage space and full kitchen. Mildred is a great host!

The accommodations and amenities are stellar! A very well stocked kitchen; able to prepare meals comfortably. The atrium area was delightful to go to for reading as it is well protected from any adverse weather conditions. Very close to stores, restaurants and access to the interstate.

The studio was perfect and Mildred was a great host. The rooms were comfortable. The bathroom and shower were spacious and stylish. The kitchen was fully functional. I cooked everyday and could always find the pan or utensil that I needed. Mildred had coffee and spices ready on hand too. She also set me up with a cable to hardwire my laptop to the internet so that my zoom meetings went smoothly without any wifi glitches. On top of that, the property is lovely and the neighborhood quiet. I went for long walks straight from the front door and had coffee in the morning shade. It was perfect.

Great place to stay! Mildred was wonderful and has a beautiful piece of property with views of the mountains to the East! The room was very clean and comfortable! Absolutely enjoyed my stay!
