Located in Blue Ridge, this lovely cabin for $482 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. PERFECT FOR LARGE OR MULTIPLE FAMILIES! Nestled on a hillside overlooking beautiful downtown Blue Ridge, our cabin offers long range, panoramic views of the picturesque North Georgia mountains. Our spacious cabin offers three levels of fully screened decks to entertain BUG FREE! Located in the Aska adventure area, and only a short three mile drive to all the dining and shopping options in downtown Blue Ridge. The road leading to the cabin is paved so no need for an SUV! Our cabin offers a handicap friendly ramp for all visitors. The location is fantastic—right off Aska Road: 3 miles from downtown Blue Ridge with its great restaurants and quaint shops; 3 miles from Lake Blue Ridge (fishing and pontoon boats), 5 miles from the Toccoa River (rafting, tubing and kayaking); 3 to 5 miles from trailheads of the Aska Adventure Trails hiking/mountain biking trail system. At the end of the day (or all day, if you prefer!), enjoy the roomy comfort of Black Bear Ridge cabin. Nestled in a private, peaceful neighborhood, this charming, rustic, 3-level cabin ensures cozy, relaxing nights. *Note, however, that this is not a secluded cabin. There are neighbors on either side not pictured in the seasonal images. The cabin is fully furnished and features a spacious, open floor plan with 1 King master suite on the upper level, 2 bedrooms on the main level (1 King Bed and 1 Queen bed) and 2 bedrooms on the lower level ( 1 King bed and daybed together, and one Queen with a cot in the closet). Plus, the screened-in decks can double as sleeping porches on cool summer nights. There are 3 full bathrooms (one on each level) and a game room on the lower level. We provide an ample supply of towels, kitchen/dining utensils and pots and pans, so no need to bring your own. ENTERTAINMENT & GAME-LOVERS’ DREAM! Entertainment amenities include Internet WiFi and DISH satellite with 220+ channels, plus a Wii U system for the kids and DVD movies for the whole family. The lower-level game room features a pool table, foosball, board games and Wii U video games. Parents can relax in peace upstairs, knowing the kids are well-entertained on the gaming level. Snap and Share your vacation moments with us! Upon check-out, please complete the following: Please leave dirty dishes running in the dishwasher. Please do not strip the beds as housekeeping prefers to do that. All trash must be bagged and put in the receptacle bins in front of the cabin. (Housekeeping will charge me extra when there is an excessive mess left behind, including full fridges of food.) All doors secured upon exit. We had 6 adults, two teens, and two littles this trip. There was plenty of room for all of us! For parents with toddlers, the screened-in porches are very safe for curious kids. The house was very clean and well stocked with games for entertainment. You have to be careful on the drive up, but it is a house on the mountain side so just drive slowly. We all enjoyed our stay this last weekend!

What a great stay! The entire family of 10 enjoyed it, was very comfortable in every lovely bedroom and loved sitting on the porch or family room visiting and playing games. The decor was up to date and lovely. Owner, Kristy, was great to work with and very helpful with spot on recommendations. Several of us enjoyed the multiple near by breweries, Grumpy Old Men was a fav. And I happened upon an amazing winery in near by Jasper, GA, Fainting Goat, with great wines and lovely vistas. Can't recommend this home and location enough.

The house was very comfortable. We walked into the house with music waiting for us and the most amazing views of the mountains. We sat on the outside patio every night watching the beautiful sunsets. We were close to tubing and rafting. 12 minutes from the lake and less to downtown Blue Ridge. 5 minutes to grocery stores. Internet was a little slow at times. Also could use small dressers in some of the bedrooms, but overall I give it 5 stars

My extended family took a group vacation to stay for the week in this house. It is exactly as described and pictured, and we couldn't have been happier with everything that was provided. Our primary issue had nothing to do with the owners, but to the lack of power and water from a storm that went through just prior to our arrival. The road up to the house was pretty narrow and steep, but we were prepared in a truck. The neighbors were very friendly! There were nearby grocery stores that made it easy to pick up food when we needed it. The house had plenty of amenities and everything was in great condition, except for one of the grills, which doesn't light properly and could be a hazard. The views from the house are gorgeous and the screened porches made spending time outside very enjoyable. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for 10 guests to spend time, and we highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a getaway!

Our "framily" group of 8 had a wonderful relaxed stay at Kristy's property. Prior to our arrival I could tell that she was very attentive and responsive, as any questions or concerns were addressed with an immediate response. Upon arrival we could immediately tell that she believed in providing quality and a superior memorable experience. Everything that we needed was right at our fingertips and we never had to venture off the property, other than to take a walk. Morning coffee on the upper patio to watch the sunrise and evenings around the firepit allowed for the rest and relaxation that overworked group needed. There was enough space for us to dine together and spread out to enjoy our "own space" , but cozy enough to thoroughly enjoy each other's company. I highly recommend this property, but more specifically the host! I will admit that I'm hard to please and she exceeded my expectations. Great experience all around!

Over the top!!! Our family (10 of us) thoroughly enjoyed the use of the cabin this past week! It was perfect with space for everyone!! Really impressed with the little things: Snacks and smores ingredients and the supply of garbage bags, shampoo, dish and laundry soap. Very nice and thoughtful and not provided with other rentals we have stayed with. Would 100% recommend this cabin. Beautiful!

We had a great time at this home. (5 adult couples) We loved the game room, hot tub and the views are gorgeous. The property can fit 5 cars perfectly and the drive up to the house was fun! The town is a short drive away for fun, foods and shopping. The men went to play golf at Old Toccoa Farm golf course (18-23 min drive) and loved it. The owners are very nice, helpful and quick to reply. No complaints here, we truly had a great stay!! We would come back again :)

Ours was a group of 7 and we always had hot water for showers, space to gather, and activities to choose from. You do have a short climb on a narrow paved road, which gives you the feeling that you are hidden away on a mountain, but you are still close to town and all the stores. The owners provided great customer service and were very friendly & responsive! We had a wonderful time and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Kristy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was magical. The cabin was impeccably clean and decorated for Christmas from the tree to the stockings to a little mailbox and stationery to write and mail Santa's letters. The hot tub was running and so welcoming. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home with your family/friends if visiting the Blue Ridge area. Thank you for the Gingerbread House. What a wonderful "Cherry on Top!"

We stayed here for Christmas. There were 7 of us ranging in ages from10 to 67. The rooms were set up perfectly for us. It was less than 20°F everyday we were there but, the space and activities available indoors (as well as the fire pit outside) made our stay absolutely wonderful. We all had our space and could still be close when we wanted to be. The cabin is pretty much fully furnished with every kitchen item and condiment needed. If you don’t have something you need, send a message, and she will have it delivered to you promptly! Best host and best stay for Christmas we’ve ever had! HIGHLY recommend!!

We pulled into Blue Ridge and stopped at the grocery store, it began snowing. We got up the mountain before the chaos began, the city became a mess, wrecks and such. We had family members coming in a bit later and although as a general rule 4wd isn’t needed to reach the location with the amount of snow that fell the roads (all of them) became a slippery slope. My husband’s grandparents had to park at another house, that was perfectly fine, my mother and daughter parked on the side of the mountain for the night because an AC/heat truck ran off the side of the road and blocked all traffic. We trekked up the side of the mountain with suitcases in hand. When everyone arrived to the cabin, safely we enjoyed a beautiful night by the fire, while we ended up snowed in for the following almost 24 hours, we didn’t mind. We enjoyed family time sitting by the fireplace, playing family games as the cabin was completely stocked with all kinds of things to do. The cabin was absolutely gorgeous, warm, cozy and welcoming. It was stocked with all the necessities. The view was absolutely breathtaking. We couldn't have been more pleased. I stayed in contact with the owner during our stay, she was prompt in responding to messages and questions and open to suggestions. We have rented several cabins/houses in the past but this one was by far the most amazing of them all. The fully stocked s’mores station was icing on the cake! We will definitely be booking this cabin again.
