The open living room features wood floors throughout, floor to ceiling windows to take advantage of the view, a natural stone wood burning fireplace, large flat screen smart TV with cable and Blu-Ray player, as well as complementary internet. The dining area has table and chairs for a meal or family game night. The kitchen has beautiful upgrades with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gas range, microwave, coffee pot and dishwasher. The covered back deck has a propane grill. This Big Bear Cabin has large front deck is the perfect place for sitting back and enjoying the sunset over the mountains. Down the main floor hall is a full bathroom, stacked washer and dryer, and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin over twin bunk bed and twin with a trundle. Upstairs in the loft is a Foosball table, smart TV with DVD player, and a full bathroom. The spacious, private master bedroom has a king bed and futon for flexible sleeping arrangements, and a smart TV with cable and DVD player. The perfect Big Bear Cabin for your group. Note: Stairs to front door. Always bring chains during winter months as roads in Moonridge can be slick with ice and snow. The blinds in living room do not open. Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Last year, we stayed near the lake during the summer and we were taken over by gnats! This year, we chose to be away from the lake.... but i was missing the great views. This place gave me the views I wanted! The deck has a spectacular view of the "summer" slopes, plus the lake in the distance to the right. I wish the neighbor's tree could be trimmed a tad so the view could even be that much better of the lake.. but it is what it is. The place was clean and it looks like the owners really listened to the VRBO vacationers since they've installed big ceiling fans in each room PLUS air conditioning in each room! It was by far the most comfortable stay, in the recent heat, that we've had at Big Bear in the summer. The kitchen is clean and living room plus dining room had plenty of space for all to sit and relax. The only thing that this place does not provide is shading on the deck.. which we anticipated so we brought our own umbrella to stick into the umbrella holder they had on the deck. We had a great time and loved every minute.

My husband and I stayed at this residence and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and exactly as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for a family of 7. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the spacious deck while taking in the views of Big Bear Lake and Big Bear mountain. The residence is conveniently located to restaurants, ski resorts, shops, and Big Bear Lake. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers. It was in the 80s during our stay and the A/C worked great!. Check-in went smoothly, Staff was friendly. We will definitely be back to stay again!

It was a pleasant stay in Bjg Bear. Like many short term rentals in the area, the place was professionally managed so you have to checkin at their office. The place was as described, very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the stay.

My family, friends, and dogs stayed at this residence. A family of six stays comfortably here. The house was roomy and clean. It is a hike up stairs so please be aware of this issue as elderly people will have a difficult time to get to the property. The lighting can be somewhat confusing. Overall, we were very pleased with the property.

Beautiful home in a convenient but not crowded location. The house was fully equipped and had some bonuses for the kids like the Wii! My only suggestions would be to get more portable fans for the bedrooms and to have the blinds work in the living room so we could enjoy the gorgeous views and breeze.

House was nice, updated kitchen and bath. Kitchen pots and pans are a bit old and lacking, not in great condition. Coffee pot not working but management company was very prompt and delivered a brand new one to our door. Very pleasant and efficient management team. Loved the deck and beautiful view. Quiet neighborhood. Parking is a challenge in steep driveway and lots of stairs to climb when entering the home. Overall had a great stay!
