Situated in Orange Beach, this charming condo for $328 per night is a great option for your next trip. TAKE TIME.........Our condo is a beautiful oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped condo in Orange Beach, Alabama. Our unit is on the 12th floor which gives spectacular views of the gulf and beach. There is updated ceramic tile throughout condo with new dining and living room furniture. The two bedrooms are equipped with new mattresses 2022. Both bedrooms have been outfitted with new bedroom furniture, headboards, night stands, and dressers. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with new king mattress (2022) and the bedroom is oceanfront to hear the surf at all times. The second bedroom is equipped with two comfortable double beds. Both bedrooms have attached full bathrooms. The sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa. There is a flat cook top stove and new above stove microwave in the kitchen. There is updated kitchen cabinets with granite counter top. The master bedroom and living room have direct views of the ocean. There are 3 HD smart TV's in unit. Throughout the condo there is high ten foot ceilings which gives the condo a very bright and spacious feeling. Free Wi-Fi is provided for our guests. There is a washer and dryer in unit. Watch the porpoises from the balcony as you eat your breakfast or lunch. There is a covered reserved parking space for unit guest. The building has an indoor and outdoor pool with 3 hot tubs. There are two lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, a racquetball court, two pickle board courts, a shuffle board court, a sauna, an ocean view weight room, and too many miles of beach to walk. Great news, in 2015 your kids are able now to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucket-heads busy throughout your vacation. OUR UNIT INCLUDES A COVERED RESERVED PARKING SPACE. THE COST FOR PARKING PASS IS $55 AT THE FRONT DESK. OUR UNIT IS ALLOWED TWO PARKING PASSES IF SECOND PASS IS NEEDED (for additional $55).. Nice condo. Loved the living room coffee table and end tables. The coffee table lifted up for a desk and the end tables had extra computer outlets. Great location and view of the ocean sunrises!

6 of us stayed in the condo for a week during fall break (3 kids, 3 adults). The view was perfect, we had plenty of room, and we truly enjoyed every minute of our trip! We have been to Orange Beach multiple times and haven't stayed at this condo before. I had a couple questions for Daniel and he was quick to respond. There were extra blankets and plenty of towels, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for all of our home cooked meals. Thank you for letting us vacation at your lovely condo!

Our family has been doing girls' trips for a few years and this year was definitely one of our favorites. The condo was exactly as described and Daniel was a great host and very easy to work with. We had five adults and had plenty of room. My niece loves to cook and was extremely pleased with how well the kitchen was stocked with utensils, dishes and pots and pans. She gave the kitchen a 10/10. The location is wonderful - not too far from grocery stores, shopping and fun activities. But also not in an extremely busy area. We will return again next year and are hoping to book the same exact condo.

My wife and I took my son and his friend to Orange Beach for spring break and this condo rental was an excellent place to stay. It is our 6 year staying in Orange Beach for spring break and we feel like we finally have it down, we really like the Phoenix 5 as a place to stay. The Condo is not super fancy, the furniture is a little dated and there was a small problem with the washer unit but for one week it was perfect for what we wanted.
Coffee on the balcony is nice, there is a drip coffee maker in the unit. We took a few sunrise walks and a few night time walks on the beach, the sugar sand is amazing and a PITA all at once. Internet worked perfectly for the week and the refrigerator worked for the week.
There were a few items to pick at but nothing major. There is an issue with the washing machine but the owner did warn us about it prior to arriving and we did have use of the washer, just with half loads. The owner only communicated via email, which was fine but it would have been nice to ask the owner or someone from the rental management for some specific questions. We don't like the wrist bands that are required, they are not necessary in my opinion. I recommend you bring your own bath towels, those supplied were not "absorbent" or very large. This unit is as far away from the elevator as you can get and this has both positive and negative aspects. It's a long way to the elevator but we had no noise from groups gathered around the elevators. Last but not least, the shore fishing in front of the Phoenix 5 is not great , I had good luck at the Cotton Bayou beach and down by the jetty at Perdido Pass.
We liked the garage parking spot that comes with this unit, this is not the case with other units in Phoenix 5 that we have rented. Overall, the condo is a good value if you do not need high-end furniture and accommodations. I would consider staying here again.

I can’t brag enough about this condo! We stayed over Thanksgiving break, and while the weather wasn’t cooperating, I can’t complain about anything else. Daniel was easy to work with and reach when we had questions, and even allowed us access to the condo a little earlier than the 4:00 check in, which was really nice. It was super easy to check in, and the only thing we needed from the front desk was our parking pass. We really appreciated the covered parking, since it was rainy for a lot of our stay. There were also complimentary trolleys and carts to use for luggage and groceries that were super easy to access, which isn’t the case with a lot of places. The condo was exactly as pictured, with plenty of space for all 4 of our party. We had 2 adults and 2 16 year olds, so we really loved having beds for both our girls. My husband and I loved the king bed and the attached bathroom in the master suite. The view from the balcony was awesome, with plenty of seating for everyone. The closet even had beach chairs and some toys for kids. There were lots of pots, pans, and other kitchen supplies for cooking, and tons of counter space. One thing to note is that the condo is pretty far from the elevators, which wasn’t a problem for us but might be something others would want to know. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality Daniel!

Everything was fine except the parking pass price went from listed as being $35 to $50 (not the owners fault). A few thingd could have been cleaner... The kitchen cabinet doors and drawer handles were grubby and a lot of the dishes and silverware had dried food residue. One extra trash bag and some hand soap in the kitchen would have been nice. The bed was comfortable and the balcony has a great view. Was told the door code would expire at our check out time of 10am however my husband was locked out by 930-945 while trying to bring our things down. Good thing I was still inside with our toddler to let him in.

the only reason I gave a 3 on communitiation is the confusion on the free Parking, We had to pay and they said it was not free, When I texted you, you did not provide an explaination. the on line informatin clearly says the parking is free. You should probaly change that information, over all, we had a great time Loved the location, it was perfect for us we will be back than you!
