The place was nice and almost exactly as the pictures. Beach was beautiful! We really only had couple of problems. First, we visited with a hurricane nearby, yet not as bad it could have been as it only closed the beach (ocean) for 2 days. Secondly, the internet was not working properly for half of our trip. (not from hurricane) . It was not out 24 hours a day, but was hard to rely on for any length of time. This prolly doesn't matter to 75% of you, but I have a special needs son in wheelchair. He can not just stay in heat all day by the beach. Let's just say wifi makes life 85% better for both him and us. We spent two days and several hours on the phone with the internet provider to try and resolve the issue.
Its was a nice stay other than that, appreciate it!!

This condo was absolutely lovely. The description and pictures are right on point. All other logistics such as direct beach access, parking, chair service were excellent. The owners’ customer service and communication was great as well. The surrounding areas are clean, good restaurants and shopping close by. I recommend and would definitely stay there again in the future!! Thank you M&L!!

Beautiful condo and amazing views! Enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony.
Unfortunately, there were no additional trash bags other than the one in the trash can and only one dishwasher soap pod to use the dishwasher when we left.
The bunk bed sheets had dirt granules all over the sheets and we had to wash the sheets when we arrived.
The linens were nice, but nothing smelled freshly washed. I realize you have to use caution with fragrances in rentals, but I am not completely convinced the sheets were washed. The master bed had a smell of dampness like something that has been shut up in a warm room that is not climate controlled.
I do not intend this review to be a complaint, but I wanted you to be aware of our concerns for your future guests.

The hosts responded to questions promptly and graciously provided us with a later checkout since we had a red-eye flight out and their next guests weren't checking in until the next day.
The condo was remarkably clean when we arrived, with no traces of sand or bugs. It's a two-bedroom condo with a kids' bonus room near the front door. The extra room is large enough to fit the bunk bed without closet or dresser.
The A/C worked well, the water pressure in the showers was good, and the furniture was comfortable and in good shape, although my husband did notice a couple "dips" from wear/use in the master bedroom mattress. We slept well regardless!
The kitchen has stainless steel cookware and a Mr. Coffee coffee pot. We bought extra paper towels, trash bags, and TP but didn't end up needing them, as we were pleasantly surprised to find that those items were already provided for us, along with soap for the dishwasher and bar soap in the showers. We bought our own laundry detergent for the washing machine and left the remaining pods behind for future guests. We also purchased our own beach toys for the kids to use and left those behind for future guests.
There were a few beach towels available but no beach chairs. The beach service included an umbrella and two chairs, which were put out around 8 am daily and picked up by 4 or 5 pm. Front-row/beachfront chairs are first come, first served, unless you tip the friendly attendants, who will gladly reserve a set for you.
Thankfully, for the first time we can remember, we didn't have work or school obligations during our vacation that required wifi. If this is important to you, I recommend asking the hosts if they've made any upgrades since our stay.
We never had any trouble finding a covered parking space or encountered any crowds in the pool/hot tub, as it's a small complex.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return for future vacations.

The check-in process was a breeze.
The wifi works well enough to find a restaurant or activity. Though It wasn't strong. I'm guessing that may be common with the area, because it seems that is the case every year for us when we visit no matter the place.
Most importantly >>> The location is perfect! It's high up for a good view of the ocean that is so incredibly close!! The beds and other furniture are nice and it seemed clean. Just FYI there was dust building up on the tops of walls and plants/other decorations. Also, my son was disappointed because his room had a super outdated tv with a blurry image. Not a deal breaker... Other than that, the washer/dryer and all other appliances worked well!
The elevator is a few steps from your door and takes you straight to the parking area where you can access the pool and beach. Our kids loved the hottub and pool. It is a max 5ft pool so our 4-5 year old girls felt confident and I was able to worry a little less.
The local restaurants were tasty. Also, the kids had a blast on the Okaloosa Island pier which is nearby! You can rent your fishing gear and also the entry fee allows you to bypass a separate florida fishing license.
Overall this place is a winner and we all greatly appreciated our stay!

Our family of 6 had a great stay in this top floor unit with an awesome view. From the beach chair service to the unit being fully stocked with beach towels, dish detergent, cleaning supplies etc, it was the extra touches that made this a great trip. It was like staying in a friends unit that wanted us to have it all during our stay. It is a nice sized unit and we loved the master view of the gulf. It was spring break when we came and the beach in front of the complex wasn't packed like I suspected which was refreshing. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the covered parking is always a nice addition.

Mike's condo was excellent. It was nice and clean and the rooms were very roomy even the bunk room. The location definitely did not disappoint. The balcony was a great size and the views were amazing.

Our family really enjoyed this property. The property was very clean and provided us everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The view was amazing and we were able to access (and return from) the beach in minutes. The property was also in a great location - very quiet area, but also a short drive from great food options and things to do such as the boardwalk. Overall it was great experience and we see ourselves returning this property for future vacations.

We had a terrific time at a beautiful condo. The listing is a dead on description. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. little suggestions…WiFi is untrustworthy. Our daughter had college work to do online and could not complete due to such low bandwidth. The drain to the second bathroom needs a looksy. The master closet, bedroom door and bathroom door are kind of a pain with how the doors are configured. Other than those little details, we had a wonderful stay. Thanks for everything!

The view was not over-advertised. Sunrises, sunsets, dolphins playing - all viewable from the privacy of the balcony. Very short walk to the sand . . . zero stairs from the parking garage into the condo - which was immensely helpful for my Mom!
Our host was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions and always very personable.

The place is amazing and the views from the balcony is awesome. The home was was stocked with everything that you would need to get started on vacation. We got to see dolphins from the balcony and the sunset view was everything. The host was awesome and I will definitely be looking forward to booking with them again. Fun Family Vacation
We were in Fort Walton for a softball tournament and couldn't have asked for a better room. Right on the beach with breath taking view. Slight issue with the water heater and HVAC, but Mike the owner took care of it very quickly. Overall a great place to stay and I hope to be back.

Okaloosa Island
We really enjoyed this property. We have been vacationing on okaloosa island for over 10 years now. This is our favorite property we have stayed in. The beach was not very crowded during peak season (mostly only one row of chairs and umbrellas with the occasional second row having only 2-3 chair and umbrella set ups). The condo is very nice and clean with a new couch in the living room. We had a small issue with the hot water heater and Mike was quick to respond and offered several options to resolve the issue. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. We don’t cook while on vacation, but the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook including spices in the pantry. Great property, highly recommend.

This condo was wonderful. The pictures do not do it justice. We unfortunately had a week of storms but the view made the trip. Mike was extremely attentive and easy to work with. Very quick to respond and flexible. The condo was spotless and stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for six adults. Easy access to the beach and pool area. We immediately booked again for next year. Mike also offered ideas for outings which turned out to be wonderful. Thank you for opening up your home to us, we look forward to our next trip.
