About this condo rental
Situated in Carolina Beach, this lovely condo for $309 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Our condo is newly renovated and ready for the summer season! We kept our "beachy" colors but did significant upgrades to kitchen, living area, and bathrooms. This bright, colorful and decidedly "beachy" oceanfront condo is perfect for a family vacation or last-minute beach trip! Flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, as well as high speed, secure internet (not shared with the rest of the building). The Ocean Front master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a new Beautyrest mattress, private full bath with rainwater shower and detachable hand-held wand, and access to the oceanfront balcony. There are 2 twin beds In the street-facing second bedroom with access to the full hall bathroom with tub/shower. These can also be converted to a king bed with a converter kit provided. There is also a queen sleeper sofa with upgraded Memory Foam mattress in the living room should you need the extra bed space. The oceanfront balcony offers breathtaking views (make sure to catch at least one sunrise on your stay). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a week at the beach (and all appliances are brand new), with a Ninja Mega-Kitchen System blender, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and J. A. Henckels kitchen cutlery. But, if you'd rather not cook, there are loads of restaurants really close by. Some of our favorites are Kate's Pancake House, Havana's, Michaelangelo's Pizza, Pop's Diner, and of course, the famous Britt's Donuts. And the Veggie Wagon (just across US 421) is a real treat, offering farm-fresh veggies, freshly baked baguettes, deli sandwiches, take-and-bake pizza's, fruit smoothies, and a pretty good selection of beer and wine. In addition to a great time on the beach, you have access to bike rentals just two blocks away (one of our family's favorite activities is to bike down to Fort Fisher and catch the ferry to Southport). The Carolina Beach Greenway is accessible at the lake which is just across the street. Here you will find a nice walking, running, cycling, or skating trail, peddle boat rentals, and there are family movies every Sunday night. Two blocks away you will find the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, with shops, restaurants, Britt's Donuts and an amusement park. Thursday nights there are fireworks from the boardwalk. See them there, or enjoy them from the beach or the deck of the condo. The unit has spacious covered parking that can accommodate two larger sized vehicles or three smaller ones. We've been coming to Carolina Beach for over 20 years and have owned this unit since 2008. It's slow-paced and relaxing, a perfect location for a family wanting to unwind or for a couple looking for a quiet, romantic getaway. We love spending time here, and we think you will too! Enjoy!

This was the best condo we have ever stayed in! The condo was the perfect size, very clean and was very well stocked. The views were amazing and the best part was we were right on the beach! Our daughter attends UNCW and it was close enough to see her everyday and close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

This property is beautifully decorated and the furniture is very comfortable. Quiet street without much traffic and steps from the beach. Love the end unit for the extra windows and the view can’t be beat! Chris and Betsy were wonderful to work with - very responsive and on top of things. I would highly recommend this property!

This is the fourth summer we've come to Carolina Beach and this place was the best we've stayed in. Super clean and comfortable. Location near the Veggie Wagon, boardwalk and restaurants was perfect. Being right near a sandbar was great too.

Truly one of the best locations we've ever stayed at a beach rental. Steps from the sand, the boardwalk and restaurants! And even with it being so close to everything on a holiday week, the beach was uncrowded and really clean. The view from the condo is top notch, with a big beautiful deck. Super comfy beds and nicely decorated. Only thing is we felt the unit could use good deep cleaning, especially the kitchen and washing machine. That would not deter us from staying there again though, it was a fantastic week!

This condo was perfect for a long weekend at the beach. The main thing I was looking for was a nice ocean front balcony to sit and drink coffee, read, eat, play cards...and this place did not disappoint. The balcony is huge with plenty of seating options, and is where I spent most of my time when here. The kitchen was modern and very well equipped. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and within walking distance to the boardwalk, coffee and restaurants. The property owner was a delight to chat with, I ended up with a bit of a family emergency causing us to have to delay our trip and she was so understanding and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Great, stay! Property was clean, fabulous views, and well laid out. Walkable to many restaurants. Also, can drive to a frisbee golf course in Kure Beach. Communication with renters was great.

Just big enough for the 4 of us. Master bedroom mattress is sooooo comfortable. Great beachfront view and 3 min walk to quaint gourmet grocery store. Owners are super nice and communicative.

Loved our stay at this condo. Beautiful view and decorated so attractively. Close to the beach and boardwalk and restaurants so no need to even get back in the car. Our dog loved it too. There's a small lake across the street that we could walk around early in the morning and later in the evening when we wanted to be close. Very dog friendly place!
