About this house rental
Bright, spacious home with hardwood floors, central air, big eat-in kitchen and four levels of living space. The large living room has lots of windows, a gas fireplace, fifty-inch flat screen, Sonos sound system, big, comfortable sofa and chairs, and game table. It flows in to the inviting dining area with a table that seats twelve. The fully equipped kitchen has a center island and plenty of cabinets. The first floor is a great place to relax and hang out with family and friends.
The second floor master has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and large, en suite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms, bathroom, laundry area and landing with an office nook. Plenty of closet space and chests in every room make it easy to unpack and move right in.
The third floor is an open room with twin beds, sofa and plenty of space - perfect for kids to play or for extra sleeping.
The lower level, with separate entrance, fully renovated in 2023 by ackdesign, has two bedrooms: a queen bedroom with a flat screen TV and second bedroom with queen bed. There is a full bath with shower and tub in the hall and mudroom area. There is also a brand new laundry room. Works great for teens and kids who can come and go on their own to the outdoor shower, patio, backyard or bus stop.
Fenced in back yard with patio and gas and charcoal grills.

I rented this house for my sister’s 30th birthday and 6 of her friends. It was the perfect type of house with six bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The kitchen was great for cooking and the dining table was perfect for group meals. The living room was just the right size for game night and hanging out. The house was in between town and the airport which made it easy to when coordinating multiple flights. Would recommend staying here again!

We had an amazing time while staying here. The house had everything you could need - from beach towels and chairs, to fully stocked kitchen. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Having the pool and pickle ball courts so close to house was a huge plus!!!

This was a great house and was very accommodating for a large group. The house is very modern, clean, and spacious. Jeri was easy to deal with and let us check-in early, which was very convenient given we got to the island early. Overall, I have nothing bad to say - the place was great!I would highly recommend this house, and I hope we get the chance to go back!!
