About this house rental
Tucked away at the end of a long private driveway - on a quiet street and surrounded by lush landscape, this spacious six-bedroom home offers privacy and space to spread out, yet is only a mile from Main Street. This Nantucket house boasts 6 inviting bedrooms, featuring 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 3 twin beds. Guests enjoy 5 bathrooms equipped with showers and bathtubs, making mornings and evenings easy and comfortable. Enjoy both indoor and outdoor living spaces including a pool, BBQ, secluded yard, and beautiful patio area. Three separate porches and two additional decks surround the property offering lots of options for quiet relaxing and privacy.
First Floor: The open floor plan features a gourmet kitchen with excellent appliances, dining area for eight guests, and an open living room with access to multiple decks. Off of the living room is a bathroom with a full shower. Over the garage is a private King suite for in-laws, nannies or visiting guests. There is a washer and drier on the landing between this suite and the kitchen as well as a cozy terrace.
Second Floor: On the second floor at the top of the stairs there are 4 bedrooms: A master suite with a king bed, full bath with a shower and tub, a private deck, and a second washer and dryer. To the right of the stairs is en suite Queen. At the top of the stairs is a bathroom with a combined shower and tub that services a second queen as well as a smaller kids bedroom with two single beds. This room is suitable for children.
Outdoor Area: There is also a spacious garage with eight bicycles, beach chairs, toys, darts, and a Ping Pong Table.
