This stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bath ocean view villa is located in building 2 on the 3rd floor at SeaCrest Resort. This villa boasts fantastic views of the ocean! Updated to include new flooring, furnishings, fully renovated kitchen with granite counter tops, and pretty back splash. The fully renovated baths also include granite counter tops and walk in showers. There are 2 king suites each with Atlantic ocean views features . Enjoy your morning coffee on 1 of the 2 oceanfront balconies. The third bedroom is outfitted with 1 queen bed and 1 set of twin bunk beds. In addition to your bed and bath linen set up, The Vacation Company provides beach towels for your stay. One less thing you need to pack! SeaCrest is in the heart of the Coligny beach area. Nearby Coligny Beach Park is minutes away and provides water fountains children can play in, restrooms and oceanside swings. Guests can visit Coligny Plaza directly across the street, a must-see destination with over 60 shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and seasonal family entertainment. Enjoy visiting Lowcountry Celebration Park a 3-minute bike ride away which provides active and passive recreational activities, playground ship, amenities, and scenic views. *** Lagoon repairs are scheduled to start January 3. They will be drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced. The project is scheduled to take 8-10 weeks and is scheduled to be completed by 5/1/2024 weather permitting. SPRINKLER LINES IN GARAGE AT SEACREST BEING REPLACED 2024. All sprinkler lines in Buildings 2 and 3 are being replaced. Work in Building 3 will Start April 8th. There are several moving parts to this project and areas of the parking garages will be blocked off and inaccessible at various times. The expected completion for Building 3 is May 3rd. As soon as Building 3 is completed, work will begin in Bldg 2 and that is scheduled to be completed by June 21st. Overall pleased with condo. It was, however, not as clean as we would have liked. Called management to have them come vacuum and mop. There were pop, tart, wrappers and lots of crumbs under one of the beds. Our toddler found it for us. I specifically mentioned this but it was not addressed. Overall an OK unit

Everything was great about the condo a building diagram would have made it easier to find the first day but that was it.

Condo was clean, appliances good (coffee Keurig and toaster were very good), layout was great for 4 adults and 1-2 children. Service was great, minor plumbing issue was repaired promptly. Common areas were simple but kept clean by staff. Very convenient baby and beach rental companies at location. Pools were clean and Pool Bar Jim's was fun location but not intrusive to property. Easy beach access and great starting point for biking in either direction on beach. Definitely a prime location for beach/pool focused vacationers. Very family oriented when we were there in early May. Walkable location to casual restaurants, entertainment, shopping (including food shopping) and public park/playround.

The three bed, three bath set up was perfect for two families, the views of the ocean, the sound of the waterfalls and open spaces were relaxing. The pools were almost empty and the beach had plenty of space to spread out. The poolside restaurant had fast, friendly service. We walked to the grocery, dinner and shopping.

Condo was great, great view, nice patio furniture, comfortable, only problem was that they sent us the wrong codes. You need codes for everything and you gave us 3 different ones, kept changing. Had to ask help to get out of the pool and I never got the correct code for bathroom at pool. Someone there told me.

My family of 4 stayed here over the Christmas Holiday and it was wonderful. Excellent location. Well stocked kitchen supplies with starter supplies. Would definitely stay at this location again in the future.

The instructions on checking out were clear and complete. Our family will definitly stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 2302 Seacrest. The room was very clean, equipped with all necessities in the kitchen, comfortable beds and living room furniture. More than enough space for our family of 6. The location was wonderful to take walks on the beach, enjoy the pools and walk to Coligny Plaza. The view from the balcony of the ocean was amazing. Definitely would love to come back.

Beautiful Condo with an Outstanding Location
Our arrival date was Saturday, October 21 and the condo was ready for us at approx 2 PM.
The condo was beautiful and the location was extremely convenient to the restaurants, shops & nightlife at Coligny Plaza. In fact, we didn't use our cars to drive to a restaurant until Thursday night when we decided to have dinner at Captain Woody's. Both pools were beautiful and it took less than 5 minutes to get to the ocean and beach.
In the kitchen of the condo, the plates, utensils etc. were of a very high quality. The rest of the furniture was in very good shape, too.
A couple areas that need attention are (1) the handle on the sliding glass door to the balcony needs replaced (your maintenance man Mark told us a new one was on order and (2) in the bedroom off of the living area/living room, the 1st sink in the bathroom drains extremely slowly.
Overall, 2302 SeaCrest was a beautiful condo & we hope to stay there again in the future.

2302 perfect.
The living room furniture was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable, the chairs in each bedroom were comfortable; the TV's were all working and good size. The kitchen was well equipped for whatever we wanted to cook and all was in working order. It is nicely decorated and the villa was just as it was pictured on line. The unit is clean and well maintained and I would stay here again, anytime. The Vacation Company was attentive, but not overbearing. We ate our way through the menus at Coligny and it was super super to not have to drive to dinner at the end of a long day at the beach. If we needed supplies we walked to the Piggy (Piggly Wiggly). Steps to the beach, perfect. Both pools were beautiful and the Jim's shack very convenient. I felt like me and my belongings (including the car) were safe. I would not hesitate to stay here again and certainly would recommend to friends.

Our villa was absolutely amazing. The owner has thought of everything you would need when being away. Great location. Everything is in walking distance. The beach was beautiful. Pool Bar Jim is an added bonus. I will definitely be back to this particular villa. We had a great vacation

The condo was perfect for our family of five adults and three kids. It had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. We love the convenience of being right on the beach and being right across the street from Coligny Plaza. This was our second time staying in this condo. We love it!

Great week,beautiful weather ! Vacation Company staff are wonderful to work with and very accommodating. The condo is really nice it fit our family needs very well. There were 3 couples 3 children and there was more than enough room. The kitchen is really equipped with everything especially for those nights in. The laundry area is nice. I would recommend for families.

Our family enjoyed our stay very much! The bedrooms and baths were very spacious and the entire condo was beautifully decorated. Great view of ocean and pools from great room and patio. Just a few steps to the beach and also shopping, restaurants, and grocery across the street. Plenty of space for me and my husband, both of our adult children and their families. We would love to stay there again in the future!

Hilton Head Fans!
Great condo; very clean and just as promised in pictures and write up. Beautiful view of the complex and ocean. The pools were very clean and the hot tub was huge. Perfect walk to the beach which was much less crowded than the public beach. We rented bikes for the week and rode all over the island as well as up and down the beach several times. Lots of extra bedding and pillows. Beautiful kitchen filled with everything needed. Full size washer / dryer was very convenient with a family of 5. Cleaning staff was friendly and quiet. Kids loved having their own rooms with their own TV. My husband walked to the coffee store every morning right across the street and we sat on the deck and watch the waves and sunrise which felt like heaven. I would highly recommend this condo and location. This is the 3rd time we've stayed in Hilton Head and were completely pleased with everything. Restaurants and shops all around and within walking distance was great. Also, this was the most organized company we have ever worked with through VBRO; they were extremely responsive and have their own app we could download on our phones to have all the codes, etc. Great find! Thank you.

New favorite vacation spot!
This condo is awesome! I stayed there along with 5 other people. Everything was decorated pretty and the views were amazing! The condo included everything we needed. It was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect. We were right across the street from shops, the grocery store (piggly wiggly), restaurants, and bike rentals stores (25$ a bike for a week). The beach was very quiet and relaxing towards the left hand side. The right hand side was the public beach. Everyone around us was friendly! There was no chaos! The scenery at the hotel is perfect! The outside pools and the hot tub are huge. The indoor hot tub is small but there is also a workout pool right next to the workout room. We had an awesome stay here! I suggest anyone considering this condo to go ahead and book it! This is my family's new favorite vacation spot! No doubt we will come back! The only downside to this condo was the early closing times of the pool and hot tub. Everything closes at 10 p.m. Otherwise, everything was great! The rooms were huge, the bathrooms were huge, and the kitchen table seats 8 people. There are two balconies which were very relaxing. We spent much time on them as the views are something we already miss! RENT THIS PLACE!! you WONT regret it!
