Situated in Anna Maria Island, this lovely house for $675 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Only 8-minute stroll to the White Sandy Beach...! 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, Canal front, Saltwater Heated Pool This beautiful canal front home is located on a quiet street in the exclusive north end of Anna Maria Island. The tastefully decorated 3 bedrooms, 3 baths home sleeps up to 8 people. The home is a block to Tampa Bay and three blocks to the sugar sand beach on the Gulf. It’s also just two blocks to the quaint shopping and restaurants of Pine Avenue and the City Pier. The back yard is your own private piece of paradise. The saltwater pool is nestled among native palms, sea oats and mangroves for a very private experience. You’ll have your choice of two dining areas, a gas grill, and chaise lounges in the sun or the shade. It’s a short trip on boat or kayak from the dock to Bimini Bay, Tampa Bay, Egmont and Longboat Keys, and the Gulf of Mexico. There are a number of waterfront restaurants close by where you can dock and enjoy a great meal. If watercrafts aren’t your thing, the dock in your back yard is also a great place to fish, or just to sit and enjoy a beverage, watch the mullet jump and see the seabirds skim the water. In the winter months, it's not unusual to see dolphins and manatees cruise by. If you must leave the island, the nearby Sarasota / Bradenton area is known for the arts, dining, shopping and baseball Spring training. Less than an hour North over the Skyway bridge is Saint Petersburg, with its Baywalk and Dali museum, and a little further North over the causeway puts you in Tampa with its own arts, sports and history, and a great Aquarium. Whatever you choose to do – this beautiful home and Island is a great place to do it – or to just relax and do nothing at all.

Super host Giovanna did everything to make our stay convenient and enjoyable. Each member of our family would like to return again and again. Plenty of room for two families to spread out and not be on top of each other. The home was stocked with everything for adults and children to make the most of their stay. Kitchen was also very well equipped so you never need to leave. Excellent location, convenient to everything. Gorgeous beaches nearby.

Our family of adults and children 7 and 9 yo spent week after Christmas and it was wonderful. The pool, the dock, everything you could need was provided. We have been coming to AMI at Christmas for past 8 years and this is our favorite house!

We enjoyed this property, it was myself, my spouse, my brother and his spouse. We each had a bedroom with our own bathrooms. We loved the open-concept floor plan with super tall ceilings, very spacious. The property had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen, games, books, beach items, towels, etc. Plus the pool was heated. I would come back again!

Beautiful property, great location, and fantastic owner. Only concern, minor as it was, was the family room TV. None of the apps (YouTube, Netflix, etc) worked, OnDemand was spotty, and sound wasn’t clear. Everything else including all the amenities was very nice. We’ll definitely be back. Wonderful stay!!! This home is better than advertised and is equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacay. The pool/dock area is serene and makes it tough to want to leave to go explore the area. There are numerous, excellent dining choices that are within walking distance and a nearby trolley stop if you want to venture further. The beach cart with all the supplies you’d want for a day near the water makes the ten minute walk to the gulf a breeze. Now here is what sets this place apart-the host has gone to the nth degree to make sure her guests have all the information they need to make use of what is provided. You won’t have to figure out how to turn on a tv-there is directions with visual aids. You won’t have to dig around drawers to find stuff-they are all labeled. Your transition from traveler to relaxer is seamless because of her attention to detail. This is the most well appointed Vrbo I’ve had the pleasure to experience. I hope to visit again soon.

We stayed at this lovely home the weekend after Hurricane Idalia hit the area. We were there for our niece’s destination beach wedding. In the days leading up to our stay, Giovanna kept us updated as to the status of the house and conditions on the island. Thankfully, the island and her house were spared significant damage. By the time we checked in on Friday everything was in good order. The house and yard were very clean and comfortable. The patio area and pool are lovely. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable. The beach decor of the house is very relaxing. Giovanna was quick to respond when I had questions. I hope we have an opportunity to stay at Villa Tarpon again.

We had a lovely week at our home on Tarpon Lane! Giovanna was in communication with me several times to make sure that all went well. When we arrived, the air conditioning was out of order, but Giovanna arranged for a repair right away.
The home is in good condition and was well-supplied. We enjoyed spending most of our time in the saltwater pool. It was a great size for our group of 6. I appreciated having the home and outdoor area all on one level.
The location is great. We walked a couple of blocks to the beach, the shops on Pine Avenue, and The Porch Restaurant. We had great meals at Tide Tables and Swordfish Grill. I highly recommend this home and would stay here again!

We travel often and this was one of the best trips we’ve ever had. Giovanna is amazing to work with. Very responsive and helpful. My wife and I brought our five kids ages 10 to 17 and it was perfect for us. The dock was great for fishing. The pool and back yard are amazing. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach. We spent 10 days just swimming in the pool and going to the beach. Very relaxing!

Property was just as the pictures portrayed it, other than it honestly having a larger living space than we thought, which was a bonus! Place was clean upon arrival, had plenty of things to cook with while we were there. Outdoor space was great and overall a wonderful experience. Would recommend to any small to medium sized family!

We stayed with our 6 sons, ages 1-16, and the house was absolutely perfect for our big family. The layout is open so we never felt crammed, yet very homey. The house had all the necessities needed. Our boys LOVED the canal front and spent hours everyday fishing. We also brought paddle boards and kayaks and with all that and the pool, we spent most of our vacay in the home with so much to do. Everything was very clean and organized. It was such an enjoyably vacation for all. The only thing I would note if it’s your first time on Anna Maria island like it was for us, the local restaurants get BUSY. Either plan to eat out early, eat off the island which we found some great places on the water later in our week, or plan to cook. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need. With 6 growing boys that eat around the clock, we made a lot of homemade meals. This house was absolutely more than we expected. Location was perfect; close to beaches, shops, ice cream, etc. We also did some private charters. The boys had the BEST time on a fishing charter with Captain Blake with AMI charters. We also did a snorkeling charter with Captain Andrew with AMI Dolphin Charters. We found a cute mini golf a little south. An indoor trampoline and obstacle park off the island. And so much more. I highlighted all our finds on Instagram: tarasfitmomlife Overall, I can’t express how happy we were with our choice of property and the memories we made during our week in AMI.

This house was so clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect location to get to the beach and the cute shops on Pine. My family and I do yearly trips to AMI, this year we decided to take our boat too. The location of the property was perfect we could just get on the boat and go. Plus we were super close to a Main Street with great food options. The house itself was our favorite one on the island. Giovanna goes above and beyond. Communication was Giovanna was easy and she replied fast to any of our questions. We were pleased to find the home equipped with essentials not many rentals provide (ex. Soap, trash bags, detergent). Anything we needed we had. The layout of the home was perfect for our family. We hope to be back next year!

If you’re looking for a great place to stay as a group, search no further. All of the little details are handled - well stocked kitchen, board games, beach equipment, coolers, fishing poles for the canal, etc. are provided. The backyard is an oasis as well that all can enjoy. Highly recommend! And Giovanna is really responsible to anything you may need throughout your stay. We’ll be back for sure!

Our family had a great stay at this home on AMI. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked, as others have mentioned. When we weren’t exploring the island, we spent most of our time outside in the backyard and in the pool. Our host was extremely responsive and checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. We had an amazing stay at Giovanna's home. The property was clean, had a great layout with lots of seating inside and out. The salt water pool was perfect after a day at the beach and the canal in the back had plenty of wildlife to look at (including manatees!). We loved being just a 10 minute walk from the beach (less with bikes) and on a quieter part of the island. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking as well.
Giovanna was very responsive and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The entire family would definitely return to this home and we highly recommend it to anyone staying in Anna Maria!

The ONLY thing that went wrong was our car battery was dead when we went to leave the property, but we were lucky enough to meet Giovana and her husband. They couldn't have been nicer while we waited for AAA. Highly recommend this beautiful property!!!

What a wonderful property! Beautiful and spacious house, pool and grounds were spectacular. The house is fully equipped and very comfortable. The property manager checked in on us a couple of times to be sure we were happy…and we all were very happy. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a few days to spend at the Tarpon house and we all wished it was more. The house was gorgeous and comfortable and the backyard was amazing. It was in a great location within a short golf cart drive to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was fully equipped with kitchen supplies and beach chairs and towels. The host was responsive to all our questions and helpful with suggestions for the island. We will be back!

We came a week after Hurricane Ivan. Our host Giovanna was in constant contact with me and was so sweet. The house was beautiful. You’d never know that a hurricane had just past the island. The house has everything you’d need. It was meticulously cleaned and perfect for our family full of kids as well as my older parents. Part of what makes a stay so perfect is not just the house (this one is more than perfect) but also the host. Both were outstanding here. I’ll be back to AMI and when I come I’ll stay here for sure.

We could not have been more happy with the house. Canal was deep enough for our 38’ center console and dock was good also. The privacy of the pool was very nice. The house was extremely clean and everything worked as it should. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. The best part of the house is the owner. We had booked this house last minute because our original vacation was cancelled hurricane Fiona. The owner was more than accommodating and went out of her way to get us in quickly. Highly recommend and will be renting this house or one of her houses again for sure

Was such a great property! We loved it so much. Had such a nice family vacation and Giovanna was so helpful throughout the whole process. The alarm does get annoying after a while but it makes sense for families that stay with children. Thanks for such an amazing time at a wonderful property.
