Impecably clean
The room with an amazing view of the Pujols bay
The room we had (Sky Flower) even though has amazing views, lacks privacy as the rooftoo bar overlooks the rooms such as ours which are supoosed to be private
Breakfast lacks vegetables completely
The slow service from the girl handling breakfast guests. Almost every morning we had to get water and ask at least 2 times or 3 for capucino
The cleaning ladies, although they do an impecable cleaning, they are much too invasive with personal items, as we found them each day in other places and perhaps what bothered us most was that in 2 days, even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door, they kept knocking until we answered the door.

Beautiful building
Good food at breakfast
Breakfast was poorly organized. I waited 20 minutes just to get a cappuccino. What bothered me most was that a couple of friends who were with me were wrongly accused by the staff of taking sandwiches away from the breakfast room — something they were not doing. The way the staff handled it was rude and made us feel uncomfortable. On top of that, we were charged 50 euros for checking out two hours late.
Also the gym is very basic
For what this hotel charges, the level of service and the extra fees felt inappropriate. I would expect more attention to guests and more flexibility for the money we paid.
