Located on the second floor, the roomy balcony offers a nice view of the boats and water. Use the BBQ as you watch the boats sail on the bay, or watch the sunrise over bay with your morning coffee. The kitchen is brand new and many other upgrades have just been completed in November 2011. There is both a stairway and an elevator, so you get to choose your access to the condo. With nearly 1200 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room for one or two families to enjoy the vacation that you deserve. Belmont Park is a ten-minute walk, and you can drive to Sea World in five minutes. The hip Gaslamp District, Downtown, Petco Park, and the airport are just a 10 - 12 minute drive, as is luxurious La Jolla, home to movie stars, artists and a large family of baby seals. Mission Beach is San Diego's best beach, for both kids and adults, there is something for everyone. Book now for a great time in beautiful Southern California. Please note, this is not a party house. Site was exactly as described. Had lots of things in the kitchen to cook. It was close to the site of the 3-day for Susan G. Komen. Lots to do and see and was very closevto the ocean!!

I've rented in the Mission Bay area previously, so I was familiar with the area. This unit is in a great location on the bay side in the North Mission Beach area, walkable to many restaurants, bodegas, board/bike rental shops etc. It could use a little updating/TLC but overall, it looked like the pictures and it hit the mark for my 17YO son and me! Bottom line...I'd stay here again.

The best thing about the property is that it is located in the middle of the action. Also halfway and walking distance to Belmont Park. Great people watching local and close to the public parking lot. Also the ocean breeze was uninterrupted. Abundance of cool ocean breeze. I thought that I was going to be uncomfortable because that is no air conditioning. But I was very comfortable. At time I was cold. Also great that there are two bathrooms. The kitchen was updated and well stocked. Great. However, the condo could benefit with a little TLC: fresh paint; new bed sheets: updating the bathrooms and maybe an electrical lock. I was always concerned that I would lose the keys. Finally, very roomy and good size.

This was the best location, overlooking a bay and being a block from the ocean. The kitchen is well supplied. We were short walks from nice eateries. Absolutely perfect!

We’ve stayed at this condo a couple times, and love it! The location can’t be beat…right on the bay and near shops/restaurants! The condo is spacious and clean!

While my family had a nice stay, this property leaves a bit to be desired. The view out of the balcony is of the Aquatic Center’s parking lot. The only way you can see the Bay is by stepping into the far north corner of the living room and looking south. Because of this, having the doors open just means you’ll be hearing parking lot sounds. Additionally, the fireworks are not visible from this unit. There is a tree just to the right side that blocks any view of Seaworld’s show as well as the Mission Bay show. The unit itself is spacious, but overall rundown. The walls in throughout have cracks, scrapes, and look dingy. The bathrooms have vanity doors hanging on their hinges, rust stains, and missing caulking/grout. The beds were not comfortable and the sofa was also broken down in several places. Getting the slider screen and door open or shut was practically impossible, which seems dangerous, as that is the way in and out of the stairway, if you choose not to use the elevator. The plus sides were the breeze that flowed thru the unit and the larger than normal parking space that our minivan fit in no problem! We did not spend much time inside the condo so our stay was adequate. However, I would not recommend this place to anyone in the future.

The condo was great for our needs. While we could see a few things that could benefit from some upgrading, 1) the location was fantastic (both to bayside and back to coffee & restos on Mission), and 2) Dave and his team made it easy & clear to check in and out. The value is great and we would definitely stay here again (and recommend to other families with small kids).

We’ve rented several condos in this same building but this unit is in need of some love From not having an electronic lock on the door to severely dirty windows and patio screens that have seen better days. The bed maybe the worst I’ve ever sleep in the years we have been coming to San Diego. To top it all off the refrigerator broke on day 5 of our visit. Repair guy came right away and was able to temporarily repair the unit. We lost food we had purchased due to the fridge. Overall the property manager was great to work with but the owners of this unit need to spend some time and money for their guests.

Perfect size for a family with 3 small children. Most houses on the bay side with 2 bedroom are small with not alot of room for kids so this size with 2 bedroom was perfect. The only downside limited amount of towels and the mattress on the upper bunk was way to thick so we didn't feel it was safe enough for our daughter to sleep on it. They need to invest in a thinner mattress. They also didn't have any accommodations for a baby like playpen or highchair so that was also a bummer. Even with the few disappointments I would still rent again.

Great location - less that a 2 minute walk to the Pacific Ocean one way, a safe walkway around the bay right outside the door! Easy walk to different restaurants and shops. All major attractions (Sea World, San Diego Zoo, tidal pools, Seal Rock, airport) within a 15 minute car ride. All check-in info was accurate and provided in a timely manner before arrival. Condo was spacious - 2 full bathrooms a plus! Linens were plentiful and fresh, beds were comfy. Dedicated parking spot a big plus. Will defintely stay here again!

We loved our stay...you can walk or bike ride along board walk and to beach...master bed was comfy...nice washer and dryer..We stayed in March...only drawback was just having some electric heat..and it sure got cold in afternoon and evening when sun left deck side...bath mats need to be replaced more time spent cleaning would be good but all and all we loved it!

My daughter and her family were not able to use the bath towels as provided as they were musty and well worn. I had to supply they from my closet. They didn't wash them but left them in the washer. They left on the 1st instead of the 2nd.
