Beautiful condo is located just 1 block to the ocean and Mission Bay, and it is situated on the border of Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. Across the street (1 short block) to beach, bay, restaurants, and nightlife--yet still very quiet and comfortable: 4151 Mission Blvd #209 (at Pacific Beach Drive) 92109 Perfect access for wheelchairs with bdrm and full bath (handicap -friendly) on bottom level near kitchen and living room. Elevator is right next to unit also. Family entertainment is within walking distance. Park two cars in your reserved dedicated spots and walk the rest of the week! You can stroll (15 min via beach boardwalk) to Belmont Park, ride the Roller Coaster, buy some cotton candy and play carnival/arcade games. This condo sleeps 7. It's an easy drive to Sea World, SD Zoo, La Jolla Cove, Del Mar Racetrack, Scripps Aquarium, and more! There's a sofa and love seat in living room. The living room is equipped with a 50' Sony flat screen smart TV. There is a king bed in master and queen in east-facing bedroom, and one of the bedrooms has a bunk bed with double on bottom and twin on top. Upper bedrooms have ceiling fans and window coverings. The Master Bath is equipped with his and her sinks/ shower heads. This 3- bedroom condo is beautifully furnished. The kitchen has state-of-the-art/ top-of-the-line designer stainless steel appliances. All dishes, pots, and pans are in excellent condition. Sit & relax at the cocktail table on the nice quiet balcony! The balcony has a view of palm trees and a beautiful garden below. The balcony features a cocktail table that is perfect for your morning coffee or relaxing evening drinks. You may also carry your morning coffee across the street and enjoy it in the sand! We had the pleasure of staying here Jan 3-7. Place was just as described. We all slept well in the beds and dedicated bathrooms for teens, parents and grandma. Amazing access to restaurants, bicycle rentals, and grocery store. Owner was prompt in answering questions. Definitely would stay here again.

Really loved our stay. Host was very responsive and instructions to get into the condo were very clear. Location was fantastic and close to everything. Beach, restaurants and grocery stores all within walking distance. Condo was also well stocked and had everything we needed such as a pack n’ play for my 1.5 year old and toys, chairs for the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here with a family

This beautiful home is one block to the beach! It's also close to Sea World (you don't even have to get on the freeway), Ralph's (a fabulous grocery store), liquor store, and many great restaurants. It's a short drive to the airport. It had everything we needed and more!

First of all, I would like to say how incredibly supportive this host is Sue is such a sweet, amazing woman, and excellent communicator whom went above and beyond to support us feeling comfortable in her home. Between the time that I booked a place, and when my stay was, I had a horrible accident and became disabled in a wheelchair and was so glad to realize the place was wheelchair accessible. Sur really helped us with arrival getting in and making sure we were comfortable, and the place was nice very close to everything and easy to access so thank you so much.

This place was super clean and the kitchen had everything you need. Plenty of beach toys/towels. Communication with the host was easy, she answered when I called and texted back right away when I had an issue. FYI, it was all operator error, nothing was wrong with the property. But good to know a quick response time will happen if something does go wrong. You may see in other reviews that parking is tight because of a pole. It is tight, but I parked my Expedition in the center spot, and then I parked my friend’s minivan in the pole spot. You will be tight next to each other, but you can park two big vehicles there, you just have to coordinate and be patient. Try that at any other place near the beach with their “mini” versions of a garage. The clearance is 7’4” at the smaller gate if I remember correctly, and higher at the other. Double check with the host if your vehicle is taller. Grocery is a couple blocks away, plenty of restaurants. Also an easy drive to Balboa, the Zoos and La Jolla. Great spot, thanks for being awesome hosts.

This was our 10th annual Girls trip to San Diego. Our usual spot was unavailable. This listing said it sleeps 9 but our group of seven was a very tight fit. We were all very disappointed that there was a 9pm quiet time listed in a book of rules that is not on VRBO. This meant no late night card games or watching football due to this rule being “strictly” enforced by the HOA president that lives next door. There was one private patio about 6’x6’. This area is where you will find the AC unit, the BBQ(which you can only use if you buy your own propane) and a table- leaving room for two people to stand or sit but no more. The other patio pictures are for common areas where the neighbors do not appreciate your noise.

This was our second trip to San Diego that we stayed at Sue's condo. The location is perfect for all ages. So many restaurants and beaches within walking distance, (We did not even rent a car while in Pacific Beach). The condo has everything that you need for a beach vacation, so well equipped. safe, secure and 2 indoor parking spots for those who decide to rent a car. My family and I had a great time in Pacific Beach. Thanks Sue.

Sue's condo was fantastic for this Canadian family. 3 bedrooms with each bedroom having their own bathroom. It is centrally located in Pacific Beach. We had so many great stores and restaurants to go to. The condo had everything you would need for a beach vacation. From beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and children's beach toys. We were 6 adults with an infant (fold out crib and high chair were provided). The condo was perfect for all ages. Thank you, Sue.

This was a great headquarters for exploring San Diego. Just a 1 block walk to the beach (although we preferred the beach near Belmont Park). Being so close to the Bay was amazing with a toddler. The house has an abundance of beach supplies which was awesome - coolers, chairs, umbrella, baby toys, boogie boards, stroller. We had two families plus kids with plenty of room. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Kitchen is stocked but if you're planning on cooking alot you might need to bring a larger skillet and some mixing bowls. Overall, we absolutely loved our time there and the short walk to the ocean and restaurants.

This was a nice property but some minor issues. The balcony was very small, and you had to move the two person table to squeeze in to BBQ. The “view from the balcony” is a little rough with a neighbors junk filled back yard to the left. There is parking for 2 vehicles but it is very tight. One of the spots is next to a concrete post, so you must be careful and drive a small to medium sized vehicle. This was a nice property, but “immaculate” might be a bit of a stretch. We stayed at this property for 2 weeks after staying in a 5 bedroom home for the first 2 weeks and this was much less expensive, but definitely a step down. You could see signs of wear in the interior but still a very nice property. The owner was very quick to respond with any questions. A disclaimer for the less than 5-star review…our son in law broke his foot the day before arrival and we had a rainy week so we were stuck inside more than usual for our trips to San Diego! We frequently visit this area and have spent 10 weeks here in the last year. I would recommend this property and feel it is priced appropriately.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is super close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store. Everything is in walking distance. Loved the 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, plus the 2 parking spaces. We’ll be back.
