Pete's East Cottage is so cute! It is nestled right off of Duval Street. There are lots of restaurants and shops close by but it is still quiet. There is parking in front of the cottage but it isn't reserved. If we came back from an outing and someone was parked in our spot we just went a block away to the public parking lot and parked there. It was very easy! The loft is cute and was perfect for our young adult daughters but the spiral stairs are a little narrow and steep. It is a great cottage and we would definitely stay here again!

This property is close to the action but on a quieter street. The cottage is clean, and the pool is lovely. I would stay here again.

At the quite end of duval. Peaceful and easy to get places. Parking is limited, recommend renting scooters to get around that.

Checking in with Jan at KW rentals was fast and friendly. The house was very comfortable with all the essentials. The pool was a huge added bonus. The price was very reasonable for KW. Highly recommend.

Just off of Duval street with a french bakery two buildings away on Duval, this was perfect for our small family vacation. The house was clean and had anything we need and the rental company was very easy to work with. The pool in the backyard was a delight and even though it is shared with the neighboring rental, we found our neighbors consistently to be friendly (and they didn't use the pool much at all). As the pool is only serviced on Tuesday, you need to know how to keep it clean with the strainer—but that's not hard and anyone who has had or helped with an outdoor pool knows that is at least a daily task. We were happy to do it and truly enjoyed the stay. Next time we wouldn't bother with a rental car, as street parking almost always required a walk of a few blocks and once we were there we found we didn't really need the car at all as everything we wanted was within walking distance or a short Uber. Will be back!!!

Fantastic location - duval street is just a few steps away. The pool in the backyard was a bonus. Place had everything we needed. An issue with air conditioning was handled quickly and correctly. Highly recommend this spot!

We stayed here with another couple, and it was just what we needed! Very cute place, well stocked, and right off Duval! We will stay here again!

There was plenty of space for 4 people to stay. There was an ample amount of towels supplied for you which was important with the pool and going to the beach. The house is in a great location and I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Key West.

Nice pool and short walk to Duval and SMP. About 20 min walk to Mallory Sq area. Parking was tough, but once we did we, basically walked everywhere.

Clean and comfortable. Everything was as described and the location was perfect. Communication was great. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Check-in process was a breeze. House was in immaculate shape, with everything we could possibly need. Proximity to Duval was a plus as there was no need for long hauls in case we wanted ice cream and/or a drink. Beaches were a short 10 minute bike ride. Pool behind cottage was in great shape and provided much needed downtime at the end of every day. Would highly recommend this property if you're ever vacationing in the area and need somewhere nice to stay.

The stairs to the upstairs are steep and tight. Best for kids or small adult, larger adult wouldn’t fit. Couldn’t ask for more pool by day restaurants and bars close for evening! We will be back!

The stairs to the loft are very narrow so be mindful when booking- my older mother couldn't climb so we just switch rooms not a big deal. Overall, our experience was GREAT!

This was exactly as represented on the listing. The cottage was spotless upon our arrival. We knew we would be sharing the pool with the occupants of Pete’s West cottage and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer bunch of people. Bananas and La Grignote cafe are right outside the door which were extremely convenient and delicious. Fury Bike Rental was around the corner. We’ve been to Key West many times and were really looking forward to going back after Covid to visit our favorite restaurants - Blue Heaven and Louie’s Backyard. Found a new go-to restaurant as well: Moon Dog Cafe & Bakery where the burgers were memorable. Would definitely rent Pete’s East Cottage again. In fact we are thinking of renting the East and West cottages so we can bring additional people.

While the weather didn't happen to be island perfect the cottage was perfect for us! We spent every morning and every night before bed either in or beside the pool. The kitchen window opening to the outside was my personal favorite and we loved the pool! The location is ideal. We had no complaints just a couple issues that wouldn't keep us from coming back or referring others to visit. The staircase is cute but a bit narrow and so we left the luggage for the loft in the living room during our stay. We also would have liked more comfortable kitchen chairs but that's because we spent so much time there due the weather we had. Great place can't wait to visit again!

We love the property but, we were told the pool was heated and also told that they would fix it but, that never happened. Big disappointment for the property.

It is super slippery and I fell. There are no rails near the pool steps. Outdoor benches are in rough shape.

We enjoyed our stay in Pete’s Cottage. It was the perfect location, just off Duvall, and in walking or biking distance to just about everything.

This property was absolutely perfect for my wife and I! It was so nice to have a semi private pool especially in August. Location was great too. I highly recommend this property.
