Loved the pool. Very clean. And best of all you share it with only one another rental! A bit noisy in the morning between the roosters, the garbage truck and the bakery next door, but good location otherwise. Close to everything! Overall great place to stay. Would definitely come again

Overall it was a nice place in a great location convenient to many activities on Duval Street. We enjoyed the outdoor space with the pool, but the plastic furniture could use some cushions. More AC in the bedroom next to the bathroom would have been helpful at night.

The cottage was the perfect size for our family of 4. Right on Duval Street, lovely Banana Cafe across the street and so many other restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the pool and the warm weather! I recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! The house is close enough to ride bikes for a night out on Duval St, but far enough to have a quiet night by the pool. The KW rental company was easy to contact when needed. There is a cafe called Banana Cafe steps away across the street that we ate at multiple times because the food is phenomenal. Overall, we had a great stay at Pete's cottage!

We enjoyed every minuet of our stay. The location couldn’t of been any better. Would highly recommend this house.

Contemporary and spacious cottage yards from Duval with free parking outside. Large pool (shared with matching neighbour cottage - great if large group/family) with decking and trees for shade - really quiet and relaxing setting. Good communication from property manager and easy access. Loved it!!!

Pete's West Cottage was our favorite part of the three days we spent in Key West! The location just off Duval Street made touring the sites and enjoying the restaurants and bars easy, and it was surprisingly quiet in the evenings. The backyard pool and beautiful landscaping was an absolute bonus. The cottage was the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 teens, with a well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, and comfortable beds/pillows. Our teens said the house and pool were the best part of their Spring Break trip! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay.

The secluded pool was pleasant surprise. The location to everything was also great (you can walk and bike everywhere). Beds were comfortable and everything else in great shape. The only downside is the spiral staircase to the 2nd bedroom...just tough if needing a late-night bathroom break.

Overall we were happy with this property and would stay again as a couple. I was nervous about parking, but during the week we had no problems. Didn’t move it just to be on the safe side. Friday the street was FULL so be prepared on the weekend. The restaurant next door was a great breakfast spot and the unit was very clean. The pool was quiet and enjoyable. No coffee is at the B&B so make sure you bring your own! I’m used to them always having it so we packed creamer and no coffee haha Wouldn’t recommend for two couples- the stairs to the loft are loud and feel very unsteady. They are much tighter than they appear in the pictures and especially after a few drinks are very difficult to navigate. The area is a great for walking, but would recommend as a group. One night a stranger sat on our front porch bench drinking and left his trash behind. Although he seemed harmless still unnerving and wouldn’t have liked that if it was just a group of women staying. Finally on our last morning the cleaning lady asked us to do a lot on our way out. She had us strip the sheets and pile the towels, none of which was in the check out instructions. Plus it required us to go back up the stairs. I don’t blame her for not wanting to go up the stairs to do it, but that should be on check out instructions if they want it done.

The house was extremely clean and nice. The pool was awesome. The people prior to us did not put the garbage out to the curb so we had nowhere to put our garbage other than that was a great stay.

The property was absolutely stunning my only complaint was there was no soap in the house had I known that I would’ve brought my own so that’s my only little minor complaint. Located next door to an Awesome breakfast/lunch restaurant steps from Duval Street , perfect location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 5 night experience was a mixed bag. Wonderful in many ways, with AC failures making hot August night difficult. We first recognized the AC system failure on our third night but we thought we were doing something wrong with the thermostat and didn't report it. We called the forth and fifth nights of "no cool air". On the 4th night we called and staff immediately sent a specialist out who arrived within the hour. and fixed the problem. After he worked on it, the tech came in the house with a temp measuring device and checked that is was working well and told us it needed before departing. By Wednesday evening the house was hot (thermo said 87) again and we called again. No one knocked to come in and check the success of their work, but staff told us the Freon had been charged again. It was not cooling at all because thermostat never went down from 87.
it was our last night, and my kids had a 10 hour drive ahead to get partially home on Thursday. My son and his wife got 2 to 4 hours sleep, with one upstairs and one on the couch. They were able to cool themselves a bit with ice packs they had put in the freezer.
While we understand that equipment can fail, we were very disappointed that a company was not dispatched on Wednesday to check the system during the day. We were extremely disappointed that the second tech visit on our final night (if he came at all) did not knock and come in to check the success of his work. The system remained in failure mode, with the temp registering 87. Staff was very understanding and apologetic. Jenn is looking into a partial rebate.
Were it not for the AC failure, the property was just right for us. Staff checked in with us several times during our stay to check in. The house and pool were lovely. While not large, it is well designed and we 4 never felt cramped. It was so nice to walk out of the house to an inviting pool in the mornings. The palm trees created a nice very nice environment around the pool

Property was great and we were 20 steps from Duval St. Made it very easy to head out and see all there is, block and a half from Southern Most Point. Shops and restaurants everywhere around. Did not hear anything at night. Place was very clean and beds were like new. Had a great time
